Abstract
The invention relates to an electrical box of a cabinet air conditioner, which comprises an electrical box body, a box cover matched with the electrical box body and a fireproof baffle plate, wherein the fireproof baffle plate is at least arranged on one side of the electrical box body and is connected with the electrical box body, and the height of the fireproof baffle plate is not lower than the whole height of the electrical box. Background
The traditional cabinet air conditioner electrical box and the junction box are both arranged at the lower part of the cabinet air conditioner, and the arrangement mode is not ideal enough from the perspective of safe use. In recent years, the cabinet air conditioner starts to be arranged separately, generally, the junction box is arranged at the bottom of the cabinet air conditioner, the electrical box is arranged at the top of the cabinet air conditioner, and the connecting wire connects the cabinet air conditioner and the electrical box together through an air duct, an air outlet or an evaporator.
Also, some manufacturers adopt a wire fixing clamp to fix the connecting wire and some manufacturers adopt a metal wire passing groove structure which is safer and more attractive in appearance due to safety consideration. However, this measure only ensures the electrical safety around the high-voltage connection line, and the electrical box portion still does not achieve the desired fire-proof effect. In case of fire in the electrical box, the flame is easily ejected from the electrical box and ignites plastic parts around the electrical box.
Therefore, how to improve the fire-proof function of the electrical box is a technical problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Preferably, the fireproof baffle is a sheet metal part.
Preferably, one end of the electrical box body is provided with a clamping groove formed by a flanging, one end of the box cover is inserted into the clamping groove, and the other end of the box cover is connected with the electrical box body through a fastening piece.

The height of the fireproof baffle 3 is not lower than the whole height of the electric appliance box, so that the fireproof baffle 3 can be ensured to fully block a gap between the electric appliance box body 1 and the box cover 2, and the fireproof baffle 3 is ensured to play a due role. At the same time, in order to prevent the fire from spreading to the outside of the electrical box as much as possible, the fire barrier 3 should extend as much as possible in the longitudinal direction as space allows, so that the fire barrier exerts the maximum fire protection effect.
As shown in fig. 1, at least one side of the electrical box body 1 is provided with the fireproof baffle 3, and the height of the fireproof baffle 3 is not lower than the whole height of the electrical box, so once the electrical box is on fire, the flame sprayed outwards through the gap between the electrical box body 1 and the box cover 2 is blocked by the fireproof baffle 3, the fire can not spread, the fire is limited at the position of the electrical box, the electrical safety of the whole electrical box is effectively ensured, and a large fire is prevented.
It is difficult to understand that, compare in unilateral setting fire damper 3, all set up fire damper 3 in the two sides of electrical apparatus box body 1 and can further improve fire prevention effect, in case the electrical apparatus box is inside to be fired, can in time be blockked from the flame of spun between electrical apparatus box body 1 and the 2 gaps of lid. The fire damper 3 can be made of a novel fire-proof material, for example, thermosetting resin can be used as a material for making the fire damper, and the fire damper 3 in this embodiment is preferably a sheet metal part in view of production cost and wide material source.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, besides the function of fire prevention, the fire damper 3 can actually support the connecting wires, and the connecting wires connected to the inside of the electrical box can be fixed on the fire damper 3 to achieve the purpose of arranging the lines. The fixing mode of the connecting wire on the fireproof shield 3 can be freely selected, and in the embodiment of the invention, a wire clamp 4 is preferably arranged on the fireproof shield 3, and the connecting wire can be regularly fixed on the wire clamp 4 as shown in figures 2 and 3.
In fact, in the current electrical box, the box cover 2 is connected with the electrical box body 1 only by a connecting piece at one end, however, in the using process, it is found that the end of the box cover 2 without the connecting piece is easy to tilt, and therefore, the invention improves the problem, as shown in fig. 1, a clamping groove formed by a flanging 5 is arranged at one end of the electrical box body 1, one end of the box cover 2 is inserted into the clamping groove, and the other end is connected with the electrical box body 1 through a fastening piece. Both ends of the box cover 2 are fixed, so that the situation that one end of the box cover is tilted is effectively avoided.
Certainly, the connection mode of fire damper 3 and electrical apparatus box body 1 is not limited to one, and fire damper 3 and electrical apparatus box body 1 can be detachable connections, also can be permanent fixed connection, for example, fire damper 3 and electrical apparatus box body 1 can adopt the fastener to link to each other, also can weld and link to each other, and when adopting the fastener to connect, the fastener can select for use bolt, rivet etc..
It is not difficult to understand that, increase behind fire damper 3, the weight of whole electrical apparatus box can appear showing the increase, avoids local atress to give the pressure that air conditioner air inlet panel brought, in the electrical apparatus box disclosed in this embodiment, all seted up the bolt hole that links to each other with the air inlet panel on fire damper 3 and the electrical apparatus box body 1. Meanwhile, it should be emphasized that the electrical box disclosed in the above embodiments is disposed at the upper portion of the cabinet air conditioner, and the component adjacent to the lower portion of the electrical box is the air conditioner evaporator bracket, in order to further improve the overall safety of the cabinet air conditioner, the air conditioner evaporator bracket should also be made of a fireproof material, and the fireproof material may be a conventional fireproof material on the market at present, which is not described in detail herein.
In addition, the invention also discloses a cabinet air conditioner, which is provided with an electrical box, wherein the electrical box is the electrical box disclosed in any one of the embodiments.
Since the electrical box in the above embodiment is adopted, the cabinet air conditioner should have the technical advantages corresponding to the electrical box, which is not described herein again.
