本发明的目的在于提供一种针对慢性单纯性鼻炎的食疗配方，其配方中各组成部分的质量配比是：苍耳100～200g；辛夷100～200g；川芎100～200g；制备方法：将上述药物放入2000ml水中煎熬1000ml，趁热吸入其蒸汽，持续5～7min。本发明不但无毒无副作用，且效果良好。

本发明涉及食疗领域，尤其是一种针对慢性单纯性鼻炎的食疗配方。
背景技术
慢性鼻炎是发生在鼻腔黏膜和黏膜下层的慢性炎症，临床上分为慢性单纯性鼻炎和慢性肥厚性鼻炎。慢性单纯性鼻炎是一种可逆性炎症。主要病理改变为鼻黏膜植物神经功能紊乱，黏膜血管扩张，通透性增高；血管和腺体周围有以淋巴细胞和浆细胞为主的细胞浸润；黏液腺功能活跃，分泌物增多。
目前治疗慢性单纯性鼻炎的方法，多为手术或滴药的方式，病患痛苦。
