本发明提供的是滴流床反应器分布器。分布器置于滴流床反应器的管箱中,支撑结构与管箱焊接及螺栓固定,第一分布板和第二分布板与主管焊接固定,导液管与第一分布板和第二分布板焊接固定,半管与第一分布板及主管焊接固定。每根导液管开一条纵向条孔,第一分布板和第二分布板将主管分为两腔,条孔与独立腔相通。本发明通过分布板布置主管和导流管,使两股液流均匀分布在换热管中。具有结构简单,运行可靠,液流分布均匀,使用效果好的优点。适宜作为滴流床反应器的液流分布器使用。

本发明提供的是化工领域应用的滴流床反应器分布器。
背景技术
分布器应用于立置固定管板式滴流床反应器中,滴流床反应器是一种重要的气-液-固三相同时接触的催化反应器。广泛应用于石油炼制、石油化工、精细化工以及环境工程领域,市场前景广阔。
发明内容
为了使两股进料均匀布料,本发明提供了滴流床反应器分布器。该分布器通过主管和导流管在分布板上的设置,解决液流均匀分布的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题采用的方案是:
分布器置于滴流床反应器的管箱中,支撑结构与管箱焊接及螺栓固定,第一分布板和第二分布板与主管焊接固定,导液管与第一分布板和第二分布板焊接固定,半管与第一分布板及主管焊接固定。
每根导液管开一条纵向条孔,第一分布板和第二分布板将主管分为两腔,条孔与独立腔相通。
积极效果,本发明通过分布板布置主管和导流管,使两股液流均匀分布在换热管中。具有结构简单,运行可靠,液流分布均匀,使用效果好的优点。适宜作为滴流床反应器的液流分布器使用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,分布器置于滴流床反应器的管箱中,支撑结构1与管箱焊接及螺栓固定,第一分布板2和第二分布板3与主管4焊接固定,导液管5与第一分布板和第二分布板焊接固定,半管6与第一分布板及主管4焊接固定。
每根导液管开一条纵向条孔,第一分布板和第二分布板将主管分为两腔,条孔与独立腔相通。
特点:
两股进料采用独立腔,各独立腔中分布导液管,导液管与换热管相连,保证两股物流同时进入换热管。
该分布器实现两股物流在换热管中气-液-固三相同时接触的催化反应。分布器置于上管箱中,两股进料采用独立腔,各独立腔中分布导出管,导出管与换热管相连,保证两股物流同时进入换热管。
两股进料分别通过两管口再经分布器,均匀滴入每根反应管中,并保证上述两股进料在每根管中流量分布均匀,同时保证混合物均匀通过换热管内催化剂床层,避免出现偏流等分布不均现象。

1.滴流床反应器分布器,其特征是:分布器置于滴流床反应器的管箱中,支撑结构(1)与管箱焊接及螺栓固定,第一分布板(2)和第二分布板(3)与主管(4)焊接固定,导液管(5)与第一分布板和第二分布板焊接固定,半管(6)与第一分布板及主管(4)焊接固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滴流床反应器分布器,其特征是:每根导液管开一条纵向条孔,第一分布板和第二分布板将主管分为两腔,条孔与独立腔相通。
