Claims (10)
- 一种地源热泵集成控制器,其特征在于:它包括预先根据主模块额定负荷集成多台主机、水泵及阀门的主模块和预先根据扩展模块额定负荷集成多台主机、水泵及阀门的扩展模块;所述主模块和扩展模块均设置有多个模拟量接点和数字量接点;根据地源热泵系统的负荷将多个所述扩展模块通过模拟量接点和数字量接点与主模块连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的地源热泵集成控制器,其特征在于:所述的主模块包括主机A、主机B、电动阀YM1、YM2、YM3、YM4、蝶阀1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、用户侧循环泵组C和地源侧循环泵组D;其中所述的主机A上设置有冷却水出口A4、冷却水入口A3、冷冻水出口A2和冷冻水入口A1;冷却水出口A4通过电动阀YM1及蝶阀1与用户侧循环泵组C连接;且冷却水出口A4通过电动阀YM1及蝶阀8与地源侧循环泵组D连接;冷却水入口A3通过蝶阀5与地源侧的供水管连接;且冷却水入口A3通过蝶阀4与用户侧的供水管连接;冷冻水出口A2通过电动阀YM2及蝶阀6与地源侧的供水管连接且冷冻水出口A2通过电动阀YM2及蝶阀3与用户侧的供水管连接;冷冻水入口A1通过蝶阀7与地源侧循环泵组D连接且冷冻水入口A1通过蝶阀2与用户侧循环泵组C连接;所述的主机B上设置有冷却水出口B4、冷却水入口B3、冷冻水出口B2和冷冻水入口B1;所述冷却水出口B4通过电动阀YM3及蝶阀1与所述用户侧循环泵组C连接;且所述冷却水出口B4通过电动阀YM3及蝶阀8与所述地源侧循环泵组D连接;所述冷却水入口B3通过蝶阀5与地源侧的供水管连接且所述冷却水入口B3通过蝶阀4与用户侧201的供水管连接;所述冷冻水出口B2通过电动阀YM4及蝶阀6与地源侧的供水管连接;且所述冷冻水出口B2通过电动阀YM4及蝶阀3与用户侧的供水管连接;所述冷冻水入口B1通过蝶阀7与所述地源侧循环泵组D连接;且所述冷冻水入口B1通过蝶阀2与所述用户侧循环泵组C连接;所述的用户侧循环泵组C与用户侧的回水管连接;所述地源侧循环泵组D与地源侧的回水管连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的地源热泵集成控制器,其特征在于:所述的主模块还包 括比例调节阀E、压力表P1、P2;所述比例调节阀E的两端分别连接用户侧的回水管与供水管;所述压力表P1设置在用户侧的供水管;所述压力表P2设置在用户侧的回水管。
- 根据权利要求1所述的地源热泵集成控制器,其特征在于:所述的主模块还包括压力表P3、P4和温度传感器;所述压力表P3和所述压力表P4分别设置在所述地源侧的供水管和回水管上;所述温度传感器T1位于用户侧的供水管上;温度传感器T4位于地源侧的供水管上;温度传感器T5位于地源侧的回水管上;所述温度传感器T2、T3设置在所述用户侧的回水管上、且分别位于所述比例调节阀E与该回水管的连接部的两侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的地源热泵集成控制器,其特征在于:所述的扩展模块,包括扩展主机H、扩展电动阀YM5、YM6、用户侧扩展循环泵、地源侧扩展循环泵;扩展电动阀YM5、YM6分别设置在扩展主机H的冷却水出口H4和冷冻水出口H2;用户侧扩展循环泵并联在用户侧循环泵组C上;地源侧扩展循环泵并联在地源侧循环泵组D上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的地源热泵集成控制器,其特征在于:所述的主模块设有主板;所述主板与主模块通讯口连接;且主模块通讯口与扩展模块通讯口连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的地源热泵集成控制器,其特征在于:所述的主模块通讯口与人机交互设备连接;所述的人机交互设备功能包括:显示系统图参数界面、显示详细数据监测界面、显示数据曲线、参数修改、显示能耗分析及显示工况策略。
- 根据权利要求1所述的地源热泵集成控制器,其特征在于:所述的主模块还设置有存储器;存储器与主板连接,用于存储该地源热泵集成控制器的运行数据。
- 根据权利要求1所述的地源热泵集成控制器,其特征在于:所述主模块还设置有无线通讯模块;所述无线通讯模块与所述主板连接。
- 一种地源热泵集成控制器的实现方法,其特征在于:该方法步骤包括:地源热泵集成控制器上电后,通过人机交互设备设置地源热泵集成控制器为自动模式,设置定时启停,设置冬夏季模式;所述的定时启停,按周计算,每天设四个时间段,每个时间段设置系统启动或停止;(1)、地源热泵集成控制器运行主程序是:当前时间允许启动主机:用户侧回水温度满足启动主机条件,用户侧回水温度为温度传感器T3所检测温度;在夏季时,当用户侧回水温度高于设定温度,即满足启动主机条件;在冬季,当用户侧回水温度低于设定温度时,即满足启动主机条件;若当前时间不允许启动,则调用主机停止程序;正在运行设备是否有故障:若设备无故障,当前有可启动的设备,可启动设备是指主机A和主机B至少有一台处于停止状态且能够正常启动、用户侧循环泵组C至少有一台处于停止状态且能够正常启动,地源侧循环泵组D至少有一台处于停止状态且能够正常启动;则调用主机启动程序,主程序结束;若设备有故障,设备会反馈一个数字量的信号;若有备用设备,则启动备用设备;没有备用设备,则调用主机停止程序;(2)、主机启动程序是:通过比较主机A和主机B的运行时间选出运行时间最短的主机,启动此台主机对应的电动阀;主机A对应电动阀为电动阀YM1、YM2;主机B对应电动阀为电动阀YM3、YM4;电动阀开到位后,当电动阀YM1、YM2、YM3、YM4完全打开后,会反馈一个开到位的数字量信号;通过比较用户侧循环泵组C的运行时间,选出运行时间最短的用户侧循环泵,启动运行时间最短的用户侧循环泵,用户侧循环泵启动后,启动运行时间最短的主机,主机启动后,主机启动程序结束;(3)、主机停止程序是:通过比较主机A和主机B的运行时间选出运行时间最长的主机,停止运行时间最长的主机;然后通过比较用户侧循环泵组C的运行时间;选出运行时间最长的用户侧循环泵,停止运行时间最长的地源侧循环泵;若用户侧循环泵运行数量大于1台,或当前时间不允许启动主机,则停止运行时间最长的用户侧循环泵;然后停止主机对应电动阀;主机对应电动阀关到位后,主机停止程序结束;若用户侧循环泵运行数量为1台,且当前时间允许启动主机,则直接跳转到主机停止程序结束。
