本发明公开了一种阻燃防静电木塑复合材料,主要由如下质量份数的组份制成:天然纤维粉55~70份、四针状氧化锌晶须12~18份、线性低密度聚乙烯30份、稳定剂10~15份、增强填料15~35份、发泡剂2~5份、固化剂5~7份及偶联剂3份;将填料通过干燥、改性、熔融共混、挤出完成。本发明有益效果是:有效地提升了填料与胶黏剂的表面的粘合力,具有较佳的防静电性能,在降低了脆性的同时有效地提高材料的耐热性、高韧性能等力学性能,并且大大节约了木材的使用量,实现了绿色环保,造福社会。

一种阻燃防静电木塑复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,尤其涉及一种阻燃防静电木塑复合材料。
背景技术
近年来,由于塑木复合材料的快速发展,被广泛应用于建材、家具、物流包装甚至工业领域,其主要是利用热塑性树脂代替通常的树脂胶粘剂,与其它木质纤维混合在经过挤压、模压等工艺生产出板材或型材,其力学性能满足均能满足各方面要求;热塑性树脂具有加工成型简便、较高的机械能被广泛应用于各个领域,但缺点是耐热性较差,其制品在使用过程中易积聚大量静电导致火花放电而引发燃爆灾害事故,当遇到包括静电放电火花在内的各种明火时可被点燃,并迅速燃烧酿成火灾,这些都大大限制了它的应用领域。为此,开展对热塑性材料的防静电、阻燃改性并使二者兼容具有重要意义。因此,如何研究一种力学性能佳阻燃防静电木塑复合材料已成为目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种阻燃防静电木塑复合材料,主要由如下质量份数的组份制成:天然纤维粉55~70份、四针状氧化锌晶须12~18份、线性低密度聚乙烯30份、稳定剂10~15份、增强填料15~35份、发泡剂2~5份、固化剂5~7份及偶联剂3份。
进一步地,所述天然纤维粉原料选自木屑、稻壳、花生壳或农作物秸秆中的一种或几种,且粉末粒径为30~60目。
进一步地,所述增强填料选自滑石粉、云母粉及石棉粉中的一种或多种,且颗粒粒径为170~200目。
进一步地,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙。
本发明有益效果是:有效地提升了填料与胶黏剂的表面的粘合力,具有较佳的防静电性能,在降低了脆性的同时有效地提高材料的耐热性、高韧性能等力学性能,并且大大节约了木材的使用量,实现了绿色环保,造福社会。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
一种阻燃防静电木塑复合材料,主要由如下质量份数的组份制成:天然纤维粉55份、四针状氧化锌晶须12份、线性低密度聚乙烯30份、稳定剂10份、增强填料15份、发泡剂3份、固化剂5份及偶联剂3份。
其中,天然纤维粉原料选自木屑、稻壳、花生壳或农作物秸秆中的一种或几种,且粉末粒径为30~60目。
其中,增强填料选自滑石粉、云母粉及石棉粉中的一种或多种,且颗粒粒径为170~200目。
其中,稳定剂为硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙。
一种阻燃防静电木塑复合材料,其制备步骤如下:
a)将天然纤维粉放入混合机中干燥至水含率的重量浓度小于3.5%,时间为2~5h,温度为150℃~220℃;
b)将干燥后的填料与各组份放入搅拌机中搅拌10~15mnin后,挤出造粒,挤出温度为180℃。

1.一种阻燃防静电木塑复合材料,其特征在于主要由如下质量份数的组份制成:天然纤维粉55~70份、四针状氧化锌晶须12~18份、线性低密度聚乙烯30份、稳定剂10~15份、增强填料15~35份、发泡剂2~5份、固化剂5~7份及偶联剂3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防静电木塑复合材料,其特征在于:所述天然纤维粉原料选自木屑、稻壳、花生壳或农作物秸秆中的一种或几种,且粉末粒径为30~60目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防静电木塑复合材料,其特征在于:所述增强填料选自滑石粉、云母粉及石棉粉中的一种或多种,且颗粒粒径为170~200目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防静电木塑复合材料,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为硬脂酸锌或硬脂酸钙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃防静电木塑复合材料,其特征在于:所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂或钛酸酯偶联剂。
