本发明涉及一种抗菌防紫外微胶囊整理剂及其制备方法,所述的制备方法包括下述步骤:(1)将赤楠叶精油、桧柏油、水杨酸-4-叔丁基苯酯、壳聚糖、聚乙二醇、栀子黄、文冠果油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、桦木酮酸、阿糖醇、木质纤维素和异丙醇混合,在球磨机中球磨;(2)将研磨混合物取出后加入黄原胶和水搅拌;(3)将明胶和水混合搅拌,过滤除去杂质;(4)将明胶溶液加入(2)中混合液中,经超声振荡后搅拌;(5)加入乙酸,继续搅拌;(6)加入剩余的水反应后冷却至10℃以下;(7)加入剩余组分,静置固化,进行水洗,直至呈无味中性即得。制得的整理剂天然对人体无害,对紫外线具有很好防护功能,同时具有很好的抗菌效果。

(1)将赤楠叶精油、桧柏油、水杨酸-4-叔丁基苯酯、壳聚糖、聚乙二醇、栀子黄、文冠果油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、桦木酮酸、阿糖醇、木质纤维素和异丙醇混合,在球磨机中球磨,球磨机中球料比为20:1-30:1,球磨时间为1-2小时;
(2)将研磨混合物取出后加入黄原胶和水,在磁力搅拌机转速100-200r/min下搅拌20-30分钟;
(3)将明胶和水混合,在温度55-65℃,搅拌速度500-800r/min下搅拌10-20分钟,过滤除去杂质;
(4)将明胶溶液加入(2)中混合液中,经超声振荡20-30分钟后在温度35-45℃,搅拌速度400-600r/min下搅拌10-20分钟;
(5)加入乙酸,继续在转速400-600r/min下搅拌10-20分钟;
(6)加入剩余的水反应1-2小时,结束后自然冷却至20-30℃后以冰水浴迅速将其冷却至10℃以下;
(7)加入剩余组分,静置固化1-2小时,进行水洗,直至呈无味中性即得。

(6)加入剩余的水反应2小时,结束后自然冷却至30℃后以冰水浴迅速将其冷却至10℃以下;
(7)加入N-氨乙基哌嗪0.5份和戊二醛1份,静置固化2小时,进行水洗,直至呈无味中性即得。
对比例2
(1)将赤楠叶精油5份、桧柏油5份、水杨酸-4-叔丁基苯酯5份、聚乙二醇2份、文冠果油0.2份、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2份、桦木酮酸0.2份、阿糖醇0.2份、木质纤维素2份、异丙醇10份混合,在球磨机中球磨,球磨机中球料比为30:1,球磨时间为2小时;
(2)将研磨混合物取出后加入黄原胶1份和水40份,在磁力搅拌机转速200r/min下搅拌30分钟;
(3)将明胶2份和水40份混合,在温度65℃,搅拌速度800r/min下搅拌20分钟,过滤除去杂质;
(4)将明胶溶液加入(2)中混合液中,经超声振荡30分钟后在温度45℃,搅拌速度600r/min下搅拌20分钟;
(5)加入乙酸1份,继续在转速600r/min下搅拌20分钟;
(6)加入剩余的水反应2小时,结束后自然冷却至30℃后以冰水浴迅速将其冷却至10℃以下;
(7)加入N-氨乙基哌嗪0.5份和戊二醛1份,静置固化2小时,进行水洗,直至呈无味中性即得。
实施例1至5和对比例1和2的抗菌防紫外性能如下:
注:抑菌测试为在37℃下培养24小时
由上表可知,实施例1-5对紫外线UVA和UVB的透过率都很低,最佳实施例4可低至3.1%和2.9%,说明对紫外线具有很好的防护功能;而对革兰氏阴性菌大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果也很好。其抑制圈最大可别达到28.5mm和29.3mm。同对比例相比,发现赤楠叶精油和桧柏油对细菌具有很明显的抑制效果,而壳聚糖和栀子黄对于防紫外的效果有较明显的影响。

Claims (10)

1.一种抗菌防紫外微胶囊整理剂,其特征在于,所述的抗菌防紫外微胶囊整理剂由以下成分以重量份制备而成:
赤楠叶精油2-5份、
桧柏油2-5份、
水杨酸-4-叔丁基苯酯2-5份、
壳聚糖2-5份、
聚乙二醇1-2份、
栀子黄1-2份、
文冠果油0.1-0.2份、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-2份、
N-氨乙基哌嗪0.2-0.5份、
戊二醛0.5-1份、
桦木酮酸0.1-0.2份、
阿糖醇0.1-0.2份、
木质纤维素1-2份、
异丙醇5-10份、
明胶1-2份、
黄原胶0.5-1份、
乙酸0.5-1份、
水150-200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外微胶囊整理剂,其特征在于,所述的抗菌防紫外微胶囊整理剂由以下成分以重量份制备而成:
赤楠叶精油3-4份、
桧柏油3-4份、
水杨酸-4-叔丁基苯酯3-4份、
壳聚糖3-4份、
聚乙二醇1.4-1.7份、
栀子黄1.4-1.8份、
文冠果油0.12-0.16份、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1.1-1.6份、
N-氨乙基哌嗪0.3-0.4份、
戊二醛0.6-0.9份、
桦木酮酸0.11-0.16份、
阿糖醇0.12-0.16份、
木质纤维素1.3-1.7份、
异丙醇6-9份、
明胶1.4-1.8份、
黄原胶0.7-0.9份、
乙酸0.7-0.9份、
水160-190份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括下述步骤:
(1)将赤楠叶精油、桧柏油、水杨酸-4-叔丁基苯酯、壳聚糖、聚乙二醇、栀子黄、文冠果油、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、桦木酮酸、阿糖醇、木质纤维素和异丙醇混合,在球磨机中球磨,球磨机中球料比为20:1-30:1,球磨时间为1-2小时;
(2)将研磨混合物取出后加入黄原胶和水,在磁力搅拌机转速100-200r/min下搅拌20-30分钟;
(3)将明胶和水混合,在温度55-65℃,搅拌速度500-800r/min下搅拌10-20分钟,过滤除去杂质;
(4)将明胶溶液加入(2)中混合液中,经超声振荡20-30分钟后在温度35-45℃,搅拌速度400-600r/min下搅拌10-20分钟;
(5)加入乙酸,继续在转速400-600r/min下搅拌10-20分钟;
(6)加入剩余的水反应1-2小时,结束后自然冷却至20-30℃后以冰水浴迅速将其冷却至10℃以下;
(7)加入剩余组分,静置固化1-2小时,进行水洗,直至呈无味中性即得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(1)中球料比为25:1,球磨时间为1.2-1.7小时。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(2)中转速为110-160r/min,搅拌时间为22-27分钟。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(3)中温度为58-62℃,转速为600-700r/min,搅拌时间为12-17分钟。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(4)中震荡时间为22-26分钟,温度为38-42℃,搅拌速度为450-550r/min,搅拌时间为12-17分钟。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(5)中搅拌速度为450-550r/min,搅拌时间为12-17分钟。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(6)中反应时间为1.1-1.6小时,冷却温度为22-27℃。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌防紫外微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤(7)中固化时间为1.1-1.6小时。
