本发明公开了一种简易安装拆卸的LED环保节能灯,包括主壳体和散热连接主板,所述主壳体的顶部螺接有后壳体,后壳体下部内侧壁上成型有中间支撑板,中间支撑板具有中心穿线孔,主壳体的下部侧壁上具有多个径向水平通孔,主壳体的侧壁中部具有多个向上倾斜的斜向通孔,主壳体的底端面上具有阶梯型通孔,阶梯型通孔的上部大直径段的内侧壁上固定有永磁铁环,主壳体的底端外侧壁上具有向外径向延伸的连接延伸边,连接环体处于连接延伸边的底面,连接环体的顶面上固定有多个竖直螺杆;它的散热片可以拆卸,使得其清洗方便,从而保证其散热效果,而且其主壳体、后壳体和配光镜均拆卸安装方便,方便内部部件的更换。

技术领域:
本发明涉及节能灯技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种简易安装拆卸的LED环保节能灯。
背景技术:
现有的LED灯具中的散热装置一般是散热板上成型多个散热片,进行散热,然而,由于散热片与散热板之间是一体成型或焊接而成,其无法拆卸,使得使用久了容易积累灰尘而不容易清洗,大大影响散热效果。
而且现有的LED灯具的配光镜一般是通过粘结剂等方式粘结固定,其拆卸安装麻烦。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种简易安装拆卸的LED环保节能灯,它的散热片可以拆卸,使得其清洗方便,从而保证其散热效果,而且其主壳体、后壳体和配光镜均拆卸安装方便,方便内部部件的更换。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种简易安装拆卸的LED环保节能灯,包括主壳体和散热连接主板,所述主壳体的顶部螺接有后壳体,后壳体下部内侧壁上成型有中间支撑板,中间支撑板具有中心穿线孔,主壳体的下部侧壁上具有多个径向水平通孔,主壳体的侧壁中部具有多个向上倾斜的斜向通孔,主壳体的底端面上具有阶梯型通孔,阶梯型通孔的上部大直径段的内侧壁上固定有永磁铁环,主壳体的底端外侧壁上具有向外径向延伸的连接延伸边,连接环体处于连接延伸边的底面,连接环体的顶面上固定有多个竖直螺杆,竖直螺杆穿过连接延伸边上具有的连接竖直通孔并螺接有固定螺母,配光镜固定在连接环体上;
散热连接主板的顶面中部成型有向上竖直延伸的竖直管体,竖直管体的外侧壁上均布有多个T字形插槽,多个散热片对着竖直管体的一侧壁上成型有T字形插接部,T字形插接部插套并卡置在T字形插槽中,散热连接主板的顶面上成型有多个底部限位插槽,散热片的底部插套并卡置在底部限位插槽中;
所述散热连接主板的底面的侧边处固定有L字形连接部,L字形连接部与散热连接主板的底面之间成型有插接槽,LED灯主板的外侧壁的顶部具有凸起圈,凸起圈插套在插接槽中,L字形连接部的下部通过螺栓固定在凸起圈上;
所述散热连接主板处于主壳体中,L字形连接部和LED灯主板插套在阶梯型通孔中,L字形连接部吸附在永磁铁环上,LED灯主板的底端面中部伸出阶梯型通孔的底部小直径段,L字形连接部压靠在阶梯型通孔的大直径段的底端面上,中间支撑板压靠在竖直管体的顶端面上,LED灯主板处于配光镜的正上方。
所述散热连接主板的外侧壁上成型有向散热连接主板的中心延伸的通风孔,通风孔与散热连接主板的中部具有的中心通孔相通,中心通孔与竖直管体的轴向中心通孔相通;径向水平通孔与通风孔相对应。
所述竖直管体的侧壁上成型有多个径向通孔。
所述散热片为三角形状片体。
所述散热片的壁面上均布有多个凸起散热杆。
所述中间支撑板上具有多个竖直通槽。
所述后壳体上具有多个顶部通槽,后壳体的中部具有向上延伸的延伸连接部,延伸连接部的外壁螺接有螺接底座,延伸连接部的中部固定有绝缘块,绝缘块的顶面中部具有电接触块,LED灯主板的正负连接线穿过竖直管体并连接在对应的电接触块和螺接底座上。
所述配光镜的顶端面边部具有向上延伸的环形边,配光镜的顶端面上具有中间环形部,中间环形部的顶端面具有永磁铁环体,连接环体的底端面上具有环形连接凹槽,环形连接凹槽的内部顶面上固定有铁质环,中间环形部嵌套在环形连接凹槽中,铁质环与永磁铁环体相吸附,连接环体插套并卡置在环形边的内侧壁上。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它的散热片可以拆卸,使得其清洗方便,从而保证其散热效果,而且其主壳体、后壳体和配光镜均拆卸安装方便,方便内部部件的更换。

实施例:见图1至图3所示,一种简易安装拆卸的LED环保节能灯,包括主壳体30和散热连接主板10,所述主壳体30的顶部螺接有后壳体40,后壳体40下部内侧壁上成型有中间支撑板41,中间支撑板41具有中心穿线孔42,主壳体30的下部侧壁上具有多个径向水平通孔31,主壳体30的侧壁中部具有多个向上倾斜的斜向通孔32,主壳体30的底端面上具有阶梯型通孔33,阶梯型通孔33的上部大直径段的内侧壁上固定有永磁铁环34,主壳体30的底端外侧壁上具有向外径向延伸的连接延伸边35,连接环体36处于连接延伸边35的底面,连接环体36的顶面上固定有多个竖直螺杆361,竖直螺杆361穿过连接延伸边35上具有的连接竖直通孔351并螺接有固定螺母362,配光镜37固定在连接环体36上;
散热连接主板10的顶面中部成型有向上竖直延伸的竖直管体11,竖直管体11的外侧壁上均布有多个T字形插槽12,多个散热片13对着竖直管体11的一侧壁上成型有T字形插接部132,T字形插接部132插套并卡置在T字形插槽12中,散热连接主板10的顶面上成型有多个底部限位插槽14,散热片13的底部插套并卡置在底部限位插槽14中;
所述散热连接主板10的底面的侧边处固定有L字形连接部15,L字形连接部15与散热连接主板10的底面之间成型有插接槽16,LED灯主板20的外侧壁的顶部具有凸起圈21,凸起圈21插套在插接槽16中,L字形连接部15的下部通过螺栓固定在凸起圈21上;
所述散热连接主板10处于主壳体30中,L字形连接部15和LED灯主板20插套在阶梯型通孔33中,L字形连接部15吸附在永磁铁环34上,LED灯主板20的底端面中部伸出阶梯型通孔33的底部小直径段,L字形连接部15压靠在阶梯型通孔33的大直径段的底端面上,中间支撑板41压靠在竖直管体11的顶端面上,LED灯主板20处于配光镜37的正上方。
进一步的说,所述散热连接主板10的外侧壁上成型有向散热连接主板10的中心延伸的通风孔17,通风孔17与散热连接主板10的中部具有的中心通孔18相通,中心通孔18与竖直管体11的轴向中心通孔相通;径向水平通孔31与通风孔17相对应。
进一步的说,所述竖直管体11的侧壁上成型有多个径向通孔19。
进一步的说,所述散热片13为三角形状片体。
进一步的说,所述散热片13的壁面上均布有多个凸起散热杆131。
进一步的说,所述中间支撑板41上具有多个竖直通槽49。
进一步的说,所述后壳体40上具有多个顶部通槽43,后壳体40的中部具有向上延伸的延伸连接部44,延伸连接部44的外壁螺接有螺接底座45,延伸连接部44的中部固定有绝缘块46,绝缘块46的顶面中部具有电接触块47,LED灯主板20的正负连接线穿过竖直管体11并连接在对应的电接触块47和螺接底座45上。
进一步的说,所述配光镜37的顶端面边部具有向上延伸的环形边371,配光镜37的顶端面上具有中间环形部372,中间环形部372的顶端面具有永磁铁环体373,连接环体36的底端面上具有环形连接凹槽363,环形连接凹槽363的内部顶面上固定有铁质环364,中间环形部372嵌套在环形连接凹槽363中,铁质环364与永磁铁环体373相吸附,连接环体36插套并卡置在环形边371的内侧壁上。
本实施例中,通过用力向下拉动配光镜37,即可将其拆卸,通过将后壳体40从主壳体30的顶部卸下后,即可将LED灯主板20和散热连接主板10等部件从中拆卸,然后,只需要将散热片13向上用力拔起即可从竖直管体11中拆卸下来,非常方便,从而可以快速方便清洗,保证其散热效果。
本实施例中的各个部件均可以拆卸,使得其各个部件均可以进行更换和清洗维护,非常方便。

散热连接主板(10)的顶面中部成型有向上竖直延伸的竖直管体(11),竖直管体(11)的外侧壁上均布有多个T字形插槽(12),多个散热片(13)对着竖直管体(11)的一侧壁上成型有T字形插接部(132),T字形插接部(132)插套并卡置在T字形插槽(12)中,散热连接主板(10)的顶面上成型有多个底部限位插槽(14),散热片(13)的底部插套并卡置在底部限位插槽(14)中;
所述散热连接主板(10)的底面的侧边处固定有L字形连接部(15),L字形连接部(15)与散热连接主板(10)的底面之间成型有插接槽(16),LED灯主板(20)的外侧壁的顶部具有凸起圈(21),凸起圈(21)插套在插接槽(16)中,L字形连接部(15)的下部通过螺栓固定在凸起圈(21)上;
所述散热连接主板(10)处于主壳体(30)中,L字形连接部(15)和LED灯主板(20)插套在阶梯型通孔(33)中,L字形连接部(15)吸附在永磁铁环(34)上,LED灯主板(20)的底端面中部伸出阶梯型通孔(33)的底部小直径段,L字形连接部(15)压靠在阶梯型通孔(33)的大直径段的底端面上,中间支撑板(41)压靠在竖直管体(11)的顶端面上,LED灯主板(20)处于配光镜(37)的正上方。
