Abstract

一种多层层状光伏组件,包括透明盖板、背板及太阳能电池片,太阳能电池片两侧均具有高密度聚乙烯层,高密度聚乙烯层的体积电阻率的数量级在1020以上,并且透明盖板为双绒面透明盖板,背板包括依次叠设的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层、对苯二甲酸乙二酯层、含氟层及铝材加固层,其中,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层与第二高密度聚乙烯层相邻。本发明的太阳能电池片两侧具有高密度聚乙烯层(HDPE),HPDE的抗拉强度在50MPa以上,体积电阻率的数量级在1020以上,具有较强的抗击PID能力;背板水汽透过率低,结构强度大,重量轻,减轻了光伏组件的整体重量,使其能安装在屋顶及建筑物幕墙上。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多层层状光伏组件,属于光伏太阳能技术领域。
背景技术
太阳能的利用越来越普及,而太阳能光伏系统是一种暴露在阳光下便会产生直流电的发电装置,光伏板组件可以制成各异的形状,且光伏板可相互连接以便获得更多的电力。
光伏系统的系统电压存在对电池组持续的电位诱发衰减效应,基于丝网印刷的晶体硅电池通过封装材料对光伏组边框相成的回路导致的漏电流,被认为是引发上述效应的主要原因。传统的光伏组件在高温高湿环境中发生的功率衰减较大,其严重影响到光伏组的质量及性能。
另外,由于透明玻璃层及金属框架的成本较高,且重量较大,使得光伏系统的成本较高,其重量无法适用于安装在屋顶及建筑幕墙上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决上述现有技术的不足,提供一种多层层状光伏组件。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:
一种多层层状光伏组件,包括透明盖板、背板及夹设于所述透明盖板与背板之间的太阳能电池片,所述透明盖板与太阳能电池片之间具有第一高密度聚乙烯层,所述背板与太阳能电池片之间具有第二高密度聚乙烯层,所述高密度聚乙烯层的体积电阻率的数量级在1020以上,并且透明盖板为双绒面透明盖板,
所述背板包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层、对苯二甲酸乙二酯层、含氟层及铝材加固层,
所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层与第二高密度聚乙烯层相邻,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层与对苯二甲酸乙二酯层相邻,对苯二甲酸乙二酯层与含氟层相邻,含氟层与铝材加固层相邻。
进一步地,所述透明盖板的外侧具有减反射膜镀层。
进一步地,所述透明盖板为氟塑料透明盖板。
进一步地,所述氟塑料至少包括乙烯一三氟氯乙烯共聚物、聚偏氟乙烯。
进一步地,所述铝材加固层为网格状镂空铝材加固层。
本发明的有益效果主要体现在:
1.太阳能电池片两侧具有高密度聚乙烯层(HDPE),HPDE的抗拉强度在50MPa以上,体积电阻率的数量级在1020以上,具有较强的抗击PID(潜在诱导失效)能力;
2.背板水汽透过率低,结构强度大,重量轻,减轻了光伏组件的整体重量,使其能安装在屋顶及建筑物幕墙上。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种太阳能光伏系统,以下结合附图对本发明技术方案进行详细描述,以使其更易于理解和掌握。
如图1所示,一种多层层状光伏组件,包括透明盖板1、背板2及夹设于透明盖板1与背板2之间的太阳能电池片3,透明盖板1与太阳能电池片3之间具有第一高密度聚乙烯层4,背板2与太阳能电池片3之间具有第二高密度聚乙烯层5,高密度聚乙烯层的体积电阻率的数量级在1020以上,并且透明盖板1为双绒面透明盖板,背板2包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层6、对苯二甲酸乙二酯层7、含氟层8及铝材加固层9,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层6与第二高密度聚乙烯层5相邻,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层6与对苯二甲酸乙二酯层7相邻,对苯二甲酸乙二酯层7与含氟层8相邻,含氟层8与铝材加固层9相邻。
其中,透明盖板1的外侧具有减反射膜镀层10,该减反射膜镀层10的折射率范围为2.1~2.3。另外,透明盖板1为氟塑料透明盖板。更细化的,氟塑料至少包括乙烯一三氟氯乙烯共聚物、聚偏氟乙烯。
优化本方案,铝材加固层9为网格状镂空铝材加固层,结构强度高,重量轻。铝材加固层的外侧具有便于层状光伏组件安装的安装机构,安装机构至少包括螺杆、凸起滑轨、卡扣件。方便光伏组件的安装于支架、屋顶及建筑幕墙上。

1.一种多层层状光伏组件,包括透明盖板、背板及夹设于所述透明盖板与背板之间的太阳能电池片,其特征在于:
所述透明盖板与太阳能电池片之间具有第一高密度聚乙烯层,所述背板与太阳能电池片之间具有第二高密度聚乙烯层,所述高密度聚乙烯层的体积电阻率的数量级在1020以上,并且透明盖板为双绒面透明盖板,
所述背板包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层、对苯二甲酸乙二酯层、含氟层及铝材加固层,
所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层与第二高密度聚乙烯层相邻,乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物层与对苯二甲酸乙二酯层相邻,对苯二甲酸乙二酯层与含氟层相邻,含氟层与铝材加固层相邻。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种多层层状光伏组件,其特征在于:所述透明盖板的外侧具有减反射膜镀层。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种多层层状光伏组件,其特征在于:所述透明盖板为氟塑料透明盖板。
4.根据权利要求2所述一种多层层状光伏组件,其特征在于:所述氟塑料至少包括乙烯一三氟氯乙烯共聚物、聚偏氟乙烯。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种多层层状光伏组件,其特征在于:所述铝材加固层为网格状镂空铝材加固层。
