本发明的目的便是提供一种垃圾桶。
为实现上述目的，本发明包括外筒、内筒和上盖，其特征在于，在外筒内部设有内筒，所述外筒上方与筒帽通过螺纹连接，在筒帽内部一侧设有矩形槽，在筒帽外壁一侧设有按钮，所述矩形槽内部设有弹性软垫，在上盖下方连接有与弹性软垫相配合的限位柱，所述上盖与按钮通过卡扣连接。
通过以上设置，本发明操作简单，为经常坐在办公桌的办公人员提供了较大的便利，本发明在使用时，只需按动按钮，垃圾桶上盖便会弹起，给人们生活带来了方便。

如图1、2所示，本发明包括外筒1、内筒2和上盖3，其特征在于，在外筒1内部设有内筒2，所述外筒1上方与筒帽4通过螺纹连接，在筒帽4内部一侧设有矩形槽5，在筒帽4外壁一侧设有按钮6，所述矩形槽5内部设有弹性软垫7，在上盖3下方连接有与弹性软垫7相配合的限位柱8，所述上盖3与按钮6通过卡扣连接。
通过以上设置，本发明在使用时，按动按钮6，卡扣便会松动，由于弹性软垫7的弹力，将限位柱8弹起，限位柱8带动上盖3弹起，便可使用。
