When the face of the picture is identified, the image can be subdivided into the steps of face detection, image preprocessing, face feature data extraction and the like. For the human face detection process, the method is mainly used for accurately calibrating the position and the size of the human face in the image. Since the pattern features contained in the face image are very rich, such as histogram features, color features, template features, structural features, and the like, the face detection process extracts the useful information. For the image preprocessing process, the image preprocessing process is mainly based on the face detection result, and the image preprocessing process is used for processing the image and finally extracting the feature data. The face feature data is generally divided into visual features, pixel statistical features, face image transformation coefficient features, face image algebraic features, and the like. The extraction of the face feature data is performed for some features of the face. Face feature extraction is essentially a process of feature modeling of a face. The methods for extracting human face features are classified into two main categories: one is a knowledge-based characterization method; the other is a characterization method based on algebraic features or statistical learning. The detailed extraction process can refer to the prior art, and is not described herein again.
For one face picture in the candidate pictures, after second face feature data of the face picture is obtained, the second face feature data is matched with the first face feature data; and if the similarity between the two images exceeds a preset threshold, determining the face image as a target image matched with the head portrait data. In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 400 may be implemented by one or more ASICs (Application specific integrated circuits), DSPs (Digital signal processors), DSPDs (Digital signal processing devices), PLDs (Programmable logic devices), FPGAs (Field Programmable Gate arrays), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors or other electronic components for performing the above-described methods.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, such as the memory 404 comprising instructions, executable by the processor 420 of the apparatus 400 to perform the above-described method is also provided. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be a ROM, a RAM (Random Access Memory), a CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read-Only Memory), a magnetic tape, a floppy disk, an optical data storage device, and the like.
A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having instructions therein, which when executed by a processor of a mobile terminal, enable the mobile terminal to perform a picture collection method, the method comprising:
receiving a picture acquisition request of a user, wherein the picture acquisition request at least comprises identity identification information and head portrait data of the user;
searching a target picture matched with the head portrait data in pictures in a preset range;
and sending the target picture to the user according to the identity identification information.
In another embodiment, searching for a target picture matching with the avatar data in a preset range of pictures includes:
acquiring a picture searching condition set by a home terminal user;
screening candidate pictures from the pictures in a preset range based on the picture searching conditions;
and searching a target picture matched with the head portrait data in the candidate pictures.
In another embodiment, among the candidate pictures, finding a target picture matching the avatar data includes:
performing face recognition on the head portrait data to obtain first face characteristic data;
for each face picture in the candidate pictures, carrying out face recognition on the face picture to obtain second face characteristic data;
and if the first face feature data is matched with the second face feature data, determining the face picture as a target picture matched with the head portrait data.
In another embodiment, sending the target picture to the user according to the identification information includes:
if the identity identification information is account information used by the user for logging in the cloud storage server, sending the target picture to a storage address corresponding to the account information on the cloud storage server according to the account information; or the like, or, alternatively,
and if the identity identification information is a user identification used by the user for logging in the social application, sending the target picture to a social application server, and sending the target picture to a terminal of the user by the social application server according to the user identification.
In another embodiment, the picture search condition includes at least one of a photographing time and whether a human face is included.
The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium provided by the embodiment of the disclosure acquires a picture search condition set by a home terminal user after receiving a picture acquisition request including identification information and avatar data sent by the user, automatically searches for a picture matched with the avatar data in a picture in a preset range according to the picture search condition, and sends the picture to the user according to the identification information, so that the purpose of automatically selecting the picture according to the avatar data and automatically sending the selected picture to the user based on the identification information is achieved, the home terminal user does not need to manually select the picture and manually send the picture, the workload of the home terminal user is greatly reduced, the intelligence is better, the convenience and the rapidness are better, and the picture acquisition speed is increased.

Claims (10)

1. A method of picture collection, the method comprising:
receiving a picture acquisition request of a user, wherein the picture acquisition request at least comprises identity identification information and head portrait data of the user, the identity identification information is a user identification used by the user for logging in a social application, or account information used by the user for logging in a cloud storage server, the user is a friend who performs message interaction with a local terminal in the social application, a picture acquisition option is arranged on a message interaction page of the social application, and the user sends the acquisition request through the picture acquisition option;
searching a target picture matched with the head portrait data in pictures in a preset range;
if the identity identification information is account information used by the user for logging in a cloud storage server, sending the target picture to a storage address corresponding to the account information on the cloud storage server according to the account information, and enabling the user to log in the cloud storage server according to the account information to obtain the picture; or if the identity identification information is a user identification used by the user for logging in the social application, the target picture is sent to a social application server, the social application server sends the target picture to a terminal of the user according to the user identification, and the user obtains the picture through the social application on the terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the searching for the target picture matching with the avatar data in the preset range of pictures comprises:
acquiring a picture searching condition set by a home terminal user;
screening candidate pictures from the pictures in the preset range based on the picture searching condition;
and searching a target picture matched with the head portrait data in the candidate pictures.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the searching for the target picture matching the avatar data from the candidate pictures comprises:
performing face recognition on the head portrait data to obtain first face feature data;
for each face picture in the candidate pictures, carrying out face recognition on the face picture to obtain second face characteristic data;
and if the first face feature data is matched with the second face feature data, determining the face picture as a target picture matched with the head portrait data.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the picture search condition includes at least one of a photographing time and whether a human face is included.
5. A picture collection device, the device comprising:
the image acquisition module is configured to receive an image acquisition request of a user, wherein the image acquisition request at least comprises identity identification information and head portrait data of the user, the identity identification information is a user identification used by the user for logging in a social application, or account information used by the user for logging in a cloud storage server, the user is a friend who performs message interaction with a local terminal in the social application, an image acquisition option is arranged on a message interaction page of the social application, and the user sends the acquisition request through the image acquisition option;
the searching module is configured to search a target picture matched with the head portrait data in pictures in a preset range;
the sending module is configured to send the target picture to a storage address corresponding to the account information on the cloud storage server according to the account information if the identity identification information is the account information used by the user for logging in the cloud storage server, and the user logs in the cloud storage server according to the account information to obtain the picture; or if the identity identification information is a user identification used by the user for logging in the social application, the target picture is sent to a social application server, the social application server sends the target picture to a terminal of the user according to the user identification, and the user obtains the picture through the social application on the terminal.
6. The apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the search module is configured to obtain a picture search condition set by a home terminal user; screening candidate pictures from the pictures in the preset range based on the picture searching condition; and searching a target picture matched with the head portrait data in the candidate pictures.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the searching module is configured to perform face recognition on the avatar data to obtain first face feature data; for each face picture in the candidate pictures, carrying out face recognition on the face picture to obtain second face characteristic data; and if the first face feature data is matched with the second face feature data, determining the face picture as a target picture matched with the head portrait data.
8. The apparatus according to any one of claims 5 to 7, wherein the picture search condition includes at least one of a photographing time and whether a human face is included.
9. A picture collection device, comprising:
a processor;
a memory for storing processor-executable instructions;
wherein the processor is configured to: receiving a picture acquisition request of a user, wherein the picture acquisition request at least comprises identity identification information and head portrait data of the user, the identity identification information is a user identification used by the user for logging in a social application, or account information used by the user for logging in a cloud storage server, the user is a friend who performs message interaction with a local terminal in the social application, a picture acquisition option is arranged on a message interaction page of the social application, and the user sends the acquisition request through the picture acquisition option; searching a target picture matched with the head portrait data in pictures in a preset range; if the identity identification information is account information used by the user for logging in a cloud storage server, sending the target picture to a storage address corresponding to the account information on the cloud storage server according to the account information, and enabling the user to log in the cloud storage server according to the account information to obtain the picture; or if the identity identification information is a user identification used by the user for logging in the social application, the target picture is sent to a social application server, the social application server sends the target picture to a terminal of the user according to the user identification, and the user obtains the picture through the social application on the terminal.
10. A computer-readable storage medium storing at least one instruction which, when executed by a processor, implements the picture collection method of any one of claims 1-4.
