技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种带有共挤胶条的主型材结构,属于建筑门窗的型材结构技术领域。
背景技术
在当今市场,常规门窗的玻璃与型材之间大多用玻璃垫进行连。随着市场对门窗密封性及K值的要求越来越高,越来越多的商家开始思考如何做好玻璃与型材之间的密封。玻璃还起到防盗的作用,如何做到玻璃门窗型材的紧固,这也是需要考虑的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种结构简单,使用方便可靠,能保证门窗的密封性和安全性的带有共挤胶条的主型材结构。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种带有共挤胶条的主型材结构,它包括一带有玻璃安装腔体的高分子保温隔热型材,所述的高分子保温隔热型材的玻璃安装腔体底部、正对着上方安装的玻璃槽口一体制有共挤胶条,且在所述玻璃挤压和压迫下、共挤胶条将高分子保温隔热型材与玻璃间槽口一分为二。
作为优选:所述的共挤胶条由一侧弧形注胶定位板和相接在一起的上端平面紧顶玻璃室内侧槽口的胶体构成,所述共挤胶条与玻璃在室内侧的搭接处通过打胶处理后形成有密封胶。
本发明将原玻璃腔体分隔为两腔结构,提高了腔体的密封性,并且玻璃与共挤胶条的室内侧搭接处进行打胶处理,实现了玻璃与型材的一体化,增加两者之间的有效紧固,提高了玻璃和整窗的安全性能;它具有结构简单,使用方便可靠,能保证门窗的密封性和安全性等特点。

下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,本发明所述的一种带有共挤胶条的主型材结构,它包括一带有玻璃安装腔体的高分子保温隔热型材1,也即建筑门窗框火扇型材,所述的高分子保温隔热型材1的玻璃安装腔体2底部、正对着上方安装的玻璃槽口3一体制有共挤胶条4,且在所述玻璃5挤压和压迫下、共挤胶条4将高分子保温隔热型材2与玻璃槽口3之间形成的玻璃安装腔体2一分为二。
图中所示,所述的共挤胶条4由一侧弧形注胶定位板41和相接在一起的制有上端平面42紧顶玻璃5室内侧槽口3的胶体43构成,所述共挤胶条4与玻璃5在室内侧的搭接处通过打胶处理后形成有密封胶6。
实施例:本发明所述带有共挤胶条的主型材指高分子保温隔热型材1在安装玻璃的腔体2内自带有共挤胶条4,共挤胶条4与隔热型材1为一体结构,非采用后装法进行固定。所述玻璃5安装于高分子保温隔热型材1的玻璃腔体2内,与共挤胶条4通过挤压或压迫的方式,将型材1与玻璃间槽口一分为二。玻璃5与共挤胶条4的室内侧搭接处进行打胶处理,可选择局部注胶或全部注胶,之后安装压线。
