Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, the system for playing a tv live channel may include a cloud service system 110, a data service system 120, a web service system 130, a content management device 140, an output device 150, and an input device 160.
The cloud service system 110 may manage the web service system 130. The data service system 120 provides a data storage service of the server. The network service system 130 is responsible for data transmission. The content management apparatus 140 is responsible for data reception, data processing, and data output. The output device 150 may be a display, a television, or like imaging device. Input device 160 may be a touch-tone controller, a touch-screen controller, and other input control devices.
During the live tv broadcast, when the user presses the channel switching button through the input device 160, such as a button controller, the system automatically generates a channel switching command to enter the channel switching mode. First, the content management apparatus 140 may acquire channel program data corresponding to the channel switching instruction from the network service system 130. The content management device 140 may then store the acquired channel program data and process the program data for the channel, e.g., decode the acquired video stream for the channel. Finally, the content management device 140 transmits the processed program data of the channel to the output device 150, and the output device 150 presents the program screen of the channel to the user.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for switching a live tv channel according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method shown in fig. 2 may be performed by the system described above.
And 210, displaying the program dynamic video of the first channel on the display screen in a full screen mode.
The first channel is the current channel, i.e., the television channel that the user is watching.
And 220, when a channel switching instruction is received, presenting the program dynamic video of the reduced first channel in the first partial display area on the display screen, and presenting part or all of the program static screenshot of the second channel in the second partial display area on the display screen.
Alternatively, the channel switch command may be a predefined pulse signal. For example, the first channel is "8" and when the user presses the "+" key through the touch-tone controller, the system may receive the pulse signal generated by the "+" key in order to switch the tv channel to "9" channel. Further, the channel switching instruction may also be an instruction generated by the user by clicking a touch screen, or the like.
When the system receives a channel switching instruction, the system can reduce the display area of the program dynamic video of the first channel to a display screen capable of presenting part or all of the program static screenshot of the second channel. That is, at this point, the user's view is part or all of the program motion video for the first channel and the program static screenshot for the second channel.
The moved first partial display area and second partial display area are presented on the display screen 230.
During the moving of the first partial display area and the second partial display area, the system may acquire a video stream of the second channel. In other words, the user sees the display screen as being pictorial, rather than black, before the display screen presents the dynamic video of the second program. Therefore, the mode of reducing and moving the channel picture in the process of switching the live television channel can replace the existing black screen waiting during loading the video stream, thereby overcoming the black screen phenomenon in the prior art when switching the live television channel and improving the user experience.
Optionally, a first partial display area and a second partial display area that move horizontally are presented on the display screen.
That is, the user views a horizontally moving picture. Of course, the display screen may be vertically moved, which is not limited in the present invention.
And 240, switching the program dynamic video of the first channel presented in the first local display area to a part or all of the program static screenshot of the first channel, and switching the program static screenshot of the second channel presented in the second local display area to the program dynamic video of the second channel.
When the system acquires the program video stream of the second channel, part or all of the static screenshot of the program of the first channel and the dynamic video of the program of the second channel can be presented to the user on the display screen at the same time.
Optionally, the method may further include: and 250, after a preset time period or when a channel switching confirmation instruction is received, displaying the dynamic video of the program of the second channel on the full screen of the display screen.
The predetermined time period may be set by the system, and may be 0.5s or 1s, which is not limited in the present invention. Specifically, when the system does not receive any instruction after a predetermined time period, that is, the user does not perform any operation, the program dynamic video of the second channel may be played in full screen at this time. In addition, when the user wants to play the dynamic video of the program of the second channel in full screen, the user may also perform an operation such as pressing a confirmation key to control the system to play the dynamic video of the program of the second channel in full screen. It should be understood that the user's operation, such as pressing a confirmation key, can be converted into a switching confirmation instruction within the system that the system can recognize.
Optionally, before 250, the method may further comprise: and presenting the program dynamic video of the second channel in the first display area of the display screen, and presenting part or all of the program static screenshot of the channel which is adjacent to the second channel and different from the first channel in the second display area of the display screen.
That is, if the processing speed of the system is fast, before the second channel is played in full screen, a static screenshot of a next channel of the second channel may be presented to the user, so that the user can know information of more channels, and the user can select a favorite program to play quickly. For example, before channel 9 is played full screen, part or all of the dynamic video of channel 9 and the static screenshot of channel 10 may be presented simultaneously on the display screen.
According to the method for switching the live television channel, the mode of reducing and moving the channel picture in the process of switching the live television channel is adopted, and the existing black screen waiting during loading of the video stream is replaced, so that the black screen phenomenon in the prior art during switching the live television channel can be overcome, and the user experience is improved.
On the other hand, in the prior art, when a user switches a live tv channel, the user can only know the program content played in the second channel after the system acquires the video stream of the second channel. According to the method for switching the live television channel, provided by the embodiment of the invention, before the system acquires the video stream of the second channel, through the static screenshot of the program of the second channel presented by the system, the user can intuitively know the program information played by the second channel, and the technical problem is solved.
A method for switching a live tv channel according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 3A to 3E.
The system presents the program motion video of channel 18 (i.e., an example of the first channel) full screen on the display screen (which may correspond to fig. 3A). When the user presses the "+" key via the touch-tone controller (i.e., the system receives an instance of a channel change instruction), the system reduces the program dynamic video of channel 18 and simultaneously presents the user with the program dynamic video of channel 18 and a portion of the program static screenshot of channel 19 (i.e., an instance of the second channel) on the display screen (corresponding to fig. 3B). At the same time, the system moves horizontally between the display area of channel 18 and the display area of channel 19, and when the program video stream of channel 19 is acquired, the display screen presents a portion of the program static screenshot of channel 18 and the program dynamic video of channel 19 (which may correspond to fig. 3C). The system may then control the display on the display to continue horizontally until the portion of the display that presents the program motion video for channel 19 and the program still screenshot for channel 20 (which may correspond to fig. 3D). When the user presses the "confirm" key (i.e., an example of the system receiving a channel switch confirmation instruction), channel 19 is played full screen, i.e., the program dynamic video of channel 19 is presented full screen on the display screen (which may correspond to fig. 3E).
According to the method for switching the live television channel, a user always displays a program picture (a static screenshot or a live video) on a display screen in the process of switching the channel, and the phenomenon of screen blacking does not occur. Therefore, the visual impact of the instantaneous black screen on the user can be eliminated, and the user experience can be improved.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the method may further include: when a fast switch command is received, a static screenshot of the program for each channel in a first set of channels is presented on the display screen, the first set of channels including at least three channels 410.
When receiving the fast switching instruction, the television enters a fast switching mode. In this mode, program information of multiple channels can be displayed on one screen of the display screen, so that a user can conveniently know the program information and select a desired program to play and watch.
The fast switching command may be that the duration of the pulse signal exceeds a first threshold. For example, the command may be generated by a user pressing a "+" key or a "-" key on the remote controller for a long time, or may be generated by a dedicated fast switch key on the remote controller, which is not limited by the present invention.
The plurality of channels displayed on one screen of the display screen, i.e. the first group of channels, may be a plurality of channels adjacent to the second channel. For example, where the second channel is channel 19, the first set of channels may include channel 20, channel 21, and channel 22. Of course, the first set of channels may also include more channels, depending on the number of channels that can be simultaneously presented on the display screen.
Optionally, the method may further include: presenting a dynamic video of a program of a third channel in the first group of channels and static screenshots of programs of other channels in the first group of channels except the third channel on a display screen 420; and 430, when a selection instruction for a target channel in the first group of channels is received, presenting the program dynamic video of the target channel and the program static screenshots of the rest at least two channels except the target channel on the display screen.
When the user has no operation, the system may control the focus (i.e., the object currently controllable by an input device, such as a remote control) to fall on a third channel of the set of channels, which may be the leftmost channel of the channels presented on the display screen. The user may select a first set of channels presented on the current display screen. For example, the user may select a television channel by controlling left and right movement of the focus through left and right keys on a remote control. When the system receives a selection instruction aiming at a target channel in the first group of channels, when the focus is on the target channel, the picture of the target channel is switched to the dynamic video, and meanwhile, the pictures of other channels present static screenshots.
It should be understood that the target channel herein may be any channel in the first set of channels.
Optionally, the method may further include: 440, when a page turning instruction is received, presenting a static screenshot of the program of each channel in a second group of channels on the display screen, wherein the second group of channels comprises at least three channels, and each channel in the first group of channels is different from each channel in the second group of channels; 450, presenting the dynamic video of the program of the fourth channel in the second group of channels and the static screenshots of the programs of the other channels in the second group of channels except the fourth channel on the display screen; and 460, when a selection instruction for a target channel in the second group of channels is received, presenting the program dynamic video of the target channel and the program static screenshots of the rest at least two channels except the target channel on the display screen.
The page turning instruction may be that the duration of the pulse signal exceeds a second threshold, the second threshold being greater than the first threshold. For example, the instruction generated when the user frequently presses the "+" key or the "-" key on the remote controller for a duration time exceeding the second threshold may be an instruction generated by a dedicated page turning switching key on the remote controller, which is not limited by the present invention.
For example, when the user presses the "+" key on the remote control for a long time beyond a second threshold, the display switches from presenting the first set of channels to presenting the second set of channels. The number of channels in the second set of channels may be the same as the first set. At this point, when the user releases the "+" key, the focus may fall on a fourth channel in the second set of channels, presenting a program dynamic video of the fourth channel, e.g., the leftmost channel in the second set of channels, and simultaneously presenting a program static screenshot of the other channels. Likewise, the user may make a selection for a second set of channels currently presented on the display screen. For example, the user may select a television channel by controlling left and right movement of the focus through left and right keys on a remote control. When the system receives a selection instruction for a target channel in the second group of channels, and the focus is in the target channel, the picture of the target channel is switched to the dynamic video, and meanwhile, the pictures of other channels present static screenshots.
It should be understood that the target channel herein may be any channel in the second set of channels.
In the embodiment of the invention, a user can browse the related data of a plurality of channels at one time through the page turning instruction generated by corresponding operation, thereby overcoming the defect that the related data of only one channel can be browsed at one time in the existing mechanism and further quickly selecting the channel expected to be watched. The waiting time of the user for switching the channel is effectively shortened, and the user experience and the user satisfaction are improved.
Optionally, the method may further include: 470, after a predetermined time period, the program dynamic video of the target channel is presented on the display screen in a full screen mode; or when a channel switching confirmation instruction is received, displaying the program dynamic video of the target channel on the display screen in a full screen mode.
Specifically, when the system does not receive any instruction after a predetermined time period, that is, the user does not perform any operation, the program dynamic video of the target channel may be played in full screen at this time. In addition, when the user wants to play the program dynamic video of the target channel in full screen, the user may also perform an operation such as pressing a confirmation key to control the system to play the program dynamic video of the target channel in full screen.
A method for switching a live tv channel according to another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated in the following with reference to fig. 5A to 5G.
The system presents the program motion video of channel 18 (i.e., an example of the first channel) full screen on the display screen (which may correspond to fig. 5A). 5B). At the same time, the system moves horizontally between the display area of channel 18 and the display area of channel 19, and when the program video stream of channel 19 is acquired, the display screen presents a portion of the program static screenshot of channel 18 and the program dynamic video of channel 19 (which may correspond to fig. 5C). When the user presses the "+" key for a long time, a static screenshot of the program for channels 20-23 is displayed on the display screen (which may correspond to FIG. 5D). When the user does not release the "+" key and holds the "+" key for a long time, a static screenshot of the program for channels 24-27 is presented on the display. At this point, the user releases the "+" key and focus is on channel 24 (which may correspond to FIG. 5E).
