本发明涉及废气处理设备制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于废气处理的活性炭吸附器。背景技术
废气中含有大量粉尘、而活性炭作为一种吸附性很强的物质,常被应用在净化气体领域。有一种活性炭吸附器,该活性炭吸附器包括两端分别设有进口和出口的壳体,所述壳体内的空间由多块竖直隔板分隔为多个腔室,在每个腔室内安装有多块活性炭吸附板。这种活性炭吸附器在使用过程中存在如下问题:维修时要把壳体的侧板打开,才能对腔室内的活性炭吸附板进行维修和更换,劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种活性炭吸附器,以解决现有的活性炭吸附器维修困难的问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为:这种活性炭吸附器包括分别设有进口和出口的壳体,所述壳体内的空间由多块竖直隔板分隔为多个腔室,在每个所述腔室设有多呈个上下设置的抽屉式活性炭吸附单元,所述抽屉式活性炭吸附单元具有框形架,在所述框形架的顶部和底部均插装有活性炭吸附板。
上述活性炭吸附器技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:在所述竖直隔板上分布有多个通孔,所述竖直隔板为石棉纤维。
进一步的:所述壳体的横截面为矩形,所述壳体于一侧板上设有与每个所述腔室相通的门框,并在所述门框处铰接有周连装有密封条的侧门。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:由于活性炭吸附器设有抽屉式活性炭吸附单元,每个抽屉式活性炭吸附单元具有插装在框形架顶部和底部的活性炭吸附板,维修时,只需打开侧门,就可将抽屉式活性炭吸附单元取出,对活性炭吸附板进行维修、更换,快捷并省时、省力。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详述:
如图1、图2和图3所示的活性炭吸附器包括分别设有进口1-1和出口1-2的壳体1,壳体1的横截面为矩形,本实施例壳体1内的空间由两块竖直隔板2分隔为三个腔室,在竖直隔板2上分布有多个通孔,竖直隔板2为石棉纤维;在每个腔室设有四呈个上下设置的抽屉式活性炭吸附单元,抽屉式活性炭吸附单元具有框形架3-2,在框形架3-2的顶部和底部均通过滑轨插装有一块活性炭吸附板3-1,壳体1于一侧的侧板上开有与每个腔室相通的门框,并在门框处铰接有周连装有密封条的侧门4。
维修时,只需打开侧门,就可将抽屉式活性炭吸附单元取出,对活性炭吸附板进行维修、更换,快捷并省时、省力。

1.一种活性炭吸附器,包括分别设有进口(1-1)和出口(1-2)的壳体(1),所述壳体(1)内的空间由多块竖直隔板(2)分隔为多个腔室,其特征在于:在每个所述腔室设有多呈个上下设置的抽屉式活性炭吸附单元,所述抽屉式活性炭吸附单元具有框形架(3-2),在所述框形架(3-2)的顶部和底部均插装有活性炭吸附板(3-1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活性炭吸附器,其特征在于:在所述竖直隔板(2)上分布有多个通孔,所述竖直隔板(2)为石棉纤维。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的活性炭吸附器,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的横截面为矩形,所述壳体(1)于一侧板上设有与每个所述腔室相通的门框,并在所述门框处铰接有周连装有密封条的侧门(4)。
