Abstract

本发明涉及一种婴幼儿尿不湿湿度检测监控设备。本发明中的集成芯片上带有圆柱形凹槽，纽扣电池安装在凹槽中，集成芯片与纽扣电池的组合体内置于集成芯片保护壳中，集成芯片下保护壳底端四角处分别有四根突出圆柱，对应集成芯片上保护壳底端四角处分别有四个圆柱孔，将突出的圆柱插入圆柱孔中，腰带上壳、芯片上保护壳中有大小相同的圆柱通孔，数据线一端一次通过圆孔连接至集成芯片，另一端于腰带上壳外连接湿度传感器。衣服魔术贴穿过外壳表面安装。湿度传感器检测到婴幼儿尿湿时，芯片内部通信模块发送相应报警信息通知家长。本发明在不干扰家长正常工作生活的情况下，避免了婴幼儿因尿湿后长时间未更换尿不湿而造成不适，具有显著的实用性。

技术领域
本发明属于智能家居领域，涉及一种婴幼儿尿不湿湿度检测监控设备。
背景技术
婴幼儿属家庭重要成员，生活能力较弱，需家庭额外照顾。家长出于工作、家务、学习等，无法时刻查看婴幼儿是否尿湿，婴幼儿尿湿后长时间未更换尿不湿，产生不适感。婴幼儿身心尚未发育成熟，无法有效表达生理感受。因此家长与婴幼儿需要一种尿不湿湿度检测监控设备，实时检测婴幼儿尿不湿湿度，若湿度超过预警值，设备通知家长。本发明针对婴幼儿是否需要更换尿不湿而进行湿度检测和实时监控。婴幼儿尿不湿需要更换，设备通过手机通知家长，避免婴幼儿感到不适。
发明内容
本发明是针对智能家居生活中传统监控平台的不足，提供了一种婴幼儿尿不湿湿度检测监控设备。
本发明包括湿度传感器、数据线、腰带上壳、芯片上保护壳、纽扣电池、集成芯片、芯片下保护壳、腰带下壳和衣服魔术贴。
集成芯片上带有圆柱形凹槽，纽扣电池安装在凹槽中，集成芯片与纽扣电池的组合体内置于芯片保护壳中，芯片下保护壳底端四角处分别有四根突出圆柱，对应集成芯片上保护壳底端四角处的四个圆柱孔，将突出的圆柱插入圆柱孔中，实现集成芯片上下保护壳的密封安装；腰带上壳、芯片上保护壳中有大小相同的圆柱通孔，数据线一端依次通过圆柱通孔连接至集成芯片，另一端于腰带上壳外连接湿度传感器；衣服魔术贴穿过外壳表面安装。
本发明的有益效果:婴幼儿尿不湿湿度检测监控设备确保在安全可控环境下，实时检测监控婴幼儿尿不湿湿度。借助于对智能监控平台的应用，设计出简单、实用、便捷、准确的监控设备。大幅度提升监控效率及准确性，以期更大程度上实现不干扰家长正常生活、工作同时，确保婴幼儿不会因尿不湿未能及时更换而感到不适。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图对本发明的具体实施方案做进一步描述。
本发明内容主要包括：腰带上壳、腰带下壳、集成芯片、芯片上保护壳、芯片下保护壳、纽扣电池、湿度传感器、数据线、衣服魔术贴。
集成芯片上带有圆柱形凹槽，纽扣电池安装在凹槽中，集成芯片与纽扣电池的组合体内置于集成芯片保护壳中，集成芯片下保护壳底端四角处分别有四根突出圆柱，对应集成芯片上保护壳底端四角处分别有四个圆柱孔，将突出的圆柱插入圆柱孔中，实现集成芯片上下保护壳的密封安装。同理，实现腰带上下壳的密封安装。另，腰带上壳、芯片上保护壳中有大小相同的圆柱通孔，数据线一端一次通过圆孔连接至集成芯片，另一端于腰带上壳外连接湿度传感器。衣服魔术贴穿过外壳表面安装。设计完好，密闭式设计不会因婴幼儿戏水等造成设备失效。安装完成后设备置于婴幼儿腰部附近。
实施例：
如图1所示，集成芯片6上带有圆柱形凹槽，纽扣电池安装在凹槽中，集成芯片6与纽扣电池5的组合体内置于集成芯片保护壳中，集成芯片下保护壳7底端四角处分别有四根突出圆柱，对应集成芯片上保护壳4底端四角处分别有四个圆柱孔，将突出的圆柱插入圆柱孔中，实现集成芯片上下保护壳的密封安装。同理，实现腰带上下壳的密封安装。另，腰带上壳3、芯片上保护壳4中有大小相同的圆柱通孔，数据线一端依次通过圆孔连接至集成芯片6，另一端于腰带上壳外连接湿度传感器1。衣服魔术贴9穿过外壳表面安装。设计完好，安装完成后设备置于婴幼儿腰部附近。
如图2所示，若婴幼儿10发生尿湿，湿度传感器11检测到相应湿度信号，输出电位发生变化。控制模块12感应到湿度传感器11电位变化，利用内部中断服务程序，借助GSM通信模块13发送相应报警信息到家长15的智能终端，如智能手机14中。
如图3所示，若湿度传感器检测到尿湿信号，集成芯片控制模块进入中断服务程序，该程序写入电话指令至通信模块，一次拨通并挂断电话后，设有15分钟延迟程序，避免因湿度一直处于传感器检测范围，通信模块持续拨打电话到家长手机。

1.婴幼儿尿不湿湿度检测监控设备，包括湿度传感器(1)、数据线(2)、腰带上壳(3)、芯片上保护壳(4)、纽扣电池(5)、集成芯片(6)、芯片下保护壳(7)、腰带下壳(8)、衣服魔术贴(9)，其特征在于：
集成芯片(6)上带有圆柱形凹槽，纽扣电池安装在凹槽中，集成芯片(6)与纽扣电池(5)的组合体内置于芯片保护壳中，芯片下保护壳(7)底端四角处分别有四根突出圆柱，对应集成芯片上保护壳(4)底端四角处的四个圆柱孔，将突出的圆柱插入圆柱孔中，实现集成芯片上下保护壳的密封安装；腰带上壳(3)、芯片上保护壳(4)中有大小相同的圆柱通孔，数据线一端依次通过圆柱通孔连接至集成芯片(6)，另一端于腰带上壳外连接湿度传感器(1)；衣服魔术贴(9)穿过外壳表面安装。
