Abstract
一种光能驱动的手机、手电筒等电池的充电器,选用光能驱动太阳能电池,利用太阳能电池在有光照射时产生光伏打效应,在光的作用下即产生电压特点,由太阳能电池在光照射下产生的电压经过三端稳压器稳压为5V,再利用脉冲调制电路产生的脉冲电流对手机、手电筒等电池进行充电。

本发明涉及一种光能驱动的手机、手电筒等电池的充电器。
背景技术
太阳能电池具有光生伏打效应,在光的作用下即产生电压,只要选择合适的太阳能电池功率,就能方便的将太阳能电池对手机、手电筒等电池进行充电。用脉冲电流对镉镍电池充电,能对电池起去极化作用,可获得较好的充电效果。
发明内容
本发明一种光能驱动的手机、手电筒等电池的充电器,公开一种太阳能电池为驱动功率,对手机、手电筒等电池进行充电的实用技术。
一种光能驱动的手机、手电筒灯电池的充电器,其电路由太阳能电池组、三端稳压电路、脉冲发生器电路、充电自动充电、停止及指示电路等组成。

具体实施方式
如附图所示,IC1是太阳能电池组,选用输出电压为17V的开路电压,容量根据需要选定。利用太阳能电池在白天有光照射时产生光附效应而产生电压,并且这个电压值在15V以上,送IC2进行稳压。IC2是三端稳压器,选用的型号为7805,其输出的电压送下一级电路为工作电压。
如附图所示,IC3及外围电路组成脉宽调制输出电路,IC3是型号为555的IC芯片,选择合适的R1、R2、R3的值,IC3就能输出约90%的占空比脉冲电压值,由IC3的3端输出送D5对电池E进行脉冲充电。
如附图所示,D3、D4、D5组成充电指示及电池充满电自停充电电路。D3是双端稳压器电路,选择稳压值为3.7V,D4是发光二极管,选用绿色,在电池被充满电时,D4亮,表示被充电池已充满电。D3与D4串联,其两端的电压值为手机电池约3.7V,加上发光二极管D5的管压降约0.7V共4.4V。而D5和被充电池组成的电路中,D5是发光二极管,选用红色,在电池充电时,D5亮,表示被充电池在进行充电中。E是被充电电池,当被充电池充满电时,D5、E两端的电压达到4.4V。即当电池充满电时,其端口电压达到D3击穿电压,此时,D4有电流通过,D4发亮,而D5熄灭,表示电池已充满电。

1.一种光能驱动的手机、手电筒等电池的充电器,其电路由太阳能电池、三端稳压器电路、脉冲调制电路和充电自停及显示电路组成;所述太阳能电池电路中的太阳能电池,选用市场上流行的硅太阳能电池,功率在5W左右即可;所述三端稳压器电路选用型号为7805,其输出的电压送脉冲调制电路;所述脉冲调制电路由555型号的芯片及外围电路组成,其作用是利用脉冲电流对镉镍电池进行充电,能对电池去极化作用,可获得较好的充电效果。
