一种高温耐弯曲移动用瞬时抗拉电缆
技术领域
本发明属于电缆领域,尤其涉及一种高温耐弯曲移动用瞬时抗拉电缆。
背景技术
目前使用的移动用抗拉电缆大多采用钢丝载结构,或采用钢丝编织结构,以满足电缆在使用过程中承受的外力。此类电缆由于采用了钢丝承载结构造成电缆整体柔软性能下降,弯曲过程中造成导体断裂,电缆使用寿命降低。另外由于结构的原因,此类电缆承受拉力受到限制,不能根据外在拉力的大小进行相应的调节,瞬时拉力过大时,电缆导体受到外力破坏。根据统计,由于电缆结构设计不合理,此类电缆在使用1天到7天内就大量出现导体断裂及绝缘破裂事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温、耐磨损、柔韧性好,高抗拉的一种高温耐弯曲移动用瞬时抗拉电缆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种高温耐弯曲移动用瞬时抗拉电缆,它包括导线线芯、包带层和护套层;所述导线线芯包括芳纶绳、镀锡铜导体、高抗撕硅橡胶绝缘层、聚酯带绝缘包带层;所述芳纶绳均匀设置在镀锡铜导体内部;所述镀锡铜导体外部挤包高抗撕硅橡胶绝缘层;所述高抗撕硅橡胶绝缘层外部设有聚酯带绝缘包带层;所述导线线芯共有四组,其均匀挤包在包带层内部;所述包带层外部设置护套层;所述包带层与导线线芯之间的间隙还设有填充层。
所述的芳纶绳由芳纶纱束绞而成。
所述的填充层为低烟无卤纸绳,填充量为绝缘间空间的一半。
所述的护套层为聚氨酯材料。
综上所述本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过对电缆结构的重新设计,可根据电缆实用的运行情况,可以准确的控制电缆的抗拉力指标,保证电缆在运行过程中不会出现过拉力情况。电缆具备了耐高温、耐磨损、柔韧性好,高抗拉的特性,能满足上述运行条件下对电缆特殊性能的需要,提高了电缆的使用寿命。

如图1所示,一种高温耐弯曲移动用瞬时抗拉电缆,它包括导线线芯、包带层6和护套层7;所述导线线芯包括芳纶绳1、镀锡铜导体2、高抗撕硅橡胶绝缘层3、聚酯带绝缘包带层4;所述芳纶绳1均匀设置在镀锡铜导体2内部;所述镀锡铜导体2外部挤包高抗撕硅橡胶绝缘层3;所述高抗撕硅橡胶绝缘层3外部设有聚酯带绝缘包带层4;所述导线线芯共有四组,其均匀挤包在包带层6内部;所述包带层6外部设置护套层7;所述包带层6与导线线芯之间的间隙还设有填充层5。
所述的芳纶绳1由芳纶纱束绞而成。
所述的填充层5为低烟无卤纸绳,填充量为绝缘间空间的一半。
所述的护套层7为聚氨酯材料。
本发明电缆采用的芳纶绳1由芳纶纱束绞而成,根据电缆承受的瞬时拉力的大小,调整芳纶绳1的数量。芳纶绳1为不可伸长型高强度材料,因此电缆承受拉力时,全部由芳纶绳1承担,电缆的导体不承担拉力,保证电缆的高抗拉性能,又不损坏电缆导体的性能。
本发明的高抗撕硅橡胶绝缘层3具有较好的化学稳定性、优良的耐热老化性、优异的耐寒性、卓越的电绝缘性能和耐臭氧、耐气候性,满足电缆在高温场下安全工作。
本发明的聚酯带绝缘包带层4表面光滑,绕包在绝缘外面,当电缆弯曲时绝缘线芯之间摩擦力减小,不容易损坏绝缘层3。
本发明的低烟无卤纸绳填充层5,此类填充材料比较柔软,另外在电缆生产时填充线芯间隙的一半,保证电缆弯曲过程中绝缘线芯有相对滑移的容易,保证了电缆结构的稳定。
本发明的聚氨酯材料护套层7具有优异的耐磨性和抗撕裂性能,电缆在弯曲和移动过程中不容易损伤护套层,提高电缆的使用寿命。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高温耐弯曲移动用瞬时抗拉电缆,其特征在于:所述的芳纶绳由芳纶纱束绞而成。
