The invention provides a method, a device and a system for inquiring a calling number and a mobile terminal. Wherein, the method comprises the following steps: receiving a calling number inquiry request input by a user through a mobile terminal; judging whether the mobile terminal has started a server number query function; and under the condition that the judgment result is yes, acquiring the calling number from the local address list and a preset number inquiry server according to the calling number inquiry request. The invention can make the process of inquiring the calling number as convenient as inquiring in the local address list of the mobile terminal, facilitate the inquiring operation of the user to a great extent and simplify the complicated process of inquiring the number by the user.

Background
With the development of communication technology and network technology, the processing capability of mobile terminals such as mobile phones is increasing, and the functions provided by mobile terminals such as mobile phones are increasing. The voice service is one of the most basic functions of the mobile phone, how to furthest expand the functions of the voice server can be achieved, convenient and fast service is provided for users, and the experience of the users on the mobile terminal is directly related.
In the time from birth to present decades, for the convenience of users, the voice call service of the mobile terminal such as a mobile phone is continuously expanded, for example, functions such as adding a local address book, call recording, speed dialing, contact person grouping and the like are added, the functions are convenient for the users to check, search and dial calls to a certain extent, and the users can use the mobile terminal conveniently, but the expansion of the functions is only based on the local storage of the mobile terminal. Disclosure of Invention
The main purpose of the present invention is to provide a number obtaining scheme that enables a user to obtain a calling number without using a paid number query service, and the user can directly use a mobile terminal to conveniently obtain the calling number, which is as convenient as the user can query the calling number in a local address book of the terminal.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a method, a device and a system for inquiring a calling number and a mobile terminal.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for inquiring a calling number, including: receiving a calling number inquiry request input by a user through a mobile terminal; judging whether the mobile terminal has started a server number query function; and under the condition that the judgment result is yes, acquiring the calling number from the local address list and a preset number inquiry server according to the calling number inquiry request.
Preferably, the call number query request is received by the mobile terminal through a dial interface, wherein a character input interface for inputting Chinese characters or English letters by a user and a digital dialing interface for directly dialing by the user are preset on the dial interface.
Preferably, the call number inquiry request includes: name key of the calling number.
Preferably, the name key includes: the initials of the calling number.
Preferably, in the case where the calling number is acquired from the number inquiry server, the calling number is retrieved from the internal database by the number inquiry server using a predetermined algorithm according to the name keyword.
Preferably, a number inquiry switch is preset on the mobile terminal and is used for controlling the starting or closing of the inquiry function of the server; and the mobile terminal and the number inquiry server interact in a data link mode.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a calling number query method. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a calling number inquiry method according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the flowchart includes the following steps (step S102-step 106):
step S102, receiving a call number inquiry request input by a user through a mobile terminal;
step S104, judging whether the mobile terminal has started a server number inquiry function;
and step S106, under the condition that the judgment result is yes, acquiring the calling number from the local address list and a preset number inquiry server according to the calling number inquiry request.
Through the steps, if the server number query function preset in the mobile terminal is started, the mobile terminal can not only search the number to be called from the local address list, but also search the number to be called from the number query server, obviously, the method avoids the complex operation generated by obtaining the calling number by dialing the paid number query service.
In the embodiment of the invention, the calling number inquiry request is received by the mobile terminal through a dial interface, wherein the dial interface can be provided with a character input interface for inputting Chinese characters or English letters by a user and a digital dialing interface for directly dialing by the user in advance.
At present, most dial plate interfaces of mobile terminals can only provide a number dialing function, that is, a user can only input a number to be dialed, but the embodiment additionally provides an interface through which the user can input contents such as characters, letters or pinyin, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the call number query request may be a name keyword of the call number, and preferably, the name keyword may be an initial name of the call number. It should be noted that the initial name is only a preferred embodiment, and other contents can be completely selected as a keyword in practical application, for example, the initial name may be a shorthand of a number name (in the case of the chinese bank action, only a work line may be input).
In the embodiment of the present invention, in the case where the calling number is acquired from the number query server, the calling number is retrieved from the internal database by the number query server using a predetermined algorithm according to the name keyword. That is, the number query server can perform the lookup operation in the internal database as long as it receives the keyword.
In the embodiment of the invention, a number inquiry switch can be preset on the mobile terminal and used for controlling the starting or closing of the server inquiry function, of course, the number inquiry switch is not set, the server inquiry function only needs to be integrated in the system by default, the mobile terminal only needs to be used by default when in use, and in addition, the mobile terminal and the number inquiry server are interacted in a data link mode.
Currently, the number inquiry process of the user by using the number inquiry service such as 114 and 12580 is required to pay a certain information inquiry fee.
In the present embodiment, the number stored in the number inquiry server is provided by at least one of a mobile operator, a software developer, and an organization to which the user belongs. That is, for the management, maintenance, etc. of the number inquiry server, it can be taken charge of by the above-mentioned organization, and since the technical cost of providing the number inquiry is not so high, it is entirely economically feasible to provide the number inquiry service free of charge to the mobile terminal user if it is desired to attract the mobile terminal user to use his own communication service or related software.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in the case that the determination result is negative, that is, the server number query function preset in the mobile terminal is not turned on, the call number may also be obtained from the local address book.

a receiving module 10, configured to receive a call number query request input by a user through a mobile terminal; the judging module 20 is configured to judge whether the mobile terminal has started the server number query function; and an obtaining module 30, configured to, when the determination result of the determining module is yes, obtain, according to the call number query request, the call number from the local address list and a preset number query server at the same time.
In this embodiment, the call number query request is received by the mobile terminal through a dial interface, wherein the dial interface is pre-provided with a character input interface for inputting Chinese characters or English letters by a user and a digital dialing interface for directly dialing by the user; the call number inquiry request comprises: name key of the calling number. For example, the keyword may be the name initials of the calling number.
In order to facilitate understanding of the implementation process of the above embodiment, the following description is made in more detail with reference to fig. 3 to 4 and the preferred embodiment.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
The preferred embodiment provides a query method for a user of a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone to obtain a calling number by using the mobile terminal, and the user only needs to input a keyword (for example, an initial letter of a query number name) of a name of a number to be queried on a dial interface of the mobile terminal when querying a certain calling number by using the query method.
For the user operation and the interaction process between the mobile terminal and the server, the call number query process provided by the preferred embodiment can be substantially implemented by the following steps:
(1) a number inquiry switch which is additionally arranged in the mobile terminal in advance controls whether to start a server-side number inquiry function when a user inputs an inquiry keyword on a dial interface.
(2) The user inputs a keyword, such as an initial letter of the query number name or an abbreviation of the query number name, of the number name to be queried on a dial interface of the mobile terminal.
(3) The mobile terminal searches a record matched with the input keyword in a local address book and displays a local query result on a dial interface.
(4) If the number query of the server side is allowed currently, the mobile terminal searches in the local address list and simultaneously sends the query keywords input by the user to the number query server side in a data link mode.
(5) After receiving the query key words, the number query server queries the database of the server end through a certain algorithm to obtain a query result.
(6) And the number inquiry server sends the inquiry result back to the mobile terminal.
(7) And the mobile terminal displays the query result of the local address list and the number query server on a dial interface.
(8) The user selects the desired result to make the call.
It is seen from the above steps that the user can find the required call number only by inputting the key of the number name to be inquired in the dial plate interface of the mobile terminal, so that on one hand, the inquiry process of the user becomes very simple, on the other hand, the expense in the inquiry process of the user number is saved, and in addition, a service popularization mode is provided for public service departments such as governments and the like, and a business consultation and propaganda mode is provided for enterprises and public institutions.
The implementation of the preferred embodiment is further described below with reference to fig. 3 and 4.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of implementing a calling number query by a mobile terminal according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the flowchart includes the following steps:

In step S312, the mobile terminal receives the query result from the local address book and the number query server and displays the query result on the dial interface, where it is required that the mobile terminal can receive the query result from the number query server and analyze and display the query result.
In step S314, if more than one query result displayed on the dial interface is a number to be dialed, the user can select the desired query result to call according to the number name field in the query result. And ending the call number query realization process of the mobile terminal.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of interaction between a mobile terminal and a number query server according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 4, the interaction process includes:

It can be seen that, in the data interaction process between the mobile terminal and the number inquiry server, the mobile terminal can search the calling number meeting the requirement at the number inquiry server according to the inquiry keyword input by the user, and the user can select the required inquiry result according to the inquiry result displayed by the mobile terminal to call.
