The embodiment is further configured as follows: the outer end and the inner end of the diameter of the coil spring 4 are in a hook shape, the hook at the center is hooked with the branched columnar structure at the lower part of the transmission shaft A51, and the hook at the edge is hooked with the outer circumferential surface of the rotor; the outer edge of the rotor 50 is hooked with the edge hook of the disc spring 4; the transmission shaft A51 is divided into three parts, the lower part of the transmission shaft A51 passes through a central circular hole of the rotor 50 and is in a forked columnar structure 55 hooked with the coil spring 4 in the rotor 50, the middle part of the transmission shaft A51 is a baffle 56, and the upper half part of the transmission shaft A51 is a transmission module 52; the transmission shaft B53 comprises a rotating shaft 57 and a force transmission column 58; four transmission shaft grooves 59 are uniformly distributed on the circumferential surface of the rotating shaft 57, and the rotating shaft grooves 59 penetrate through the upper surface to the lower surface of the rotating shaft; the reel 54 is composed of a guide shaft 60, and an upper surface disc and a lower surface disc thereof; a strip-shaped bulge 61 is arranged on the inner wall of the guide shaft 60; the strip-shaped protrusion 61 on the inner wall of the guide shaft is matched with the rotating shaft groove 59 on the transmission shaft.

The transmission module 52 is realized in the following manner; the transmission device comprises a cross lotus head transmission module, a sleeve transmission module, a clutch transmission module or a gear linkage transmission module. The structure of the transmission module of the cross lotus head and the transmission module of the sleeve is shown in figure 12 and figure 13.
Example 10: a coil spring take-up and pay-off device for fishing; this example was made on the basis of example 9; as shown in fig. 10; the device is provided with a transmission gear 62, a transmission gear 63 and a direct current motor 64; the transmission gear 62 is positioned at the other end of the rotor 50, which is provided with a circular disk with a central hole, the wall thickness is taken as the length, the edge wall is in a ring-shaped arrangement, and the transmission gear 62 is meshed with the transmission gear 63; the transmission gear 63 is fixed on the shaft of the direct current motor 64; the hole of the disc with the hole in the center of the rotor 50 is larger than the lower part of the transmission shaft A51 to form a branched column structure, and the branched column structure passes through the hole.
The embodiment of the invention is further provided with: an electric disc spring reel, characterized by further comprising: the transmission gear is positioned at the other end of the rotor with a disc with a central hole, takes the wall thickness as the length, has annularly arranged teeth on the edge wall, and is occluded with the transmission gear; the transmission gear is fixed on a shaft of the direct current motor.
