一种新型螺孔高性能密封垫,包括有本体、螺孔,所述的本体上设置有多个螺孔,所述的本体分为内侧边和外侧边,所述的本体内部中间位置设有纸质材料层,所述的中间上表面和下表面为涂胶层,所述的本体最外上下两层为锡箔层,所述的本体为圆环形形体,所述的本体圆环上设有六个圆形螺孔,所述的本体内侧边和外侧边比其他平整部位高5毫米,同等力量下螺孔处和密封垫内外边沿处受到压力最大,第一时间杜绝渗漏的可能性。

本发明涉及密封技术领域,具体是一种新型螺孔高性能密封垫。
背景技术
现有技术的密封垫多为简单材料层叠加,普通的材料层叠加在其边沿和螺孔处造成渗漏等情况,普通结构的密封垫不具有高防漏的功能造成渗漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种结构简单、制造成本低、减少渗漏的一种新型螺孔高性能密封垫。
本发明的技术方案是:一种新型螺孔高性能密封垫,包括有本体、螺孔,所述的本体上设置有多个螺孔,所述的本体分为内侧边和外侧边,所述的本体内部中间位置设有纸质材料层,所述的中间上表面和下表面为涂胶层,所述的本体最外上下两层为锡箔层。
进一步讲,所述的本体为圆环形形体,所述的本体圆环上设有六个圆形螺孔。
进一步讲,所述的本体内侧边和外侧边比其他平整部位高5毫米。
本发明所产生的有益效果是:本发明加强密封垫本体内外侧边沿的厚度,加强螺孔圆环边沿的厚度,同等力量的作用下螺孔和内外侧边沿收到的压力是最大的,第一时间杜绝渗漏的可能性,最外层的锡箔纸也能超强的预防从本体渗漏的情况。
总的来讲本发明能够第一时间杜绝高防渗漏的情况,有效减少渗漏率。

下面结合实施例对本发明技术方案进一步说明
实施例1
如图1所示:一种新型螺孔高性能密封垫,包括有本体1、螺孔5,所述的本体1上设置有多个螺孔5,所述的本体1分为内侧边6和外侧边7,所述的本体1内部中间位置设有纸质材料层2,所述的中间纸质材料层2上表面和下表面为涂胶层3,所述的本体1最外上下两层为锡箔层4。
进一步讲,所述的本体1为圆环形形体,所述的本体圆环上设有六个圆形螺孔5。
进一步讲,所述的本体1内侧边6和外侧边7比其他平整部位高5毫米。
本发明在使用时:本发明安装于防渗漏部位,在螺孔处安装螺钉进行固定,螺孔处和本体内侧边和本体外侧边受到最强压力,第一时间杜绝渗漏可能性的发生。
总的来说本装置快捷、方便、防渗漏性能好。

1.一种新型螺孔高性能密封垫,包括有本体、螺孔,其特征在于:所述的本体上设置有多个螺孔,所述的本体分为内侧边和外侧边,所述的本体内部中间位置设有纸质材料层,所述的中间上表面和下表面为涂胶层,所述的本体最外上下两层为锡箔层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型螺孔高性能密封垫,其特征在于:所述的本体为圆环形形体,所述的本体圆环上设有六个圆形螺孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型螺孔高性能密封垫,其特征在于:所述的本体内侧边和外侧边比其他平整部位高5毫米。
