本发明公开了一种隔音型中空玻璃板,包括:两层平板玻璃,所述平板玻璃外表面镀有防紫外线光学膜,所述平板玻璃内表面通过粘合剂粘结有隔音膜,所述防紫外线光学膜由乙烯和乙酸乙烯共聚而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述乙烯的含量占37-45%,所述乙酸乙烯的含量占55-63%,所述隔音膜由聚酯纤维棉和离心玻璃棉混合构成,按照质量百分比计算,所述聚酯纤维棉的含量占60-70%,所述离心玻璃棉的含量占30-40%,通过上述方式,本发明能够具备有超强的隔音效果以及优越的防紫外线性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种玻璃板,特别涉及一种隔音型中空玻璃板。
背景技术
中空玻璃是由两层或多层平板玻璃构成,四周用高强高气密性复合粘结剂,将两片或多片玻璃与密封条、玻璃条粘接、密封,中间充入干燥气体,框内充以干燥剂,以保证玻璃片间空气的干燥度,现阶段,中空玻璃的主要应用于家居装饰领域,因此对于中空玻璃隔音性能的要求极为苛刻,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,现有的中空玻璃已经满足不了人们的需求了。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种隔音型中空玻璃板,能够具备有超强的隔音效果以及优越的防紫外线性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种隔音型中空玻璃板,包括:两层平板玻璃,所述平板玻璃外表面镀有防紫外线光学膜,所述平板玻璃内表面通过粘合剂粘结有隔音膜,所述防紫外线光学膜由乙烯和乙酸乙烯共聚而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述乙烯的含量占37-45%,所述乙酸乙烯的含量占55-63%,所述隔音膜由聚酯纤维棉和离心玻璃棉混合构成,按照质量百分比计算,所述聚酯纤维棉的含量占60-70%,所述离心玻璃棉的含量占30-40%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述光学膜的厚度为0.03-0.05mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述隔音膜的厚度为0.08-012mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述粘合剂为丁基热熔胶。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明能够具备有超强的隔音效果以及优越的防紫外线性能。

一种隔音型中空玻璃板,包括:两层平板玻璃,所述平板玻璃外表面镀有防紫外线光学膜,所述平板玻璃内表面通过丁基热熔胶粘结有隔音膜,所述防紫外线光学膜由乙烯和乙酸乙烯共聚而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述乙烯的含量占37%,所述乙酸乙烯的含量占63%,所述隔音膜由聚酯纤维棉和离心玻璃棉混合构成,按照质量百分比计算,所述聚酯纤维棉的含量占60%,所述离心玻璃棉的含量占40%。所述光学膜的厚度为0.03mm,所述隔音膜的厚度为0.08mm。
实施例2:
一种隔音型中空玻璃板,包括:两层平板玻璃,所述平板玻璃外表面镀有防紫外线光学膜,所述平板玻璃内表面通过丁基热熔胶粘结有隔音膜,所述防紫外线光学膜由乙烯和乙酸乙烯共聚而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述乙烯的含量占45%,所述乙酸乙烯的含量占55%,所述隔音膜由聚酯纤维棉和离心玻璃棉混合构成,按照质量百分比计算,所述聚酯纤维棉的含量占70%,所述离心玻璃棉的含量占30%。所述光学膜的厚度为0.05mm,所述隔音膜的厚度为012mm。
实施例3:
一种隔音型中空玻璃板,包括:两层平板玻璃,所述平板玻璃外表面镀有防紫外线光学膜,所述平板玻璃内表面通过丁基热熔胶粘结有隔音膜,所述防紫外线光学膜由乙烯和乙酸乙烯共聚而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述乙烯的含量占41%,所述乙酸乙烯的含量占59%,所述隔音膜由聚酯纤维棉和离心玻璃棉混合构成,按照质量百分比计算,所述聚酯纤维棉的含量占65%,所述离心玻璃棉的含量占35%。所述光学膜的厚度为0.04mm,所述隔音膜的厚度为0.1mm。
区别于现有技术,本发明能够具备有超强的隔音效果以及优越的防紫外线性能。

1.一种隔音型中空玻璃板,其特征在于,包括:两层平板玻璃,所述平板玻璃外表面镀有防紫外线光学膜,所述平板玻璃内表面通过粘合剂粘结有隔音膜,所述防紫外线光学膜由乙烯和乙酸乙烯共聚而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述乙烯的含量占37-45%,所述乙酸乙烯的含量占55-63%,所述隔音膜由聚酯纤维棉和离心玻璃棉混合构成,按照质量百分比计算,所述聚酯纤维棉的含量占60-70%,所述离心玻璃棉的含量占30-40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔音型中空玻璃板,其特征在于,所述光学膜的厚度为0.03-0.05mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔音型中空玻璃板,其特征在于,所述隔音膜的厚度为0.08-012mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔音型中空玻璃板,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为丁基热熔胶。
