本发明涉及展合叶片压缩机。结构由偏心支架、轴承、旋转端盖、连接支架、排气口、端盖、轴套、转子,旋转定子、进气口、悬浮槽组成,其特征在于所述转子设置有两组展合叶片,展合叶片与转子的连接部是一个圆柱状结构,该圆柱状结构嵌入设置在转子的圆形凹槽内并可在凹槽内转动,在转子旋转时展合叶片可随着离心作用力向旋转定子内壁展开,在与旋转定子内壁贴紧后加强了密封作用,随着转子的转速增加,展合叶片进一步带动旋转定子沿轴承与转子同向旋转。本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果:展合叶片压缩机密封性能好,摩擦阻力小,使得其做功增加。

本发明涉及一种展合叶片压缩机。
背景技术
现有技术中的压缩机大多采用滑片压缩,其摩擦力大,密封性能差,导致做功效率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种展合叶片压缩机,为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种展合叶片压缩机,结构由偏心支架、轴承、旋转端盖、连接支架、排气口、端盖、轴套、转子,旋转定子、进气口、悬浮槽组成,旋转定子设置在偏心支架外并通过轴承连接,同时旋转定子可通过轴承绕偏心支架旋转,转子偏心设置在旋转定子内,转子的外壁与旋转定子的内壁相切,转子的一端通过轴套固定设置在偏心支架,在偏心支架、旋转定子和转子之间通过旋转端盖密封,转子的另一端通过轴套固定设置在端盖内,端盖和旋转定子通过旋转定子上的悬浮槽将转子密封在旋转定子内,端盖还通过连接支架与偏心支架固定连接,其特征在于所述转子设置有两组展合叶片,展合叶片与转子的连接部是一个圆柱状结构,该圆柱状结构嵌入设置在转子的圆形凹槽内并可在凹槽内转动,在转子旋转时展合叶片可随着离心作用力向旋转定子内壁展开,在与旋转定子内壁贴紧后加强了密封作用,随着转子的转速增加,展合叶片进一步带动旋转定子沿轴承与转子同向旋转。由于展合叶片和旋转定子之间的密封性能好,摩擦阻力小,使得其做功增加。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果:展合叶片压缩机密封性能好,摩擦阻力小,使得其做功增加。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但本发明的内容不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。旋转定子9设置在偏心支架1外并通过轴承2连接,同时旋转定子9可通过轴承2绕偏心支架1旋转,转子8偏心设置在旋转定子9内,转子8的外壁与旋转定子9的内壁相切,转子8的一端通过轴套固定设置在偏心支架1,在偏心支架1、旋转定子9和转子8之间通过旋转端盖3密封,转子8的另一端通过轴套固定设置在端盖6内,端盖6和旋转定子9通过旋转定子9上的悬浮槽11将转子8密封在旋转定子9内,端盖6还通过连接支架4与偏心支架1固定连接,所述转子8设置有两组展合叶片12,展合叶片12与转子8的连接部是一个圆柱状结构,该圆柱状结构嵌入设置在转子8的圆形凹槽内并可在凹槽内转动,在转子8旋转时展合叶片12可随着离心作用力向旋转定子9内壁展开,在与旋转定子9内壁贴紧后加强了密封作用,随着转子8的转速增加,展合叶片12进一步带动旋转定子9沿轴承2与转子8同向旋转。
