本发明公开了一种配电系统,涉及发配电设备制造技术领域;包括有由进线柜、电容柜、馈电柜、联络柜和双电源进线柜构成的配电柜组,在双电源进线柜内设置有双电源切换装置,双电源切换装置的一个进线端与联络柜连接,其另一进线端与发电装置连接,在联络柜和双电源进线柜之间设置有电气联锁,发电装置包括光伏板、蓄电池组和控制模块,光伏板通过控制模块与蓄电池组连接,蓄电池组与直流电机连接,直流电机与发电机连接,控制模块与双电源切换装置电连接。本发明可以解决环境污染的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及发配电设备制造技术领域,尤其是一种运用太阳能的配电系统。
背景技术
一些大中型企业由于负载多且负荷重,成为了电力消耗大户,而目前的发电厂大都是水力或火力发电,这些发电方式或多或少都存在着污染环境的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种配电系统,它可以解决环境污染的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种配电系统,包括有由进线柜、电容柜、馈电柜、联络柜和双电源进线柜构成的配电柜组,在所述双电源进线柜内设置有双电源切换装置,所述双电源切换装置的一个进线端与联络柜连接,其另一进线端与发电装置连接,在所述联络柜和所述双电源进线柜之间设置有电气联锁,所述发电装置包括光伏板、蓄电池组和控制模块,所述光伏板通过所述控制模块与所述蓄电池组连接,所述蓄电池组与直流电机连接,所述直流电机与发电机连接,所述控制模块与所述双电源切换装置电连接。
上述技术方案中,更为具体的方案还可以是:所述双电源切换装置包括控制器和两个带有电动操作机构的断路器,两个所述断路器之间连接有机械联锁机构,两个所述断路器均与所述控制器电连接。
更进一步:所述控制模块为单片机。
进一步:所述控制器为单片机。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比,具有的有益效果是:本发明的发电装置是采用太阳能进行发电,不需要燃油,所以不会污染环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图1所示的配电系统,包括有由进线柜、电容柜、馈电柜、联络柜和双电源进线柜构成的配电柜组,在双电源进线柜内设置有双电源切换装置5,双电源切换装置5的一个进线端与联络柜连接,其另一进线端与发电装置6连接,在联络柜和双电源进线柜之间设置有电气联锁,发电装置6(图2)包括光伏板1、蓄电池组2和控制模块3,光伏板1通过控制模块3与蓄电池组2连接,蓄电池组2与直流电机4连接,直流电机4与发电机7连接,控制模块3与双电源切换装置5电连接。双电源切换装置5(图3)包括控制器5-1和两个带有电动操作机构的断路器5-2,两个断路器5-2之间连接有机械联锁机构,两个断路器5-2均与控制器5-1电连接。本实施例中,控制模块3和控制器5-1均为单片机。
在正常情况下,一些不太重要的负载和照明负载由发电装置6供电,此时合上与发电装置6连接的断路器5-2,由于两个断路器5-2之间设有机械联锁机构,所以与市电连接的断路器5-2同时断开。当没有太阳时,控制器5-1检测到发电装置6没有电供应,就断开与发电装置6连接的断路器5-2,同时合上与联络柜连接的断路器5-2,由市电供电。在联络柜与双电源进线柜之间设有电气联锁,避免了市电和发电同时供电的情况发生。
在发电装置6工作时,光伏板1接收太阳光并通过控制模块3向蓄电池组2进行充电,蓄电池组2给直流电机4供电,从而使直流电机4转动,直流电机4带动发电机7转动向负载供电。

Claims (4)

1.一种配电系统,包括有由进线柜、电容柜、馈电柜、联络柜和双电源进线柜构成的配电柜组,在所述双电源进线柜内设置有双电源切换装置(5),所述双电源切换装置(5)的一个进线端与联络柜连接,其另一进线端与发电装置(6)连接,在所述联络柜和所述双电源进线柜之间设置有电气联锁,其特征在于:所述发电装置(6)包括光伏板(1)、蓄电池组(2)和控制模块(3),所述光伏板(1)通过所述控制模块(3)与所述蓄电池组(2)连接,所述蓄电池组(2)与直流电机(4)连接,所述直流电机(4)与发电机(7)连接,所述控制模块(3)与所述双电源切换装置(5)电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的配电系统,其特征在于:所述双电源切换装置(5)包括控制器(5-1)和两个带有电动操作机构的断路器(5-2),两个所述断路器(5-2)之间连接有机械联锁机构,两个所述断路器(5-2)均与所述控制器(5-1)电连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的配电系统,其特征在于:所述控制模块(3)为单片机。
4.根据权利要求2所述的配电系统,其特征在于:所述控制器(5-1)为单片机。
