个性化分体式免工具便捷智能信息插头,插头中部设有一开槽,开槽上依次设有弹片、线路板,以及盖板,盖板上设有金属接触片,金属接触片下端向下延伸有接触针,线路板上设有用于插接接触针的通孔,插头末端设有上盖壳与下盖壳,还包括插线模块,插线模块前端设有用于插接线路板的插槽,插线模块上端面与下端面设有用于放置线缆纤芯的凹槽,凹槽内设有金属连接件,所述金属连接件上端设有破线口,所述金属连接件下端通入所述插线模块的插槽内与所述线路板接触。本发明组装方便,可多次使用,抗干扰性强,支持更新换代可适用于六类以及超六类等更高标准的使用要求。部分部件(如弹片)损坏后可直接拆解下直接进行替换,操作极为方便,实用。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种信息插头,尤其是一种免工具信息插头。
背景技术
目前网线头的制作连接需要专门的网线钳,需要先将网线外表皮剥除,而后将内部纤芯按标准排列,剪齐后塞入水晶头,通过专门的网线钳固定连接。采用这种方式安装不便、很容易造成断路,安装失败之后需要剪断重新安装,对于长度有限的布置在墙体内的线材,多次安装失败后需要将线材重新布置。
发明内容
为了克服现有水晶头安装不便,一次性安装后无法拆卸、容易形成断路的不足,本发明专利提供一种个性化分体式免工具便捷智能信息插头。
本发明专利解决其技术问题的技术方案是:个性化分体式免工具便捷智能信息插头,所述插头中部设有一开槽,所述开槽上依次设有弹片、线路板,以及盖板,所述盖板上设有金属接触片,所述金属接触片下端向下延伸有接触针,所述线路板上设有用于插接接触针的通孔,所述插头末端设有上盖壳与下盖壳,
还包括插线模块,所述插线模块前端设有用于插接线路板的插槽,所述插线模块上端面与下端面设有用于放置线缆纤芯的凹槽,所述凹槽内设有金属连接件,所述金属连接件上端设有破线口,所述金属连接件下端通入所述插线模块的插槽内与所述线路板接触。
进一步,所述上盖壳与下盖壳内表面设有与所述插线模块上的凹槽对应的压线凸块。
进一步,所述上盖壳与下盖壳内表面设有用于抵触插线模块后端面的用于将插线模块固定的锁紧凸块。
进一步,所述金属连接件为条形,所述金属连接件两侧向上延伸有金属凸片,所述金属凸片形成破线口,所述金属连接件中部向下弯折伸入插线模块的插槽内。所述金属连接件两端侧面向上设有倒刺,所述金属连接件通过倒刺固定在插线模块的插槽内。
进一步,所述插头由金属制成,所述插头末端向后延伸有接触条。通过接触条连接接地端起到屏蔽作用。
进一步,所述上盖壳或下盖壳末端设有半圆弧的卡箍,所述卡箍两端设有扣片,所述卡箍的扣片扣在所述下盖壳或上盖壳侧沿。所述卡箍上还延伸设有用于粘贴标签的延伸面。
进一步,还包括内压片,所述内压片设置在所述下盖壳或上盖壳末端,所述内压片为圆弧形弹片,所述内压片表面设有防滑凸点。
进一步,所述线路板采用双层PCB,所述线路板上下两层均采用覆铜屏蔽,所述线路板上的上层覆铜与下层覆铜采用数个过孔连接,所述过孔将易产生干扰的线路分隔。
进一步,所述线路板中部设有通孔,所述盖板下端面设有定位柱。
进一步,所述上盖壳与下盖壳铰接在所述插头末端。
进一步,还包括一防尘塞,所述防尘塞设置在所述插线模块前端。在未安装时防尘塞有利于保护金属连接件触点。
本发明专利在使用时,将线缆按线序放入插线模块的凹槽中,而后将插线模块前端插槽与线路板插接,将上盖壳与下盖壳合拢,此时压线凸块将线缆压入金属连接件的破线口,使得纤芯与金属连接件导通,上盖壳与下盖壳上的锁紧凸块将插线模块与线路板紧密结合固定,最后将卡箍固定锁紧,即可完成安装,若需要修改线序只需将卡箍松开,翻起上盖壳与下盖壳即可调整线序,十分方便。本发明还支持升级改装,取下盖板后通过替换头部(包含线路板、上下盖)更换即可升级改装,随着科技的发展,对信息传输速率的要求提升,人们对信息传输技术的掌握越来越完善,若要对接口进行更新换代,只需替换成更高性能的,更高标准的线路板即可。
本发明专利的有益效果在于:组装方便,可多次使用,抗干扰性强,支持更新换代可适用于六类以及超六类等更高标准的使用要求。部分部件(如弹片)损坏后可直接拆解下直接进行替换,操作极为方便,实用。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明专利作进一步详细说明。
如图1至4所示:个性化分体式免工具便捷智能信息插头,所述插头1中部设有一开槽2,所述开槽2上依次设有弹片3、线路板4,以及盖板5,所述盖板5上设有金属接触片6,所述金属接触片6下端向下延伸有接触针7,所述线路板4上设有用于插接接触针的通孔8,所述插头1末端设有上盖壳9与下盖壳10,
还包括插线模块11,所述插线模块11前端设有用于插接线路板的插槽,所述插线模块11上端面与下端面设有用于放置线缆纤芯的凹槽13,所述凹槽内设有金属连接件14,所述金属连接件14上端设有破线口14-1,所述金属连接件14下端通入所述插线模块的插槽内与所述线路板4接触。
本实施例中,所述上盖壳9与下盖壳10内表面设有与所述插线模块上的凹槽13对应的压线凸块15。
本实施例中,所述上盖壳9与下盖壳10内表面设有用于抵触插线模块后端面的用于将插线模块固定的锁紧凸块16。
本实施例中,所述金属连接件14为条形,所述金属连接件14两侧向上延伸有金属凸片17,所述金属凸片17形成破线口14-1,所述金属连接件14中部向下弯折伸入插线模块11的插槽内。所述金属连接件两端侧面向上设有倒刺14-2,所述金属连接件通过倒刺14-2固定在插线模块的插槽内。
本实施例中,所述插头1由金属制成,所述插头1末端向后延伸有接触条18。通过接触条连接接地端起到屏蔽作用。
本实施例中,所述上盖壳9或下盖壳10末端设有半圆弧的卡箍19,所述卡箍19两端设有扣片19-1,所述卡箍19的扣片19-1扣在所述下盖壳10或上盖壳9侧沿。所述卡箍上还延伸设有用于粘贴标签的延伸面。
本实施例中,还包括内压片20,所述内压片20设置在所述下盖壳10或上盖壳9末端,所述内压片20为圆弧形弹片,所述内压片20表面设有防滑凸点。
本实施例中,所述线路板采用双层PCB,所述线路板上下两层均采用覆铜屏蔽22,所述线路板上的上层覆铜与下层覆铜采用数个过孔23连接,所述过孔将易产生干扰的线路分隔。
本实施例中,所述线路板中部设有通孔25,所述盖板下端面设有定位柱。所述定位柱插入所述通孔内相互固定限位。
本实施例中,所述上盖壳9与下盖壳10铰接在所述插头1末端。
本实施例中还包括一防尘塞21,所述防尘塞设置在所述插线模块前端。在未安装时防尘塞有利于保护金属连接件触点。
本发明专利在使用时,将线缆按线序放入插线模块11的凹槽13中,而后将插线模块11前端插槽与线路板插接,将上盖壳9与下盖壳10合拢,此时压线凸块15将线缆压入金属连接件的破线口14-1,使得纤芯与金属连接件14导通,上盖壳9与下盖壳10上的锁紧凸块16将插线模块与线路板紧密结合固定,最后将卡箍固定锁紧,即可完成安装,若需要修改线序只需将卡箍19松开,翻起上盖壳9与下盖壳10即可调整线序,十分方便。

1.个性化分体式免工具便捷智能信息插头,其特征在于:所述插头中部设有一开槽,所述开槽上依次设有弹片、线路板,以及盖板,所述盖板上设有金属接触片,所述金属接触片下端向下延伸有接触针,所述线路板上设有用于插接接触针的通孔,所述插头末端设有上盖壳与下盖壳,
还包括插线模块,所述插线模块前端设有用于插接线路板的插槽,所述插线模块上端面与下端面设有用于放置线缆纤芯的凹槽,所述凹槽内设有金属连接件,所述金属连接件上端设有破线口,所述金属连接件下端通入所述插线模块的插槽内与所述线路板接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的个性化分体式免工具便捷智能信息插头,其特征在于:所述上盖壳与下盖壳内表面设有与所述插线模块上的凹槽对应的压线凸块。
3.如权利要求1所述的个性化分体式免工具便捷智能信息插头,其特征在于:所述上盖壳与下盖壳内表面设有用于抵触插线模块后端面的锁紧凸块。
4.如权利要求1所述的个性化分体式免工具便捷智能信息插头,其特征在于:所述金属连接件为条形,所述金属连接件两侧向上延伸有金属凸片,所述金属凸片形成破线口,所述金属连接件中部向下弯折伸入插线模块的插槽内。

7.如权利要求6所述的个性化分体式免工具便捷智能信息插头,其特征在于:还包括内压片,所述内压片设置在所述下盖壳或上盖壳末端,所述内压片为圆弧形弹片,所述内压片表面设有防滑凸点。
