本发明公开了一种楔形线夹,包括基管、芯柱、螺栓和夹板组件;基管包括压管部和封板部;封板部设有限位滑孔和穿线孔;压管部的内壁上设有压接凸台;芯柱的形状为锥台状,芯柱设有顶压滑槽以及作锥形压接面;芯柱的中心处沿压管部轴向设有中心螺孔;夹板组件包括夹线板;夹线板设有导向滑台;封板部上的各穿线孔和相应一个夹线孔连通;螺栓包括杆体、紧固部和外螺纹连接部;螺栓的紧固部位于封板部外侧,螺栓的杆体穿过封板部的限位滑孔使得外螺纹连接部位于芯柱的中心螺孔中;螺栓紧固部的外径大于封板部的限位滑孔;旋转螺栓拉动芯柱向着接近封板部的方向移动;各夹线板沿压管部的径向向外移动。本发明结构较为紧凑合理、易于安装。

楔形线夹
技术领域
本发明架空线路电力楔形线夹技术领域,具体涉及一种楔形线夹。
背景技术
输配电用的集束电缆一般是二芯或者四芯,将集束电缆架空固定在电线杆上时都需要使用耐张线夹。中国专利03210522.3公开了一种四芯集束电缆耐张线夹,利用两个成对配合的楔块夹住电缆的线芯再穿入线夹的楔形腔中张紧,楔形配合可使电缆越张越紧,也不易损坏线芯。但是,使用两个成对配合的楔块夹住导线可能会产生相对滑移,影响夹持可靠性。这种耐张线夹在安装时还需将平行的四芯集束电缆对扭成方型,并安装在线夹的同一个楔形腔中,对扭比较费事,往往需要多人才能完成,不够方便。而且,一般的耐张线夹都是采用金属制造,重量大,成本高,还可能锈蚀,架空安装操作比较费力,降低了施工效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构较为紧凑合理、易于安装的楔形线夹。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:一种楔形线夹,包括基管、芯柱、螺栓和夹板组件;基管包括压管部和封板部;封板部与压管部相对固定设置;封板部设有限位滑孔和穿线孔;压管部的内壁上设有压接凸台;芯柱的形状为锥台状,芯柱的外周壁上沿压管部轴向设有顶压滑槽以及作为顶压滑槽底壁的锥形压接面;芯柱的中心处沿压管部轴向设有中心螺孔;夹板组件包括夹线板;夹线板的内壁设有和顶压滑槽适配的导向滑台;各夹线板上设有导向滑槽;各压接凸台上设有通过和导向滑槽适配从而限位夹线板移动方向的限位滑柱;夹线板正对相应一个压接凸台设置,各夹线板和相应一个压接凸台夹合形成一个夹线孔;封板部上的各穿线孔和相应一个夹线孔连通;螺栓包括杆体、设置在杆体一端的紧固部和设置在杆体外周壁上的外螺纹连接部;螺栓的紧固部位于封板部外侧,螺栓的杆体穿过封板部的限位滑孔使得外螺纹连接部位于芯柱的中心螺孔中;螺栓紧固部的外径大于封板部的限位滑孔;各压接凸台的两侧壁上设有两个向着压管部中心凸出的限位滑柱;各夹线板的两侧壁上的轴向两端各设有一个限位凸台,该两个限位凸台夹合形成所述导向滑槽;各压接凸台的限位滑柱位于相应一个导向滑槽中,夹线板沿限位滑柱方向移动;限位滑孔设置在封板部的中心处,穿线孔均匀设置在限位孔的外周侧;导向滑台沿压管部的轴向设置;旋转螺栓拉动芯柱向着接近封板部的方向移动;芯柱通过顶压滑槽中的锥形压接面推压各夹线板的导向滑台,进而推动各夹线板使其沿压管部的径向向外移动,从而夹紧位于夹线孔中的电力线缆。
本发明具有积极的效果:(1)结构较为紧凑合理;芯柱和螺栓以螺纹方式连接,并通过顶压滑槽的锥形压接面压接各夹线板使其夹紧电力线缆,其操作较为省力;(2)在防脱楔形齿和防脱齿的啮合锁定下,还具有较好的防松动效果。

具体实施方式
(实施例1)
本实施例是一种楔形线夹,见图1至图8所示,包括基管1、芯柱2、螺栓3和夹板组件4;基管1包括压管部11和位于压管部一端的封板部12;压管部的形状是圆形,压管部的内壁上设有压接凸台13,压接凸台的内壁上设有弧形槽14。基管一体制成,压接凸台从压管部的内壁上沿径向向内凸出形成,压接凸台沿压管部轴向贯穿压管部的内壁。
本实施例中,压管部上设有四个压接凸台,该四个压接凸台沿压管部的周向均匀分布在压管部的内壁上。
各压接凸台的两侧壁上设有两个向着压管部中心凸出的限位滑柱15,限位滑柱沿压管部的径向设置。
封板部12上设有穿线孔16和限位滑孔17;
本实施例中,封板部设有一个限位滑孔和四个穿线孔;限位滑孔设置在封板部的中心处,穿线孔均匀设置在限位孔的外周侧。
芯柱的形状为锥台状,芯柱的外周壁上沿压管部轴向设有四个顶压滑槽21,各顶压滑槽中还设有多个防脱楔形齿22;芯柱的中心处沿压管部轴向设有中心螺孔23。各顶压滑槽的底壁作为锥形压接面211。
夹板组件包括四个夹线板41;各夹线板的内壁设有和顶压滑槽适配的导向滑台411,导向滑台沿压管部的轴向设置;各夹线板的外壁上设有弧形夹槽412,各夹线板的两侧壁上还设有导向滑槽413;各压接凸台的限位滑柱位于相应一个导向滑槽中,使得夹线板沿限位滑柱方向移动;本实施例中,各限位滑柱沿压管部的径向设置,故夹线板只能沿着压管部的径向往复移动。
本实施例中,各夹线板的两侧壁上的轴向两端各设有一个限位凸台417,该两个限位凸台夹合形成所述导向滑槽413。
本实施例中,各导向滑台具有和芯柱顶压滑槽底壁适配的锥形受力面,该锥形受力面实质上也作为夹线板的内壁414;当各夹线板的导向滑台位于芯柱顶压滑槽中时,夹线板的外壁415和相应一个压接凸台的内壁131平行;各夹线板正对相应一个压接凸台设置,各弧形夹槽和相应一个弧形槽夹合形成一个夹线孔5,本实施例共形成四个夹线孔;封板部上的各穿线孔也正对相应一个夹线孔设置。
芯柱在其顶压滑槽及夹线板的导向滑台的限位配合作用下,不能在压管部中转动,只能沿着压管部的轴向移动。
各导向滑台的锥形外壁也即夹线板的内壁414上设有多个防脱齿416,各防脱齿用于和芯柱的防脱楔形齿啮合,防滑防倒退。
旋转螺栓拉动芯柱向着接近封板部的方向移动;芯柱通过顶压滑槽中的锥形压接面推压各夹线板的导向滑台,进而推动各夹线板使其沿压管部的径向向外移动,从而夹紧位于夹线孔中的电力线缆。
本实施例为了从绝缘电力线缆上接电或提升夹紧强度,还在各弧形夹槽和弧形槽中设有多个穿刺6;具体来说,各穿刺沿基管的径向凸出。穿刺的存在,可以无需对绝缘电力线缆进行剥皮处理,即可有效接电。在具体实践中,如果要夹紧的是裸线,则可不设置穿刺。
本实施例中,各压爪是通过浇铸成形制成的一体件,各穿刺在浇铸成形时制成;在具体实践中,穿刺也可采用其它方式制成;例如在各弧形夹槽和弧形槽中设有多个安装卡槽,然后把通过冲切制成的穿刺片嵌装在相应一个安装卡槽中;穿刺片包括安装部和刺刃部,安装部嵌装在安装卡槽中,刺刃部则露出安装卡槽形成穿刺。这种结构的好处是穿刺片可以采用和压爪不同的材料制成,尤其是选用和待夹线缆所用同种材料制成,有利于获得较佳电气性能。在具体实践中,还可以采用在在各弧形夹槽和弧形槽中设置螺纹的方式,也能提升夹紧性能。
本实施例具有以下有益技术效果:(1)操作较为省力,具有较好的防松动效果;。
(实施例2)
本实施例和实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:见图9所示,本实施例还包括电流互感器7;该电流互感器包括环形感应本体71和智能控制模块72;本实施例中,智能控制模块72做成和环形感应本体具有同样大小孔腔的环状,环形感性感应本体和智能控制模块并排设置组合形成环形,电流互感器整体套设固定在基管的外壁上。在具体实践中,只要使得所有夹线孔位于环形感应本体的孔腔中即可,也即只需要使得线缆穿过环形感应本体的孔腔即可。
本实施例具有四个夹线孔,但在具体实践中,可以只夹紧一条或三条电力线缆;当夹紧一条电力线缆是,环形感应本体可以用于感应电流或电压信号,此时可以作为一个普通的电流或电压互感器使用;当夹紧三条电力线缆时,环形感应本体可以用于感应零序电流信号,及时发现漏电故障,此时可以作为一个零序电流互感器使用。
智能控制模块可以包括无线收发单元,智能控制模块通过无线收发单元把环形感应本体感应到的电流信号传送给远程主机,以实现精密的远程无人监控。

1.一种楔形线夹,其特征在于:包括基管、芯柱、螺栓和夹板组件;基管包括压管部和封板部;封板部与压管部相对固定设置;封板部设有限位滑孔和穿线孔;压管部的内壁上设有压接凸台;芯柱的形状为锥台状,芯柱的外周壁上沿压管部轴向设有顶压滑槽以及作为顶压滑槽底壁的锥形压接面;芯柱的中心处沿压管部轴向设有中心螺孔;夹板组件包括夹线板;夹线板的内壁设有和顶压滑槽适配的导向滑台;各夹线板上设有导向滑槽;各压接凸台上设有通过和导向滑槽适配从而限位夹线板移动方向的限位滑柱;夹线板正对相应一个压接凸台设置,各夹线板和相应一个压接凸台夹合形成一个夹线孔;封板部上的各穿线孔和相应一个夹线孔连通;螺栓包括杆体、设置在杆体一端的紧固部和设置在杆体外周壁上的外螺纹连接部;螺栓的紧固部位于封板部外侧,螺栓的杆体穿过封板部的限位滑孔使得外螺纹连接部位于芯柱的中心螺孔中;螺栓紧固部的外径大于封板部的限位滑孔;各压接凸台的两侧壁上设有两个向着压管部中心凸出的限位滑柱;各夹线板的两侧壁上的轴向两端各设有一个限位凸台,该两个限位凸台夹合形成所述导向滑槽;各压接凸台的限位滑柱位于相应一个导向滑槽中,夹线板沿限位滑柱方向移动;限位滑孔设置在封板部的中心处,穿线孔均匀设置在限位孔的外周侧;导向滑台沿压管部的轴向设置;旋转螺栓拉动芯柱向着接近封板部的方向移动;芯柱通过顶压滑槽中的锥形压接面推压各夹线板的导向滑台,进而推动各夹线板使其沿压管部的径向向外移动,从而夹紧位于夹线孔中的电力线缆。
