The work process of this trace oiling device is as follows: when plunger 16 is to left movement, the volume of the oil pumping chamber on the left of plunger 16 increases, pressure reduces, when the left side of plunger 16 moves to the right side of plunger bushing oilhole 1001, the lubricating oil in fuel tank is in the oil pumping chamber on the left of plunger bushing oilhole 1001 enters plunger 16. When plunger 16 is to left movement, plunger bushing oilhole 1001 is closed, reduce the volume of oil pumping chamber on the left of plunger 16 simultaneously, the pressure making oil pumping chamber increases, and promote check-valve lever 8 to taking exercises, being opened by the oil duct of check valve body 9, lubricating oil flows into joint 6 through the oil duct of check valve body 9, and is flowed in oil outlet 2 by joint 6.
Hydraulic oil enters oil outlet mounting seat 17 inner chamber, makes the pressure of lubricating oil in oil outlet mounting seat 17 increase. Lubricating oil enters crossing in oil passage between fuel-displaced valve body 21 and oil outlet pressure cap 19 along oil outlet mounting seat 17 inner chamber, and promotes fuel-displaced valve rod 22 to move upward, thus being opened by oil outlet 2001, extreme pressure lubricant sprays from oil outlet 2001. Fuel-displaced valve rod 22 moves upward, and promotes push rod 18 to move upward, and oil outlet holddown spring 23 compresses, and pressure increases, and promotes fuel-displaced valve rod 22 to move downward by push rod 18, and is again closed by oil outlet 2001, completes an oiling.
Owing to being provided with non-return unit in oil pump 4, being provided with sealing and elastic compression portion in oil outlet 2, therefore will not there is oil leakage phenomenon in oil pump 4 and oil outlet 2.
The single injection flow of this trace oiling device is adjusted according to the amount of lubricating oil needed for treating oiling equipment, only needs to change out the different oil nozzle 20 of oilhole 2001 diameter and the different plunger bushing 10 of plunger bushing oilhole 1001 diameter when regulating, easy to adjust.
