Abstract
本发明涉及一种喷雾涂布式抗腐蚀涤纶织物面料,是在涤纶基布的外表面采用喷雾涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、防腐剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5~8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用喷雾涂布的方式施加到涤纶基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120~135℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。涤纶织物面料表面经涂布材料保护后,织物具有更好的抗腐蚀特性,提高了面料的使用品质。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于涤纶织物面料技术领域,具体涉及一种抗腐蚀的喷雾涂布涤纶织物面料。
背景技术
涤纶是合成纤维中的一个重要品种,是我国聚酯纤维的商品名称。它是以精对苯二甲酸(PTA)或对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)和乙二醇(EG)为原料经酯化或酯交换和缩聚反应而制得的成纤高聚物--聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET),经纺丝和后处理制成的纤维。
涤纶织物具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,因此,其坚牢耐用、抗皱免烫。涤纶织物吸湿性较差,穿着有闷热感,同时易带静电、沾污灰尘,影响美观和舒适性。不过洗后极易干燥,且湿强几乎不下降,不变形,有良好的洗可穿性能。涤纶是合纤织物中耐热性最好的面料,具有热塑性,可制做百褶裙,褶裥持久。同时,涤纶织物的抗熔性较差,遇着烟灰、火星等易形成孔洞。因此,穿着时应尽量避免烟头、火花等的接触。涤纶织物的耐光性较好,除比腈纶差外,其耐晒能力胜过天然纤维织物。不断开发面料的新功能是涤纶织物面料发展的趋势。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗腐蚀的喷雾涂布式涤纶织物面料。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:一种喷雾涂布式抗腐蚀涤纶织物面料,是在涤纶基布的外表面采用喷雾涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、防腐剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5~8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用喷雾涂布的方式施加到涤纶基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120~135℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
优选地,所述涤纶基布的组织结构采用异面组织,以便于涂层更好的涂布以及面料后期的固化平衡,延长使用寿命。
优选地,异面组织包括选1/2斜纹、1/3斜纹、破斜纹、1/4斜纹或者五枚缎纹组织结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点在于:提供了一种喷雾涂布式的抗腐蚀涤纶织物面料,经过喷雾涂层保护后,使涤纶织物面料具有更好的抗腐蚀性能,提高了涤纶织物面料的使用品质。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
实施例1
抗腐蚀涤纶织物面料,是在涤纶基布的外表面采用喷雾涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、防腐剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用喷雾涂布的方式施加到涤纶基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120℃环境下固化1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
本实施例中的涤纶基布的组织结构为1/2斜纹组织结构。
本实施例所得涤纶织物面料具有很好的抗腐蚀特性。
实施例2
抗腐蚀涤纶织物面料,是在涤纶基布的外表面采用喷雾涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、防腐剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用喷雾涂布的方式施加到涤纶基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于130℃环境下固化1小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
本实施例中涤纶基布的组织结构为破斜纹组织结构。
本实施例所得涤纶织物面料具有很好的抗腐蚀特性。
实施例3
抗腐蚀涤纶织物面料,是在涤纶基布的外表面采用喷雾涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、防腐剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用喷雾涂布的方式施加到涤纶基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120℃环境下固化1小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
本实施例中涤纶基布的组织结构为五枚缎纹组织结构。
本实施例所得涤纶织物面料具有很好的抗腐蚀特性。

1.一种喷雾涂布式抗腐蚀涤纶织物面料,其特征在于:是在涤纶基布的外表面采用喷雾涂布的方式装饰一层功能涂层,所述功能涂层所涉及的涂层浆的制备是将涂层胶、硅烷、防腐剂和交联剂加入制浆罐,搅拌均匀后,以氨水调节pH至7.5~8.5范围,静置2~4小时,然后采用喷雾涂布的方式施加到涤纶基布表面,于80℃环境下烘干0.5小时,于120~135℃环境下固化1~1.5小时,最后在自然条件下平衡8小时以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷雾涂布式抗腐蚀涤纶织物面料,其特征在于:所述涤纶基布的组织结构采用异面组织。
3.根据权利要求2所述的喷雾涂布式抗腐蚀涤纶织物面料,其特征在于:所述异面组织包括选1/2斜纹、1/3斜纹、破斜纹、1/4斜纹或者五枚缎纹组织结构。
