Abstract

本发明公开了一种携带方便,适合于开启安装在离地面较深的阀门,特别是开启直立式蝶阀的工具,其技术方案的要点是:由依次套接的手轮、支架套件、传动联接杆,与传动联接杆相套接的蜗杆、蜗轮组件,及与蜗轮相连接的阀门联接器组成,支架套件的圆盘中间装有轴承,传动联接杆装在轴承内孔中,圆盘外圈上等分地固定有可调节高度的3根支撑杆,所述传动联接杆有多根套接。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种开启阀门的工具,适用于用管道输送流体领域的阀门开启。
背景技术
目前,在管道输送流体的领域在开启埋于地下的阀门时大多数情况是人工下到阀门井下去操作,由于井下空间小,操作不便,且有时由于流体泄漏,产生有毒、有害气体或液体,会产生安全问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种便携式阀门开启器,由依次套接的手轮、支架套件、传动联接杆,与传动联接杆相套接的蜗杆、蜗轮组件,及与蜗轮相连接的阀门联接器组成,支架套件的圆盘中间装有轴承,传动联接杆装在轴承内孔中,圆盘外圈上等分地固定有可调节高度的3根支撑杆,所述传动联接杆有多根套接。所述手轮中央为四方或六方形内孔,支架套件两端是为可与手轮孔相配外四方或六方形,传动联接杆的一端与支架套件相配为内四方或六方形、另一端是外四方或六方形,蜗杆与传动联接杆相配其形状是内四方或六方形。所述传动联接杆是空心钢管,在钢管上不同的高度位置加工有销子孔,与其相连接的支架套件,蜗杆、蜗轮组件上也加工有销子孔。
本发明的有益效果是:携带和使用时联接很方便,特别是能方便地开启安装在离地面较深的直立式蝶阀。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明:
图1中手轮1中央为四方或六方形内孔,支架套件2的两端做成可与手轮孔相配外四方或六方形状,使用时手轮1可以很方便地套在支架套件2上,支架套件2的圆盘中间装有轴承,圆盘外圈上等分地固定有可调节高度的3根支撑杆3,传动联接杆4的一端做成与支架套件2相配为内四方或六方形、另一端是外四方或六方形,由于各种阀门安装在地下的深度不一致,有的深几十公分,有的深几米,因此,传动联接杆4有多根,便于适应阀门的深浅可以套接,蜗杆、蜗轮组件5中的蜗杆的端部做成内四方或六方形正好与传动联节杆4的外四方或六方相配,阀门联节器6与蜗轮相连接。
实施例一:
在要开启装在离地面较深的直立式蝶阀时,先将连接有蜗杆、蜗轮组件5的阀门联节器6与阀门的手轮相联结,然后依次装上传动联节杆4、支架套件2、手轮1,并将固定在支架套件2上的3根支撑杆3支撑在阀门的井口上,调节好高度,正向或反向转动手轮1即可开或关阀门。为了防止各连接件之间的松动,时先在各联节件上制作了销子孔,在安装连接时装上销子。
实施例二:
如果需要开启阀门是横卧式安装时,就不需要使用蜗杆、蜗轮组件,此时可将阀门联接器6直接套在阀门的开启手轮上,再在阀门联接器6上依次套上传动联接杆4、支架套件2、手轮1,正向或反向转动手轮1即可开或关阀门。
作为本方案的改进将传动联接杆做成是空心钢管,在钢管上不同的高度位置加工有销子孔,与其相连接的支架套件,蜗杆、蜗轮组件上也加工有销子孔。在使用时可根据阀门在地下的深、浅位置用销子在相应的销孔上与支架套件及蜗杆、蜗轮连接,方便地进行高度调节。

1.一种便携式阀门开启器,其特征在于:由依次套接的手轮、支架套件、传动联接杆,与传动联接杆相套接的蜗杆、蜗轮组件,及与蜗轮相连接的阀门联接器组成,支架套件的圆盘中间装有轴承,传动联接杆装在轴承内孔中,圆盘外圈上等分地固定有可调节高度的3根支撑杆,所述传动联接杆有多根套接。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种便携式阀门开启器,其特征在于:所述手轮中央为四方或六方形内孔,支架套件两端是为可与手轮孔相配外四方或六方形,传动联接杆的一端与支架套件相配为内四方或六方形、另一端是外四方或六方形,蜗杆与传动联接杆相配其形状是内四方或六方形。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种便携式阀门开启器,其特征在于:所述传动联接杆是空心钢管,在钢管上不同的高度位置加工有销子孔,与其相连接的支架套件,蜗杆、蜗轮组件上也加工有销子孔。
