Abstract
一种磁悬浮电风扇,包括电风扇、支架、永磁体、钼丝绳、展台、电风扇组成,改变传统的产品陈列展示结构方式,采用展览台上设置支架,支架悬挂钼丝绳,钼丝绳的另一端设置永磁体,其永磁体下设置电风扇,电风扇顶部也设置永磁体,并被钼丝绳下端的永磁体相吸引,其吸引力量设置成与电风扇总重量相接近于等同,使电风扇悬浮于展览台面上方,展台面设置电风扇,驱动电风扇缓慢转动,具有长久运转耗能小、无噪音,并增强电风扇展览的多维视觉效果。
Description
本发明涉及科技产品陈列展览技术领域,特别是一种磁悬浮电风扇。
传统的电风扇在人们视觉展示,通常以固定摆设为主,也有转动展示,以电风扇全重力被支承于展台,由电力驱动,产生噪音,长久运转耗能多。
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种能减少耗能,无噪声、展览视觉效果好的磁悬浮电风扇。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的,磁悬浮电风扇,由电风扇、支架、永磁体、钼丝绳、展台、电风扇组成,特别之处是:展览台上设置支架,支架悬挂钼丝绳,钼丝绳的另一端设置永磁体,其永磁体下设置电风扇,电风扇顶部也设置永磁体,并被钼丝绳下端的永磁体相吸引,其吸引力量设置成与电风扇总重量相接近于等同,使电风扇悬浮于展览台面上方,展台面设置电风扇,驱动电风扇缓慢转动。
下面结合实施例对本发明的结构和优点作进一步的阐述,本实施例的永磁体采用高性能钕铁硼永磁体,支架采用不锈钢材料造成,钼丝绳采用具有相应悬吊能力的钼丝,其上端连接支架,下端连接永磁体,电风扇顶部设置高性能钕铁硼永磁体,并被上面钼丝连接的钕铁硼永磁体异性相吸,吸引力量设置成与电风扇总重量接近相同,以使电风扇悬浮于展览台面之上,其展台面设置电机风扇,驱动电风扇缓慢转动,增强展览视觉较果。
综上所述,本发明具有明显优点:利用高能体永磁性异性相吸的作用力,使电风扇悬浮于展览台上面,采用电机风扇作动力装置,驱动电风扇缓慢转动,使之震动小、噪音少,节能耗,增强多维视觉效果。

1.一种磁悬浮电风扇,由电风扇、支架、永磁体、钼丝绳、展台、电风扇组成,特别之处是:展览台上设置支架,支架悬挂钼丝绳,钼丝绳的另一端设置永磁体,其永磁体下设置电风扇,电风扇顶部也设置永磁体,并被钼丝绳下端的永磁体相吸引,其吸引力量设置成与电风扇总重量相接近于等同,使电风扇悬浮于展览台面上方,展台面设置电风扇,驱动电风扇缓慢转动。
