本发明公开了一种稻田虾养殖防渗漏复合布,包括基布,所述基布由涤纶长纤维经线与涤纶长纤维纬线呈十字交叉编织构成,所述基布的上表面设有网格状的橡胶条层,所述橡胶条层的上侧通过黏合剂粘贴有聚乙烯材料制成的防水层,所述防水层的上表面设有保护布层,所述保护布层的上表面设有抗菌层,该复合布采用基布和保护布层以及橡胶条层的结构,使复合布的抗撕裂性较高,使复合布的使用寿命大大提高,且防水层内置于基布和保护布层内侧的结构,使复合布不仅具有良好的防水性,且对于防水层具有较高的保护,提高使用寿命,采用抗菌层的结构对于虾养殖区域进行杀菌,提高虾的生长环境,提高经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及养殖设备技术领域,具体为一种稻田虾养殖防渗漏复合布。
背景技术
在高位池集约化养虾中,由于养殖密度高,饲料投放量大,对虾新陈代谢产生的物质也随之增多,特别是养殖中后期,池底的各种代谢物和动植物尸体、残饵等的滞留、积累,给养虾池水质的稳定带来很大的压力,如何使这些池底残留有害物质及时转化或排出池外,是高位池养虾技术中最关键的一环,在稻田内进行虾养殖,由于水稻的秸秆传统的的防渗膜强度和抗撕裂性较低,在使用的过程容易发生漏水现象,为虾养殖带来极大的影响,且水稻在生长的过程中易产生病菌,从而导致虾的生长环境会存在病菌,影响虾的生长,为此,我们提出一种稻田虾养殖防渗漏复合布。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种稻田虾养殖防渗漏复合布,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种稻田虾养殖防渗漏复合布,包括基布,所述基布由涤纶长纤维经线与涤纶长纤维纬线呈十字交叉编织构成,所述基布的上表面设有网格状的橡胶条层,所述橡胶条层的上侧通过黏合剂粘贴有聚乙烯材料制成的防水层,所述防水层的上表面设有保护布层,所述保护布层的上表面设有抗菌层,所述基布的下表面均匀缝制有缆绳。
优选的,所述保护布层由三根玻璃纤维纬线与两根天丝纤维经线交叉编织构成。
优选的,所述抗菌层由抗菌母粒和聚氯乙烯树脂构成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该复合布采用基布和保护布层以及橡胶条层的结构,使复合布的抗撕裂性较高,使复合布的使用寿命大大提高,且防水层内置于基布和保护布层内侧的结构,使复合布不仅具有良好的防水性,且对于防水层具有较高的保护,提高使用寿命,采用抗菌层的结构对于虾养殖区域进行杀菌,提高虾的生长环境,提高经济效益。

请参阅图1-3,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种稻田虾养殖防渗漏复合布,包括基布1,所述基布1由涤纶长纤维经线11与涤纶长纤维纬线12呈十字交叉编织构成,所述基布1的上表面设有网格状的橡胶条层3,所述橡胶条层3的上侧通过黏合剂粘贴有聚乙烯材料制成的防水层4,且防水层5内置于基布1和保护布层5内侧的结构,使复合布不仅具有良好的防水性,且对于防水层4具有较高的保护,提高使用寿命,所述防水层4的上表面设有保护布层5,所述保护布层5由三根玻璃纤维纬线51与两根天丝纤维经线52交叉编织构成,所述保护布层5的上表面设有抗菌层6,所述抗菌层6由抗菌母粒和聚氯乙烯树脂构成,采用抗菌层6的结构对于虾养殖区域进行杀菌,提高虾的生长环境,提高经济效益,所述基布1的下表面均匀缝制有缆绳2,采用基布1和保护布层5以及橡胶条层3的结构,使复合布的抗撕裂性较高,使复合布的使用寿命大大提高,
