Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于物联网数据采集功能的空气净化装置,包括内部为空腔结构、且呈倒“L”形的灯杆,安装在灯杆“L”形短边上的LED光源和空气质量检测模块,安装在灯杆“L”形长边上的视频跟踪模块,由空气质量检测模块控制、并用于将空气离子化的空气净化组件,以及用于输送离子化后的空气的送风通道;所述空气净化组件和送风通道均安装在灯杆“L”形长边的内部,空气净化组件由相邻布置的负离子发生器和高分子过滤网组成;所述送风通道连接有静音风机,所述灯杆上靠近送风通道进风口的部位设有进气孔,且靠近送风通道出风口的部位设有用于将离子化的空气排出的排气孔。本发明实现了空气质量的智能监控和改善,节能环保,值得推广。

Description

一种基于物联网数据采集功能的空气净化装置
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化领域,尤其涉及一种基于物联网数据采集功能的空气净化装置。
背景技术
随着工业的发展,城市空气环境越来越差,PM2.5长期超标,对人类的户外活动影响很大。虽然市面上出现了很多的空气净化设备,但仅限于室内使用,在室外安装空气净化设备的成本很高,而且净化效果较差,将空气净化设备作为一项公共设施的难度很大。
发明内容
为克服现有技术中的上述问题,本发明提供了一种基于物联网数据采集功能的空气净化装置,该装置以路灯的形式作为一种公共设施,实现照明、安防监控、净化空气的目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种基于物联网数据采集功能的空气净化装置,包括内部为空腔结构、且呈倒“L”形的灯杆,安装在灯杆“L”形短边上的LED光源和空气质量检测模块,安装在灯杆“L”形长边上的视频跟踪模块,由空气质量检测模块控制、并用于将空气离子化的空气净化组件,以及用于输送离子化后的空气的送风通道;所述空气净化组件和送风通道均安装在灯杆“L”形长边的内部,空气净化组件由相邻布置的负离子发生器和高分子过滤网组成;所述送风通道连接有静音风机,所述灯杆上靠近送风通道进风口的部位设有进气孔,且靠近送风通道出风口的部位设有用于将离子化的空气排出的排气孔。
具体地,所述静音风机位于高分子过滤网的下方。
进一步地,所述视频跟踪模块通过延伸架安装在灯杆上。
再进一步地,所述灯杆上排气孔的上方部位安装有LED显示屏。
优选地,所述灯杆采用镁铝合金材料制作而成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明是一种兼具路灯功能的空气净化装置,当空气中的PM2.5、PM10甲醛、病毒等参数超标时,空气质量检测模块启动空气净化组件工作,对灯杆腔体内的空气进行离子化,并通过送风通道和排气孔将离子化的空气释放到周围的空气中,实现空气质量的智能监控和改善;灯杆上的视频跟踪模块能够对当前区域内进行有效的人员监控和跟踪,加强了公共区域的安防力度。
(2)本发明的静音风机设置在高分子过滤网的下方,保证了送风管道内离子化空气的洁净度,静音风机的风量大、噪声低,在提高空气净化效率的同时,不会对造成噪音污染。
(3)本发明的灯杆上设置的LED显示屏可以作为一种滚动播放的宣传工具,比传统张贴海报的宣传方式更加生动、有效,而且还可以有效避免乱贴、乱扯广告的不文明行为对环境造成的污染。
(4)本发明中灯杆采用铝镁合金材料制作,散热效果好;灯杆上的进气孔和排气孔使空气形成对流,进一步加强了散热效果,增加了本发明空气净化装置工作的稳定性,延长了使用寿命。
(5)本发明设计合理,实用性强,值得在“人文社区”建设的基础设施中大力推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明,本发明的实施方式包括但不限于下列实施例。
实施例
如图1至图3所示,一种基于物联网数据采集功能的空气净化装置,包括灯杆1、LED光源2、空气质量检测模块3、视频跟踪模块4、空气净化组件5、以及LED显示屏8;本实施例的灯杆呈倒“L”形、且其内部为空腔结构,所述LED光源2和空气质量检测模块3均安装在的灯杆的“L”形短边上,所述灯杆“L”形长边上由上而下依次安装有视频跟踪模块4、LED显示屏8、空气净化组件5、以及离子化空气传输装置,所述空气净化组件5和离子化空气传输装置安装在灯杆的内部,且由空气质量检测模块3控制。
所述空气净化组件5包括-4KV的超功率负离子发生器51和HEAP高分子过滤网52,所述离子化空气传输装置包括安装在高分子过滤网52的下方静音风机7以及以静音风机7相连、向上延伸的送风通道6;所述灯杆上靠近送风通道6进风口的部位设有进气孔11,且靠近送风通道6出风口的部位设有用于将离子化的空气排出的排气孔12。
为了保证获取最佳视野,所述视频跟踪模块4通过延伸架13安装在灯杆上部。
为了改善本发明装置的散热效果,延长使用寿命,本实施例的灯杆采用铝镁合金材料制作,而且灯杆上的排气孔的设置较多且密集,及利于与进气孔形成对流,进一步加强散热,也有利于离子化空气的排放。
本实施例中的LED显示屏8既可以显示空气质量检测模块3的测试数据,也可以用于进行公共知识播放宣传,美化环境的同时还可以提升大众的精神文明。
本发明的空气质量检测模块3检测到空气中的PM2.5、PM10甲醛等气体超标时,立即启动空气净化组件5,负离子发生器51的供电端接通,由负离子发射端产生空气负离子,静音风机7将经过HEAP高分子过滤网52过滤的空气负离子传输至送风管道6,并通过灯杆侧壁的排气孔12排放空气中,空气负离子与空气发生作用,净化空气,改善环境;当PM2.5浓度降低到一定数值后(该数值可以调整),负离子发生器电源自动切断,空气净化组件立即停止工作。本发明以路灯的形式作为一种公共设施,成本低、易实施,以“积少成多”的方式,实现大片区域的空气净化,值得大力推广。

Claims (5)

1.一种基于物联网数据采集功能的空气净化装置,其特征在于,包括内部为空腔结构、且呈倒“L”形的灯杆(1),安装在灯杆“L”形短边上的LED光源(2)和空气质量检测模块(3),安装在灯杆“L”形长边上的视频跟踪模块(4),由空气质量检测模块(3)控制、并用于将空气离子化的空气净化组件(5),以及用于输送离子化后的空气的送风通道(6);所述空气净化组件(5)和送风通道(6)均安装在灯杆“L”形长边的内部,空气净化组件(5)由相邻布置的负离子发生器(51)和高分子过滤网(52)组成;所述送风通道(6)连接有静音风机(7),所述灯杆(1)上靠近送风通道(6)进风口的部位设有进气孔(11),且靠近送风通道(6)出风口的部位设有用于将离子化的空气排出的排气孔(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于物联网数据采集功能的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述静音风机(7)位于高分子过滤网(52)的下方。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种基于物联网数据采集功能的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述视频跟踪模块(4)通过延伸架(13)安装在灯杆(1)上。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一所述的一种基于物联网数据采集功能的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述灯杆上排气孔(12)的上方部位安装有LED显示屏(8)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种基于物联网数据采集功能的空气净化装置,其特征在于,所述灯杆(1)采用镁铝合金材料制作而成。
