Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a method for transmitting uplink data according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method according to the embodiment of the present invention is applicable to a User Equipment (UE) such as a mobile phone and a tablet computer, and specifically, the method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s101: and the user equipment sends uplink data to the wireless access network equipment by using the unlicensed frequency band.
It should be noted that the unlicensed frequency band is a frequency band that can be used without being approved and approved by a country or a local party, and a device using the unlicensed frequency band needs to acquire the right of use of the unlicensed frequency band through competition.
In a specific embodiment, when a User Equipment (UE) needs to send uplink data, it may listen to whether a free unlicensed spectrum channel exists currently. Specifically, the ue may listen according to a preset listening rule when listening to the channel. The listening rule may include a listening time, a back-off (backoff) time, a power threshold or an energy threshold, etc., and may be notified by a radio access network device, such as an evolved base station eNB in an LTE communication system.
Optionally, before listening whether there is a free unlicensed spectrum resource, the user equipment may receive, through an unlicensed frequency band or an licensed frequency band, unlicensed spectrum information sent by the radio access network equipment, and listen whether there is a free unlicensed frequency band on the unlicensed frequency band indicated by the unlicensed frequency band information. The unlicensed spectrum information may include information such as a frequency domain width and a center frequency point of the unlicensed spectrum resource. Further, if the user equipment receives the unlicensed spectrum information on the licensed frequency band, the unlicensed spectrum carrier may be activated according to the unlicensed spectrum information.
In a specific embodiment, after the user equipment monitors an idle unlicensed frequency band and preempts the unlicensed frequency band, the user equipment may directly send uplink data carrying a preamble sequence to the radio access network equipment, so that the radio access network equipment can distinguish different users through the preamble sequence.
Further, if the user equipment does not reach uplink synchronization, the user equipment may send a preamble sequence to the radio access network equipment, so that the radio access network equipment controls the user equipment to implement uplink synchronization according to the preamble sequence.
Specifically, if the user equipment determines that the unlicensed frequency band is in an idle state in the subframe n-1, in order to align frames, the user equipment may occupy the unlicensed frequency band by sending occupied information until the end time of the subframe n-1, where the occupied information at least includes a preset occupied symbol, and the unlicensed frequency band may be occupied by the preset occupied symbol, such as a padding symbol or a sounding symbol. And when detecting that the frame alignment reaches the starting moment of the subframe n, the user equipment can use the unlicensed frequency band to send uplink data to the radio access network equipment. Wherein n is an integer and n is more than or equal to 1.
Further, please refer to fig. 2, which is a timing diagram of a method for transmitting uplink data according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a ue senses that an unlicensed frequency band is idle at a certain time of a subframe 1, and the ue does not reach uplink synchronization. The user equipment may send a preamble sequence to the radio access network equipment, and the radio access network equipment calculates a Time Advance (TA) according to the preamble sequence and sends the Time Advance to the user equipment, so as to instruct the user equipment to adjust the sending Time of uplink data according to the Time Advance, thereby achieving uplink synchronization. When synchronization is achieved, the user equipment can occupy the unauthorized frequency band by filling occupied symbols such as padding or sounding in the unaligned subframe 1, so as to prevent other equipment from occupying resources; when the subframe is aligned, that is, when the subframe reaches subframe 2, the user equipment may send the corresponding uplink data to the radio access network equipment through the unlicensed frequency band.
Further, the occupancy information may further include a data scheduling Request, for example, when the radio access network device receives a Scheduling Request (SR), a bsr (buffer status report) or a sounding reference signal (SRs detection signal) sent by the user equipment, so as to assist the base station in performing MCS (MCS) and resource allocation, the data scheduling Request may be received, where the SR is used to notify the radio access network device that the user equipment needs to send uplink data, so as to Request the radio access network device for uplink physical resources; the BSR is configured to notify the radio access network device of how much data the user equipment has to send; the SRS may be used to assist the radio access network device in resource allocation. Before the user equipment sends uplink data to the radio access network equipment, the user equipment may further receive data scheduling information issued by the radio access network equipment according to the data scheduling request, where the data scheduling information may include configuration parameters such as a modulation and coding scheme, a physical resource, and a redundancy version used for data transmission, and when the user equipment sends the uplink data to the radio access network equipment, the user equipment may perform data transmission based on the data scheduling information. Specifically, the data scheduling information may be issued by the radio access network device before the uplink data is sent each time, that is, the user equipment corresponds to different data scheduling information each time the uplink data is sent; or fixed data scheduling information is used when the user equipment sends uplink data each time, for example, the fixed data scheduling information may be carried when the radio access network equipment sends an uplink grant UL grant to the user equipment, and the user equipment sends all uplink data based on the fixed data scheduling information in the whole data transmission process.
Alternatively, a Network Identity such as an unlicensed Radio Network Temporary Identity (U-RNTI) may be defined. Specifically, the unlicensed frequency band may be divided into a preset number of frequency band intervals, and when a user equipment occupies the unlicensed frequency band, the user equipment may specifically occupy unlicensed spectrum resources in a specified frequency band interval, that is, a target frequency band interval, where the user equipment is a user equipment configured with a preset network identifier such as U-RNTI, and the U-RNTI is associated with the target frequency band interval. Specifically, the radio access network device may divide the user equipment into different groups by the U-RNTI of the user equipment, and the user equipment having the same U-RNTI may be divided into the same group. The U-RNTI of the user equipment can be obtained by the radio access network equipment through pre-configuration. Meanwhile, the radio access network equipment can divide the unauthorized frequency band into different frequency band intervals, so that the user equipment using the same U-RNTI is divided into the user equipment in the same group, and resources can be preempted in the unauthorized frequency band interval, namely the target frequency band interval of a certain smaller unit, thereby reducing the waste of resources. Specifically, the user equipment in each group may use the same resource location, modulation and coding scheme, etc. so that the user equipment may access the unlicensed frequency band in the uplink. The Radio access network device may notify the U-RNTI and the target frequency band interval to be preempted to the user equipment in a broadcast, Radio Resource Control (RRC) signaling, or the like manner.
S102: and the user equipment acquires back-off information, wherein the back-off information is used for indicating the user equipment to stop sending data on the unauthorized frequency band within the back-off duration.
Optionally, the backoff (backoff) information obtained by the user equipment may be backoff information sent by the received radio access network equipment, where the backoff information is sent after the radio access network equipment detects that the data amount of the uplink data sent by the user equipment exceeds a preset data amount threshold, or detects that the time length of the uplink data sent by the user equipment exceeds a preset time threshold.
In particular, the data volume threshold or the time threshold may be set by the radio access network device based on the load condition. The backoff duration is notified to the user equipment by the radio access network equipment through a broadcast message or a unicast message, or is preset by the user equipment, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, the backoff information acquired by the ue may also be backoff information determined by the ue after detecting that the data amount for sending the uplink data exceeds a data amount threshold, or that the time length for sending the uplink data exceeds a time threshold;
specifically, at least one of the data amount threshold, the time threshold, and the backoff duration may be notified to the user equipment by the radio access network device through a broadcast message or a unicast message, for example, through a dedicated signaling, such as an RRC message, a MAC CE indication, or a physical layer control signaling, or the data amount threshold, the time threshold, and the backoff duration may be preset by the user equipment.
S103: and the user equipment stops sending data on the unauthorized frequency band within the backoff duration according to the backoff information.
Further, the user equipment backs off the unauthorized frequency band within the back-off duration, that is, after the data transmission on the unauthorized frequency band is stopped within the back-off duration, if the unauthorized frequency band is still available, the data is transmitted through the unauthorized frequency band; if the unauthorized frequency band is not available, the user equipment can listen to whether an idle unauthorized frequency band exists again, and preempt the unauthorized frequency band when the idle unauthorized frequency band exists, and the user equipment sends data to the wireless access network equipment through the preempted unauthorized frequency band. Specifically, the transmitted data includes the remaining uplink data and/or other newly-added data that needs to be transmitted.
Further, after the user equipment sends the uplink data to the radio access network equipment through the unlicensed frequency band, the user equipment may further receive feedback information issued by the radio access network equipment in response to the uplink data, and determine whether the uplink data needs to be resent according to the feedback information, where the feedback information includes Acknowledgement (ACK) information indicating that the radio access network equipment receives the uplink data sent by the user equipment or Negative Acknowledgement (NACK) information indicating that the radio access network equipment does not receive the uplink data. Specifically, the ue may detect whether feedback information sent by the radio access network device in response to the uplink data is received in an unlicensed frequency band within a set time window after the uplink data is sent, where the time window is notified by the radio access network device through a broadcast message or radio resource control protocol RRC signaling or other notification manner. Further, if the user equipment does not receive the feedback information in the unlicensed frequency band, the user equipment may directly determine the feedback information as an acknowledgement feedback information ACK; or the user equipment receives the feedback information on the authorized spectrum channel according to the preset feedback position offset, so as to avoid the conflict between the user equipment and the feedback resource of the authorized spectrum channel on the LTE system, namely the scheduling user equipment.
It should be noted that the unauthorized frequency band for the user equipment to send the uplink data may be the whole frequency band indicated by the unauthorized spectrum information issued by the radio access network equipment, or a partial frequency band in the frequency band indicated by the unauthorized spectrum information, that is, the user equipment may send UL data through the whole frequency band indicated by the unauthorized spectrum information issued by the radio access network equipment, or send UL data through the partial frequency band in the frequency band indicated by the unauthorized spectrum information, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, if the user equipment sends UL data through a partial frequency band in a frequency band indicated by the unlicensed spectrum information sent by the radio access network equipment, when the radio access network equipment sends the feedback information through a DL feedback Channel, resource position mapping of a Physical HARQ Indication Channel (PHICH) in a Physical layer HARQ Indication Channel may be identified by a pair of sequences, that is (), where a group number of the PHICH is an orthogonal sequence code in the group, and may be specifically determined by the following formula:
wherein n isDMRSIndicating a cyclic shift of a DM-RS (demodulation reference signal), which is a DL demodulation signal pre-configured by the radio access network device for each user equipment, so that the user equipment realizes DL demodulation when receiving the feedback information; the method comprises the steps of representing expansion factors in a physical layer channel, and specifically setting the expansion factors according to different PHICH formats; i isPRB_RAIndicating a frequency domain position corresponding to a first time slot of user equipment in the UL data transmission process; indicating the number of PHICH groups; i isPHICHThe channel coefficient related to the TDD configuration is set according to the TDD configuration condition, and is used for distinguishing the feedback information of the UL subframes when the same DL subframe contains the feedback information of a plurality of UL subframes.
Optionally, if the user equipment sends UL data through the entire frequency band indicated by the unlicensed spectrum information sent by the radio access network equipment, when the radio access network equipment sends the feedback information through the DL feedback channel, the PHICH feedback position () corresponding to the feedback information sent by the radio access network equipment may be determined by the following formula:
wherein a relationship in which a location mapping with respect to a UL frequency domain resource is defaulted in determining the PHICH feedback location.
In a specific embodiment, if the feedback information received by the user equipment is NACK, indicating that the user equipment needs to perform data retransmission, the user equipment may resend the uplink data to the radio access network equipment through an unlicensed frequency band, or the user equipment may retransmit the uplink data through an licensed frequency band, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the user equipment may preempt the unlicensed frequency band according to a time window notified to the user equipment by the radio access network equipment, and if the user equipment preempts the unlicensed frequency spectrum resources within the time window, the user equipment may retransmit the uplink data on a channel corresponding to the unlicensed frequency spectrum resources. Further, if the unauthorized spectrum resources cannot be preempted and the current maximum retransmission times is not reached, the radio access network equipment sends a NACK message to the user equipment, and the user equipment repeatedly executes the preemption operation; and if the maximum retransmission times are reached, the wireless access network equipment does not perform any operation. For example, the user equipment sends uplink data to the radio access network equipment in the subframe n, and receives feedback information sent by the radio access network equipment in response to the uplink data when the subframe n +4 is performed, and the feedback information is NACK, the user equipment may listen to whether the unlicensed frequency band is idle in a set time window after the subframe n +4, and seize the unlicensed frequency band when the feedback information is idle, and if the unlicensed frequency band is seized, the user equipment may resend the uplink data to the radio access network equipment in the time window.
Optionally, when data transmission is performed, DL may be transmitted according to a frame structure of LTE, and UL may be transmitted according to a Wi-Fi frame structure. When the amount of UL data is small, if the UL data is still transmitted according to the full bandwidth, a great waste is caused. Therefore, a data size threshold may also be preset, and if the size of the UL data that needs to be transmitted is smaller than the threshold, the ue may control to reduce the transmission time unit of the UL data when transmitting the UL data, for example, reduce the transmission time unit to a shorter granularity (e.g., reduce 1 ms/subframe to 1 us/subframe) in a symbol-level manner.
However, if the transmission Time unit of the UL data is reduced, the Time units of the downlink DL and the uplink UL are not consistent, which may cause a timing feedback problem, that is, after the UL transmits a plurality of data packets, the DL has not reached the feedback Time yet, thereby causing an increase of Round-Trip Time (RTT). In order to solve the above timing feedback problem, any one of the following solutions may be adopted:
1) the radio access network device forms a feedback Information group from the feedback Information of the UL data for a plurality of user equipments, and feeds the feedback Information group back to the user equipment, and specifically, the radio access network device may issue the feedback Information group to the user equipment through an MAC CE (MAC CE) or through Downlink Control Information (DCI);
2) the user equipment repeatedly sends a plurality of subframes on the UL resources, and the MAC layer or the physical layer (PHY) of the wireless access network equipment does not perform feedback at the moment;
3) the feedback is not performed through the MAC layer or the PHY layer of the radio access network device, but is performed through an rlc (radio Link control) layer to the user equipment.
Further, before the user equipment sends uplink data to the radio access network equipment through the unlicensed frequency band, the user equipment may further receive an uplink grant UL grant carrying a preconfigured sequence number and sent by the radio access network equipment, and associate the sequence number with uplink data to be sent, so that the radio access network equipment obtains sending status information corresponding to the uplink data according to the sequence number when receiving the uplink data, where the sending status information includes a sending time and/or a data size of the uplink data.
The user equipment can perform channel interception based on the unlicensed spectrum resource information issued by the wireless access network equipment, seize the unlicensed frequency band when intercepting the idle unlicensed frequency band, and send uplink data to the wireless access network equipment through the unlicensed frequency band after the user equipment achieves uplink synchronization.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a flowchart illustrating another uplink data transmission method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method according to the embodiment of the present invention is applicable to a radio access network device, such as an enodeb radio access network device, and specifically, the method according to the embodiment of the present invention includes:
s201: and the wireless access network equipment receives uplink data sent by the user equipment by using the unlicensed frequency band.
Optionally, before the radio access network device receives uplink data sent by the user equipment using the unlicensed frequency band, if the radio access network device receives a preamble sequence sent by the user equipment using the unlicensed frequency band, the radio access network device may calculate a time advance TA according to the preamble sequence and send the time advance to the user equipment, so that the user equipment adjusts its sending time according to the time advance to achieve uplink synchronization.
Further, if receiving a data scheduling request sent by the user equipment, the radio access network equipment may configure data scheduling information for the user equipment according to the data scheduling request, and send the data scheduling information to the user equipment, so that the user equipment uses an unlicensed frequency band to send uplink data to the radio access network equipment based on the data scheduling information. Specifically, when receiving an SR, BSR, or SRs signal transmitted by the user equipment, the signal may be used as a data scheduling request. The data scheduling information may include a modulation and coding scheme, a physical resource, a redundancy version, and the like used for data transmission.
Optionally, the radio access network device may further divide an unlicensed frequency band into a preset number of frequency band intervals, and configure a network identifier for the user equipment, so that the user equipment occupies an unlicensed frequency band resource in a target frequency band interval of the unlicensed frequency band, where the network identifier is associated with the target frequency band interval; when receiving uplink data sent by the user equipment using the unlicensed frequency band, the radio access network device may use the target frequency band interval of the unlicensed frequency band to receive the uplink data sent by the user equipment. Specifically, the radio access network device may configure a U-RNTI for each user equipment, divide the user equipment into different groups by the U-RNTI of the user equipment, and divide the user equipment having the same U-RNTI into the same group. Furthermore, the radio access network equipment can divide the unauthorized frequency band into different frequency band intervals, so that the user equipment using the same U-RNTI is divided into the user equipment in the same group, and resources can be preempted in the unauthorized frequency band of a certain smaller unit, namely the target frequency band interval, thereby reducing the waste of resources. The user equipment in each group may use the same resource location, modulation and coding scheme, etc. so that the user equipment may access the unlicensed frequency band in an uplink. The radio access network equipment can inform the user equipment of the U-RNTI and the target frequency band interval needing to be preempted in the modes of broadcasting, RRC signaling and the like.
S202: the radio access network equipment detects whether the data volume of the uplink data sent by the user equipment exceeds a preset data volume threshold value or whether the time length of the uplink data sent by the user equipment exceeds a preset time threshold value.
S203: and if so, the wireless access network equipment generates backoff information and informs the user equipment of backoff duration corresponding to the backoff information through a broadcast message or a unicast message.
In a specific embodiment, in a process of receiving uplink data sent by a user equipment, a radio access network device, such as a radio access network device, may detect whether a data amount of the uplink data sent by the user equipment exceeds a preset data amount threshold, or detect whether a time length of the uplink data sent by the user equipment exceeds a preset time threshold, and when the data amount exceeds the preset time threshold, send back-off information to the user equipment, and notify the user equipment of a back-off duration corresponding to the back-off information, so that the user equipment stops sending data on the unlicensed frequency band within the back-off duration according to the back-off information.
Further, after receiving uplink data sent by user equipment using an unlicensed frequency band, the radio access network equipment may decode the uplink data and generate feedback information according to a decoding result, where the feedback information includes acknowledgement feedback information ACK indicating that the radio access network equipment receives the uplink data sent by the user equipment or non-acknowledgement feedback information NACK indicating that the radio access network equipment does not receive the uplink data; and the wireless access network equipment sends the feedback information to the user equipment. Specifically, the sending, by the radio access network device, the feedback information to the user equipment may specifically be: the wireless access network equipment detects whether an idle unauthorized frequency band exists in a preset time window; if an idle unauthorized frequency band exists, the wireless access network equipment uses the idle unauthorized frequency band to send the feedback information to the user equipment; and if the idle unauthorized frequency band does not exist, the wireless access network equipment uses the authorized frequency band to send the feedback information to the user equipment, or does not send the feedback information to the user equipment.
By implementing the embodiment of the invention, the wireless access network equipment can receive the uplink data sent by the user equipment through the unauthorized frequency band, and when the back-off information is generated when the data volume of the uplink data sent by the user equipment is detected to exceed the preset data volume threshold value or the time length of the uplink data sent by the user equipment is detected to exceed the preset time threshold value, the user equipment stops sending the data on the unauthorized frequency band within the back-off duration corresponding to the back-off information, so that the purpose of effectively using the unauthorized frequency band to transmit the uplink data is realized.
Please refer to fig. 4, which is an interaction diagram of a method for transmitting uplink data according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes:
s301: the first base station transmits data scheduling information to the user equipment.
In a specific embodiment, the scheduling information sent by the first base station to the UE is used to instruct the UE to perform uplink data transmission, where the scheduling information may include configuration parameters such as a modulation and coding scheme used for transmitting data, a physical resource, a redundancy version, a size of a transmitted data block, an effective transmission time of data transmission, and an interception rule before transmitting data, where the effective transmission time includes an available time or an available subframe of an unlicensed frequency band, and the interception rule may be an interception time, a backoff time, a power threshold, an energy threshold, or the like. Specifically, the data scheduling information may be sent to the UE by the first base station through a broadcast message, a dedicated RRC message, a MAC CE message, or a PHY control signaling, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In a specific embodiment, the scheduling information may be that the first base station sends to the UE through a licensed spectrum cell, specifically, the first base station may send to the UE through a primary cell or send to the UE through a secondary cell, where the primary cell or the secondary cell may be configured in a protocol in advance or configured through other messages; or the first base station may also send to the UE through the unlicensed spectrum cell.
S301 a: and the first base station sends at least one item of data scheduling information to a second base station in which the unlicensed spectrum cell is located.
In a specific embodiment, if the base station where the unlicensed spectrum cell is located is different from the first base station, the base station where the unlicensed spectrum cell is located is used as a second base station, and the first base station sends at least one item of the scheduling information to the second base station where the unlicensed spectrum cell is located.
Specifically, when the first base station sends at least one item of the scheduling information to the second base station where the unlicensed spectrum cell is located, the data scheduling information may be transmitted through an X2 interface or an Xn interface between the base stations, or the first base station accesses the core network node through an S1 interface message, and the core network node transmits the data scheduling information to the second base station.
S302: and after receiving the data scheduling information, the user equipment seizes an unauthorized frequency band based on the data scheduling information.
S303: and the user equipment transmits uplink data to the second base station by using the unauthorized frequency band based on the scheduling information.
In a specific embodiment, after receiving the data scheduling information, the UE uses the configuration parameters carried in the scheduling information to preempt the unlicensed frequency band, and sends uplink data to the second base station through the unlicensed frequency band.
Specifically, when the UE occupies the unlicensed spectrum resource, the UE may apply a configured interception rule, and before sending the uplink data, first intercept whether the unlicensed frequency band is idle, send the uplink data when intercepting that the unlicensed frequency band is idle, or send the uplink data after randomly withdrawing for a period of time according to a preset withdrawal parameter when intercepting that the unlicensed frequency band is busy. And the UE performs uplink data transmission in the configured effective transmission time period. The listening rule may include a listening time, a back-off time, a power threshold or an energy threshold, etc.
Further optionally, the UE may listen to whether the entire unlicensed spectrum is idle or not, or only listen to a partial frequency band of the entire unlicensed spectrum, for example, the UE may determine, as the listening frequency band, the unlicensed frequency band indicated by the unlicensed spectrum information by receiving the unlicensed spectrum information sent by the eNB, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Further, after the UE occupies the unlicensed frequency band, if the UE detects that UL synchronization is not achieved, the UE may send a preamble to the second base station, and the second base station calculates a TA amount according to the preamble information of the UE and feeds the TA amount back to the UE, so as to instruct the UE to adjust a sending time of uplink data according to the TA amount, thereby achieving UL synchronization.
Further, if the UE finds that the UL frame alignment is not reached, the UE may fill an occupation symbol, such as a padding symbol or a sounding symbol, in the unaligned partial subframe to occupy the unlicensed frequency band, so as to avoid other devices from seizing resources. After frame alignment is achieved, the UE may send uplink data to the second base station.
Optionally, if the UE receives the data scheduling information on an LTE carrier, that is, an authorized frequency band, the UE may activate an unlicensed spectrum carrier according to the scheduling information, and deactivate the unlicensed spectrum carrier after the effective transmission time of data transmission included in the data scheduling information is over. When transmitting uplink data, the UE may send the uplink data of the configured size to the second base station based on the configuration parameters in the data scheduling information, such as physical resources, modulation and coding scheme, redundancy version, size of data block to be transmitted, and the like.
Further, the UE may also pre-configure a serial number SN before sending the uplink data, so that the base station where the UE is located may obtain, according to the SN, sending status information of the uplink data sent through the unlicensed frequency band, such as information of sending time and data size of the uplink data. Specifically, the SN may be initialized to 0, and is incremented by one when the eNB sends one uplink grant at a time, and is zeroed when the SN reaches the maximum value. When the UE sends a data packet carrying uplink data, the SN may be carried in each data packet header.
S304: and the second base station sends feedback information to the user equipment.
Further, after the UE sends the uplink data to the second base station through the unlicensed frequency band, the second base station may issue feedback information to the corresponding UE according to the reception condition of the uplink data.
In a specific embodiment, before the second base station successfully decodes the uplink data, it cannot determine whether the UE has sent the uplink data or the uplink data sent from what time, and assuming that each uplink subframe has the uplink data sent by the UE, the second base station can decode and feed back each uplink data, and after the second base station successfully decodes one uplink data, it can know the time when the UE sends the uplink data according to information such as a sequence number carried by a data packet carrying the uplink data.
Optionally, the second base station may also decode all the received uplink data and then feed back the decoded uplink data to the UE, where the feedback message carries ACK or NACK of the decoding condition of the uplink data, where the ACK indicates that the base station receives the uplink data sent by the UE, and the NACK indicates that the base station does not receive the uplink data, and the UE may determine whether to retransmit the uplink data according to feedback information returned by the second base station. Specifically, the feedback message may be transmitted through an unlicensed spectrum cell or through a licensed spectrum cell (e.g., a primary cell or a secondary cell). The feedback message may be a PHY message, a MAC message, or an RLC message, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Optionally, the second base station may further carry the SN corresponding to the uplink data in the feedback message, so that the UE knows to which UL data packet the feedback information belongs.
Further, the UE may perform uplink retransmission according to the feedback message sent by the second base station. Specifically, the UE may receive downlink data sent by the base station within the effective transmission time indicated by the second base station, and if each downlink subframe has data sent by the second base station, the UE may perform feedback according to a decoding condition of the downlink data. It can be understood that the UE cannot determine whether the base station transmits data or from what time before successfully solving a downlink data. Assuming that each downlink subframe has data transmitted by the UE, the UE may perform decoding and feedback for each data. After the UE successfully decodes an uplink data, the time when the UE starts to transmit data can be known according to information such as a sequence number in the uplink data packet. Optionally, the UE may also decode all received data and then feed back the decoded data to the second base station, where the feedback message carries a decoding condition of the downlink data.
Specifically, when the UE receives the feedback information sent by the second base station within the effective transmission time corresponding to the unlicensed frequency band, the UE may further perform downlink measurement, where the downlink measurement includes measurement of crs (cell Reference signal), channel estimation, csi (channel State information) reporting, rrm (radio Resource management) measurement, and the like. In addition, since the second base station flexibly notifies the subframe type of the UE, in order for the UE to accurately know the position of the downlink subframe, in addition to notifying the position of the downlink subframe of the UE through the group scheduling method, the position of the downlink subframe may also be known in the following manner:
1) the UE monitors authorization information of other UEs to acquire whether the other UEs are in downlink subframes or not;
2) the UE monitors the UL transmission condition of other UEs;
3) the UE performs multicast notification in a D2D (device to device) manner.
Further, the second base station may perform downlink retransmission according to the UE feedback condition until a preset maximum retransmission number is reached.
By implementing the embodiment of the invention, the UE can use the unauthorized frequency band to send the uplink data based on the data scheduling information issued by the eNB, and the eNB can feed back the uplink data after receiving the uplink data sent by the UE according to the decoding condition of the uplink data, so that the UE can judge whether the uplink retransmission is needed according to the feedback information, and the purpose of effectively using the unauthorized frequency band to transmit the uplink data is realized.
