本发明具体涉及一种高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置及应用,主要用于打印复印机中转印辊上弹性层的加工。所述高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置,包括超声波发生器、与所述超声波发生器通过导线相连的超声波换能器、与所述超声波换能器相连的至少一级变幅杆和与所述变幅杆相连的管状刀具,所述管状刀具与相连的变幅杆通过螺纹连接,所述管状刀具包括与所述变幅杆相接的连接头、内含空腔的管体和刃口,所述管体一端与连接头通过螺纹连接,另一端设有所述刃口,所述管体与连接头连接处设有圆弧过渡结构,所述管体上设置有纵扭复合振动转换结构。本发明提供的技术方案通过高频振动的方式在海绵上轻松取条,取条过程稳定,孔径尺寸精度高,孔壁表面平整无损伤,产品合格率大幅提升,生产效率明显提高。

Description

一种高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置及应用
技术领域
本发明属于海绵加工技术,具体涉及一种高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置及应用,主要用于打印复印机中转印辊上弹性体层的加工。
背景技术
在生活品或工业品中,有许多情况需要在弹性材料(比如人造海绵、发泡橡胶等)上进行切屑加工,但上述材料在轻微压力或扭力下易于变形并且倾向于通过压缩或变形抵抗向下的切削或钻取动作。
打印机或复印机的转印辊一般包括金属芯轴和套设在金属芯轴之外的弹性体层,所述弹性体层通常是上述弹性材料,为了设置内部芯轴,需要在弹性材料上开通孔。转印辊属于打印机或复印机的核心部件,对于尺寸精度和外形的平整度要求都非常高。
与弹性材料的普通切屑加工相比,难度更加高,通常可以考虑如下两种方式:其一采用刀具钻孔加工,比如中国专利CN201856270U中公开了上述技术方案,但在旋转刀具作用下,会轴向受到水平和扭转的力,导致多方向形变,为了保证加工的孔圆度、尺寸和轴向水平度则必须通过人工操作随时调整受力来实现,即使这样也存在较高的次品率,所以加工成本高,效率低。其二利用发泡海绵本身遇热容易融化的特性,采用电热丝或激光取条,但热切割会对加工材料表面造成损伤,控制难度大,加工效率低,加工过程还会产生大量有害气体,污染环境。
可见,希望通过上述两种取条方式都不甚理想,无法满足转印辊上弹性体层的要求,严重影响了转印辊的生产速率和生产成本。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置,用以解决目前的在海绵类弹性体上取条控制困难、效率低、有污染等问题。
本发明提供了上述高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置用于转印辊上弹性体层的加工,用以解决目前弹性体层产品率低,生产效率低,成本高等问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:所述高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置,包括超声波发生器、与所述超声波发生器通过导线相连的超声波换能器、与所述超声波换能器相连的至少一级变幅杆和与所述变幅杆相连的管状刀具,所述管状刀具与相连的变幅杆通过螺纹连接,所述管状刀具包括与所述变幅杆相接的连接头、内含空腔的管体和刃口,所述管体一端与连接头通过螺纹连接,另一端设有所述刃口,所述管体与连接头连接处设有圆弧过渡结构,所述管体为多层环套结构,所述每层管体上设置有纵扭复合振动转换结构,所述纵扭复合振动转换结构为螺旋斜槽结构、螺旋斜孔结构、沿螺旋线路径阵列孔结构或螺旋结构,纵扭复合振动转换结构为螺旋斜槽结构时,螺旋斜槽中心线的螺旋升角在3-87度之间;纵扭复合振动转换结构为螺旋斜孔结构时,螺旋斜孔中心线的螺旋升角在3-87度之间;纵扭复合振动转换结构为沿螺旋线路径阵列孔结构时,螺旋线路径的螺旋升角在3-87度之间;纵扭复合振动转换结构为螺旋结构时,螺旋结构的螺旋角在3-87度之间。
通过高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置进行取条,随着管状刀具在海绵类弹性体中推进,管状刀具内内容物与所述海绵类弹性坯体分离,同时完成在所述坯体上的取条和所述内容物的提取。,实现取条目的,高频振动海绵取条完全克服了现有转印辊上弹性体层加工技术的弊端,并且效率高,产品外观好,易于控制,能够获得精度较高的产品。由于需要在海绵内加工径小且长的通孔,管体与连接头通过螺纹连接可以快速准确的轴心定位,管体与连接头连接处通过圆弧过渡则可以满足良好的振动传递。
进一步的,所述超声波换能器产生轴向振动,振动频率为10-120kHz.
进一步的,所述圆弧过渡结构通过点焊形成,圆弧半径为1mm-20mm。
进一步的,所述管体的管壁厚度为0.5-3mm。
进一步的,所述刃口通过焊接设置在管体上。
进一步的,所述管体的材料为TC4钛合金或316L不锈钢,所述刃口的材料为TC4钛合金或316L不锈钢或高速钢或硬质合金。
进一步的,所述刃口整体为倒圆台型,斜度为1:5-1:100。
进一步的,所述刃口的末端具有圆周均匀分布的月牙形缺口,每个月牙形缺口均具有锋利边沿,在相邻的两个月牙形缺口中间具有一个锋利尖角。
进一步的,所述连接头内设有通道,所述通道一端与外接空气压缩机相通,另一端与所述管体的空腔相通。完成取条时,可向空腔内通入压缩空气,将废料集中排除。
本发明还提供了上述高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置的一个用途,用于转印辊的弹性体层的成型加工,包括如下步骤:1)提取空心条形坯体;2)空心条形坯体外轮廓打磨成型;其中步骤1)通过所述高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置完成。也就是说所述高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置可以一次性成型所述弹性体层的外轮廓和内轮廓,步骤1)中所述高频振动海绵取条装置可从空腔内提取出圆柱空心条形坯体,即空心圆柱形的转印辊的弹性体层。
本发明提供的技术方案通过高频振动的方式在海绵上轻松取条,取条过程稳定,孔径尺寸精度高,孔壁表面平整无损伤,产品合格率大幅提升,生产效率明显提高,无碎屑,不产生有害气体,装置结构简单,控制方便,且成本低廉,对转印辊的加工意义重大。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明提出的高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置和应用作进一步详细说明。根据下面说明和权利要求书,本发明的优点和特征将更清楚。需说明的是,附图均采用非常简化的形式且均使用非精准的比率,仅用以方便、明晰地辅助说明本发明实施例的目的。
如图1所示,本发明所述高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置包括超声波发生器11、与所述超声波发生器11通过导线12相连的超声波换能器13、与所述超声波换能器13螺纹连接的变幅杆14、与所述变幅杆14通过螺纹连接的管状刀具15和设置在所示超声波换能器13外的保护外壳16。
所述超声波换能器11产生轴向振动,即图中上下振动,振动频率为18.5kHz。
如图2和图3所示,所述管状刀具15包括与所述变幅杆14相接的圆柱形连接头151、内含空腔156的内层管体1521和外层管体1522、内刃口1531和外刃口1532。
继续参见图2和图3,所述连接头151内设有通道157,所述通道157一端外接空气压缩机(未示),另一端与所述空腔156相通。
继续参见图2和图3,所述内含空腔156的内层管体1521和外层管体1522一端与连接头151通过螺纹连接,另一端焊接所述内刃口1531和外刃口1532,所述内层管体1521的内径为5mm,外层管体1522的内径为12mm,内层管体1521和外层管体1522的管壁均为1mm,内层管体1521和外层管体1522的材料为TC4钛合金,所述刃口的材料为高速钢。
所述内刃口1531和外刃口1532整体均为倒圆台型,斜度为1:10。内刃口1531末端具有圆周均匀分布的8个月牙形缺口1551,外刃口1532末端具有圆周均匀分布的18个月牙形缺口1552,每个月牙形缺口1551和1552均具有锋利边沿,月牙形缺口1551和1552的圆弧半径为2mm,在相邻的两个月牙形缺口1551和1552中间具有一个锋利尖角1541和1542。
继续参见图2和图3,所述内层管体1521中间设置的纵扭复合振动转换结构158和外层管体1522中间设置的纵扭复合振动转换结构159均为螺旋斜孔结构,螺旋斜孔中心线的螺旋升角为45度;纵扭复合振动转换结构158和159将超声换能器产生的一部分纵向振动转换为圆周方向的扭转振动,驱动管体前端的刃口进行纵扭复合高频振动,内层管体1521前端内刃口1531纵向振动幅值为76微米,扭转振动幅值为20微米;外层管体1512前端外刃口1532纵向振动幅值为74微米,扭转振动幅值为21微米;
如图4所示,采用上述高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置进行转印辊的弹性体层的成型加工,计划在待加工坯体30上加工并取出空心条形坯体31,所述空心条形坯体31内含有通孔32,所述待加工坯体30的厚度为340mm,长度1000mm,宽度600mm,所述空心条形坯体31的外径为12mm,内径(或通孔直径)为5mm。
1)采用上述高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置进行取条加工的过程如下:
(1)将待加工坯体30放置在管状刀具15的行进方向上固定;
(2)超声波发生器11为超声波换能器13提供高频电能后,超声波发生器11的输入电压为220v,输入电流为3A,超声波换能器13的振动频率为18.5kHz;
(3)将管状刀具15移向并穿过待加工坯体30,先后包括提速、匀速和降速阶段,所述提速阶段的起始速率为0.5mm/s,行进距离为8mm,约经过10秒匀速行进,降速行进5mm,结束速率为2mm/s,管状刀具15的内层管体1521内为圆柱体海绵条,所述外层管体1522和内层管体1521之间为目标产品空心条形坯体31;
(4)空气压缩机通入0.2-0.8Mpa的压力气体,圆柱形海绵条和空心条形坯体31从管状刀具15前端被吹出。
2)最后采用专用设备对取条得到的转印辊的弹性体层-空心条形坯体31进行外轮廓的精细打磨,获得最终产品。

Claims (6)

1.一种高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置,其特征在于,包括超声波发生器、与所述超声波发生器通过导线相连的超声波换能器、与所述超声波换能器相连的至少一级变幅杆和与所述变幅杆相连的管状刀具,所述管状刀具与相连的变幅杆通过螺纹连接,所述管状刀具包括与所述变幅杆相接的连接头、内含空腔的管体和刃口,所述管体一端与连接头通过螺纹连接,另一端设有所述刃口,所述管体与连接头连接处设有圆弧过渡结构;所述管体为多层环套结构,所述每层管体上设置有纵扭复合振动转换结构;所述每层管体上设置的纵扭复合振动转换结构为螺旋斜槽结构、螺旋斜孔结构、沿螺旋线路径阵列孔结构或螺旋结构;所述刃口的末端具有圆周均匀分布的月牙形缺口,每个月牙形缺口均具有锋利边沿,在相邻的两个月牙形缺口中间具有一个锋利尖角;所述刃口整体为倒圆台型,斜度为1:5-1:100。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置,其特征在于,所述超声波换能器产生轴向振动,振动频率为10-120kHz。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置,其特征在于,所述管体的管壁厚度为0.5-3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置,其特征在于,所述刃口通过焊接设置在管体上。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置,其特征在于,所述管体的材料为TC4钛合金或316L不锈钢,所述刃口的材料为TC4钛合金或316L不锈钢或高速钢或硬质合金。
6.权利要求1-5任一所述一种高频纵扭复合振动海绵取条装置用于转印辊的弹性体层的成型加工,包括如下步骤:
11)提取空心条形坯体;
12)空心条形坯体外轮廓打磨成型;
