Abstract
The invention discloses a multipurpose steel cord releasing device which is characterized by comprising a fixing shaft column, wherein a detachable guide locking ring is arranged at the lower part of the fixing shaft column; and a detachable wire releasing head is arranged at the top part of the fixing shaft column. The multipurpose steel cord releasing device has the advantages that when the multipurpose steel cord releasing device is used, a guide convex strip and a guide notch are utilized, and a user can arbitrarily regulate the height of the fixing shaft column; and with utilization of matching of a rotary cavity and a positioning column head, the user can arbitrarily regulate the set angle of the wire releasing head, so that the wire releasing angle of a steel cord in a wire groove is regulated, and the multipurpose steel cord releasing device is suitable for wire releasing machines in different sizes and types and is wide in application range, low in cost, obvious in effect and strong in practicability.

The multipurpose steel cord pay-off device has the following advantages: when the adjustable shaft column is used, the height of the fixed shaft column can be adjusted by a user at will by utilizing the guide convex strips and the guide notches. The retainer ring groove 231 is a V-shaped groove.
The payoff head 4 is made of hard steel.
