Abstract
本发明涉及的一种带有复合织物层的防皱面料,其特征在于它包括面料本体(1),所述面料本体(1)的材质为棉,所述面料本体(1)的上表面设置有纵向布置的镂空提花层(2),所述镂空提花层(2)的第一条形镂空(2.1)、第二条形镂空(2.2)以及第三条形镂空(2.3)内分别设置有防辐射条(3)、聚氨酯防皱条(8)以及抗菌纤维(4),所述面料本体(1)的下表面向下依次设置有抗静电层(5)、防火层(6)以及防水层(7)。本发明带有复合织物层的防皱面料具有立体感,还同时具备抗菌、防辐射、防火、防水、抗静电、防皱等功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有复合织物层的防皱面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对于面料的各种功能需要越来越高,传统的带有复合织物层的防皱面料只具备单一的功能,且缺乏立体感,因此寻求一种具有多种功能的带有复合织物层的防皱面料尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种具有立体感,具有多种功能的带有复合织物层的防皱面料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种带有复合织物层的防皱面料,它包括面料本体,所述面料本体的材质为棉,所述面料本体的上表面设置有纵向布置的镂空提花层,所述镂空提花层内设置有错位间隔布置的第一条形镂空、第二条形镂空以及第三条形镂空,第一条形镂空、第二条形镂空以及第三条形镂空,所述第一条形镂空内设置有防辐射条,所述第二条形镂空内设置有聚氨酯防皱条,聚氨酯防皱条具有记忆功能,第二条形镂空的截面尺寸比第一条形镂空和第三条形镂空的截面尺寸大,所述第三条形镂空内填充有纵向的抗菌纤维,所述面料本体的下表面向下依次设置有抗静电层、防火层以及防水层,所述防辐射条包括中心的弹性纤维、绕设于弹性纤维表面的防辐射金属丝组以及包覆于外层的保护层,弹性纤维上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组,所述防辐射金属丝组包括多根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍,所述防水层包括防水面料层本体,所述防水面料层本体的中间设置有一层防水膜,所述防水面料层本体的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条,所述防水膜与导流凸条之间的防水面料层本体内设置有横向间隔布置的疏水导流孔。抗静电层和防火层之间设置有复合织物层,复合织物层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明带有复合织物层的防皱面料具有立体感,还同时具备抗菌、防辐射、防火、防水、抗静电、防皱等功能。

具体实施方式
参见图1~图4,本发明涉及的一种带有复合织物层的防皱面料,它包括面料本体1,所述面料本体1的材质为棉,所述面料本体1的上表面设置有纵向布置的镂空提花层2,所述镂空提花层2内设置有错位间隔布置的第一条形镂空2.1、第二条形镂空2.2以及第三条形镂空2.3,第一条形镂空2.1、第二条形镂空2.2以及第三条形镂空2.3,所述第一条形镂空2.1内设置有防辐射条3,所述第二条形镂空2.2内设置有聚氨酯防皱条8,聚氨酯防皱条8具有记忆功能,第二条形镂空2.2的截面尺寸比第一条形镂空2.1和第三条形镂空2.3的截面尺寸大,所述第三条形镂空2.3内填充有纵向的抗菌纤维4,所述面料本体1的下表面向下依次设置有抗静电层5、防火层6以及防水层7。所述防辐射条3包括中心的弹性纤维3.1、绕设于弹性纤维3.1表面的防辐射金属丝组3.2以及包覆于外层的保护层3.3,弹性纤维3.1上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组3.2,所述防辐射金属丝组3.2包括5~10根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组3.2之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组3.2的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍,由于防辐射条3的金属丝布置直接通长布置而是采用防辐射金属丝绕设,使得防辐射条3的柔软度较好,因此面料整体柔软度较好,另外防辐射金属丝分别多组也使得所有的防辐射金属丝之间的距离不是单一的,避免面料发生变形时金属丝的打结,确保柔软度。所述防水层7包括防水面料层本体7.1,所述防水面料层本体7.1的中间设置有一层防水膜7.2,所述防水面料层本体7.1的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条7.3,所述防水膜7.2与导流凸条7.3之间的防水面料层本体7.1内设置有横向间隔布置的疏水导流孔7.4。
抗静电层和防火层之间设置有复合织物层,复合织物层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。

1.一种带有复合织物层的防皱面料,其特征在于它包括面料本体(1),所述面料本体(1)的材质为棉,所述面料本体(1)的上表面设置有纵向布置的镂空提花层(2),所述镂空提花层(2)内设置有错位间隔布置的第一条形镂空(2.1)、第二条形镂空(2.2)以及第三条形镂空(2.3),第一条形镂空(2.1)、第二条形镂空(2.2)以及第三条形镂空(2.3),所述第一条形镂空(2.1)内设置有防辐射条(3),所述第二条形镂空(2.2)内设置有聚氨酯防皱条(8),聚氨酯防皱条(8)具有记忆功能,第二条形镂空(2.2)的截面尺寸比第一条形镂空(2.1)和第三条形镂空(2.3)的截面尺寸大,所述第三条形镂空(2.3)内填充有纵向的抗菌纤维(4),所述面料本体(1)的下表面向下依次设置有抗静电层(5)、防火层(6)以及防水层(7),所述防辐射条(3)包括中心的弹性纤维(3.1)、绕设于弹性纤维(3.1)表面的防辐射金属丝组(3.2)以及包覆于外层的保护层(3.3),弹性纤维(3.1)上缠绕有多组防辐射金属丝组(3.2),所述防辐射金属丝组(3.2)包括多根防辐射金属丝,多组防辐射金属丝组(3.2)之间的绕距为同一组防辐射金属丝组(3.2)的相邻两根防辐射金属丝距离的10~20倍,所述防水层(7)包括防水面料层本体(7.1),所述防水面料层本体(7.1)的中间设置有一层防水膜(7.2),所述防水面料层本体(7.1)的外层设置有横向间隔布置的导流凸条(7.3),所述防水膜(7.2)与导流凸条(7.3)之间的防水面料层本体(7.1)内设置有横向间隔布置的疏水导流孔(7.4);抗静电层和防火层之间设置有复合织物层,复合织物层从上至下依次包括第一贴面柔软耐磨层、银纤维面料层、竹炭纤维面料层以及第二贴面柔软耐磨层。
