玻璃、有机玻璃防雾剂及其制法,涉及有机高分 子活性剂的制造技术。本发明以烷基苯磺酸、丙三 醇、甲叉丙烯酰胺等为原料,在一定的温度、增溶剂和 常压下反应而制得。与已有技术相比:本防雾剂以水 为溶剂;无易燃、易爆的危险;无污染、无毒性;生产工 艺简单;原料易得、成本低,防雾功能持效期长。

Description

玻璃、有机玻璃防雾剂及其制法,涉及有机高分子活性剂的制造技术。
防雾剂在目前的国际、国内市场,都是以有机溶剂为主体的,常见的有乙醇(酒精)、硅油等,再在其中加入单一的表面活性剂制成。就此溶剂而言:易燃、易爆,特别是在汽车和需防火的环境中使用危险性更为突出;成本高,是水溶剂的10~20倍,并且来源紧缺,如乙醇,多为粮食发酵制得。
鉴于已有的有机溶剂制成的防雾剂的缺点,本发明的目的在于:提供一种防雾效果好、安全、无污染、生产简单、成本低、以水作溶剂的玻璃,并可用于有机玻璃和塑料薄膜上的防雾剂及其制法。
有机活性剂,加入增溶剂与交联剂等,在一定温度下反应作用,生成高分子有机活性剂,其结构式如下:

本发明所采用的主要原料有烷基苯磺酸、ε-己内酰胺、丙三醇、甲叉丙烯酰胺,各种原料用量比例(重量%)为:
烷基苯磺酸:4~6%
ε-己内酰胺:0.8-1%
丙三醇:3-4%
甲叉丙烯酰胺:3%
水:至100
本发明的生产程序是:将烷基苯磺酸加入反应釜,加入ε-己内酰胺和丙三醇,加入80%的水,搅拌加热至60℃,加入1%甲叉丙烯酰胺,搅拌保温反应20分钟,静置熟化冷却,得高分子有机活性物,含量为15~20%,加入香精得成品。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:
1、使用方便,即刻见效。
2、适用范围广,除玻璃制品(如窗、特别是汽车玻璃窗、眼镜、浴室镜子等),还可用于有机玻璃及塑料薄膜。
3、无易燃、易爆的危险,无毒、无腐蚀性,使用安全。
4、持效期长,4~5天。
5、透明度、光洁度好。
6、可兼作玻璃清洗剂。
实施:称取烷基苯500g,丙三醇400g,ε-己内酰胺100g,加水8000毫升,搅拌加热至60℃,加入1%的甲叉丙烯酰胺,搅拌20分钟,静置熟化冷却,加入香精、乙醇混合液60ml(香精∶乙醇=1∶1),搅拌均匀,得成品。

Claims (1)

1、一种玻璃、有机玻璃防雾剂及其制法,其特征是各种原料用量比例(重量%)为:烷基本磺酸:4~6%,ε-己内酰胺:0.8~1%,丙三醇:3~4%,甲叉丙烯酰胺:3%,水至100;其生产程序是:将烷基本磺酸加入反应釜,加入ε-己内酰胺和丙三醇,加入80%的水,搅拌加热至60℃,加入1%甲叉丙烯酰胺,搅拌保温反应20分钟,静置熟化冷却。
