Abstract
本发明涉及一种水性一体板,其包括保温板和依次层叠在保温板上的复合网格布层、天然仿石饰面层和罩光层,水性一体板的制作工艺的步骤包括:(1)筛选原料备用;(2)制做液态的天然仿石饰面层备用;(3)制备液态罩光层备用;(4)在保温板上制复合网格布层;(5)再在保温板涂刮天然仿石饰面层;(6)最后喷涂罩光层;该发明性价比高,适用广泛,施工方便,保温效果好,色彩稳定,防水性好,耐候性强,耐沾污性好,环保安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰材料技术领域,具体涉及一种水性一体板及其制作工艺。
背景技术
保温板它是以聚苯乙烯树脂为原料加上其他的原辅料与聚含物,通过加热混合同时注入催化剂,然后挤塑压出成型而制造的硬质泡沫塑料板。聚氨酯保温板具有防潮、防水性能。硬质聚氨酯的闭孔率在90%以上,属于憎水性材料,不会因吸潮增大导热系数,墙面也不会渗水。气凝胶保温板,亦称气凝胶毡,常温导热系数0.018W/(m·K),防火疏水,阻燃耐高温。具有优良的隔热性能,在达到同样保温要求下,可使减少建筑物外围护结构厚度,从而增加室内使用面积。
保温板在建筑行业中应用广泛,通过建筑保温装饰板能够使得施工装配化、组合多样化、标准化,保温一体板具有良好的保温、隔热、隔音效果,并且聚氨酯不助燃,符合消防安全。一般用于建筑物的屋面外层板,具有很高的强度和刚度,板面光滑平整,线条明朗,增加室内美观度、平整度,但是,目前大部分的保温一体板的施工效果差,施工麻烦,安装工艺繁琐,在保温板一体板的拼接过程中存在缝隙,由于长时间的热胀冷缩,防水效果差劲,容易造成渗水现象,并且保温一体板的色彩不稳定,不均匀。
因此,本发明提供一种性价比高,适用广泛,施工方便,保温效果好,色彩稳定,防水性好,耐候性强,耐沾污性好,环保安全的水性一体板及其制作工艺,具有广泛的市场前景。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种性价比高,适用广泛,施工方便,保温效果好,色彩稳定,防水性好,耐候性强,耐沾污性好,环保安全的水性一体板及其制作工艺。
本发明的技术方案是这样是实现的:
一种水性一体板,其特征在于:其包括保温板和依次层叠在保温板上的复合网格布层、天然仿石饰面层和罩光层。
所述的天然仿石饰面层的原料包括:硅丙乳液2000份、去离子水1500份、醇酯十二100份、纤维素醚20份、去藻剂10份和磨圆彩砂。
所述的罩光层的原料包括:硅丙乳液40份、去离子水58份和醇酯十二2份。
一种水性一体板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)筛选质量好、纯度高的原料,备用;
(2)按照上述的原料配比,先将去离子水1500份和纤维素醚20份混合并搅拌25~40min使得充分混合,然后加入硅丙乳液2000份、醇酯十二100份和去藻剂10份再次进行充分混合搅拌制得母料,最后,将磨圆彩砂与母料按照1:3的比例混合并搅拌均匀,制得液态的天然仿石饰面层,备用;
(3)按照上述的原料配比,将硅丙乳液40份、去离子水58份和醇酯十二2份混合并搅拌均匀,制得液态罩光层,备用;
(4)将保温板流水线进入涂布机,涂布机将成卷的网格布自动摊铺在保温板上,并用纯白乳液粘合,使得保温板上制得复合网格布层,然后自动上架进行干燥30~50h;
(5)把步骤(2)中制得的液态天然仿石饰面层加入到刮涂机内,将步骤(4)中干燥后的保温板流水线进入刮涂机,通过刮涂机对液态天然仿石饰面层进行刮涂,使粘涂到保温板上的天然仿石饰面层的饰面的厚度为1~3mm,然后自动上架进行干燥30~50h;
(6)把步骤(3)中制得的液态罩光层加入到喷涂机内,将步骤(5)中干燥好的保温板流水线进入喷涂机,通过喷涂机对保温板进行罩光处理,即可得到成品一体板。
本发明具有如下的积极效果:本发明一种水性一体板包括保温板和依次层叠在保温板上的复合网格布层、天然仿石饰面层和罩光层,在制作复合网格布层能提高保温一体板的保温效果,涂抹的天然仿石饰面层能够提高保温一体板的色彩稳定性,外部涂粘有罩光层使得保温一体板的防水性好,耐候性强,耐沾污性好,并且在在市场的性价比高,环保安全,采用该制作工艺制作的水性一体板的施工方便并且适用广泛。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种水性一体板,其包括保温板和依次层叠在保温板上的复合网格布层、天然仿石饰面层和罩光层,所述的天然仿石饰面层的原料包括:硅丙乳液2000份、去离子水1500份、醇酯十二100份、纤维素醚20份、去藻剂10份和磨圆彩砂,所述的罩光层的原料包括:硅丙乳液40份、去离子水58份和醇酯十二2份。
该水性一体板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)筛选质量好、纯度高的原料,备用;
(2)按照上述的原料配比,先将去离子水1500份和纤维素醚20份混合并搅拌25min使得充分混合,然后加入硅丙乳液2000份、醇酯十二100份和去藻剂10份再次进行充分混合搅拌制得母料,最后,将磨圆彩砂与母料按照1:3的比例混合并搅拌均匀,制得液态的天然仿石饰面层,备用;
(3)按照上述的原料配比,将硅丙乳液40份、去离子水58份和醇酯十二2份混合并搅拌均匀,制得液态罩光层,备用;
(4)将保温板流水线进入涂布机,涂布机将成卷的网格布自动摊铺在保温板上,并用纯白乳液粘合,使得保温板上制得复合网格布层,然后自动上架进行干燥30h;
(5)把步骤(2)中制得的液态天然仿石饰面层加入到刮涂机内,将步骤(4)中干燥后的保温板流水线进入刮涂机,通过刮涂机对液态天然仿石饰面层进行刮涂,使粘涂到保温板上的天然仿石饰面层的饰面的厚度为1mm,然后自动上架进行干燥30h;
(6)把步骤(3)中制得的液态罩光层加入到喷涂机内,将步骤(5)中干燥好的保温板流水线进入喷涂机,通过喷涂机对保温板进行罩光处理,即可得到成品一体板。
实施例2
一种水性一体板,其包括保温板和依次层叠在保温板上的复合网格布层、天然仿石饰面层和罩光层,所述的天然仿石饰面层的原料包括:硅丙乳液2000份、去离子水1500份、醇酯十二100份、纤维素醚20份、去藻剂10份和磨圆彩砂,所述的罩光层的原料包括:硅丙乳液40份、去离子水58份和醇酯十二2份。

(5)把步骤(2)中制得的液态天然仿石饰面层加入到刮涂机内,将步骤(4)中干燥后的保温板流水线进入刮涂机,通过刮涂机对液态天然仿石饰面层进行刮涂,使粘涂到保温板上的天然仿石饰面层的饰面的厚度为3mm,然后自动上架进行干燥48h;
(6)把步骤(3)中制得的液态罩光层加入到喷涂机内,将步骤(5)中干燥好的保温板流水线进入喷涂机,通过喷涂机对保温板进行罩光处理,即可得到成品一体板。
实施例3
一种水性一体板,其包括保温板和依次层叠在保温板上的复合网格布层、天然仿石饰面层和罩光层,所述的天然仿石饰面层的原料包括:硅丙乳液2000份、去离子水1500份、醇酯十二100份、纤维素醚20份、去藻剂10份和磨圆彩砂,所述的罩光层的原料包括:硅丙乳液40份、去离子水58份和醇酯十二2份。
该水性一体板的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:

(3)按照上述的原料配比,将硅丙乳液40份、去离子水58份和醇酯十二2份混合并搅拌均匀,制得液态罩光层,备用;
(4)将保温板流水线进入涂布机,涂布机将成卷的网格布自动摊铺在保温板上,并用纯白乳液粘合,使得保温板上制得复合网格布层,然后自动上架进行干燥50h;
(5)把步骤(2)中制得的液态天然仿石饰面层加入到刮涂机内,将步骤(4)中干燥后的保温板流水线进入刮涂机,通过刮涂机对液态天然仿石饰面层进行刮涂,使粘涂到保温板上的天然仿石饰面层的饰面的厚度为2mm,然后自动上架进行干燥50h;
(6)把步骤(3)中制得的液态罩光层加入到喷涂机内,将步骤(5)中干燥好的保温板流水线进入喷涂机,通过喷涂机对保温板进行罩光处理,即可得到成品一体板。
Claims (4)
1.一种水性一体板,其特征在于:其包括保温板和依次层叠在保温板上的复合网格布层、天然仿石饰面层和罩光层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性一体板,其特征在于:所述的天然仿石饰面层的原料包括:硅丙乳液2000份、去离子水1500份、醇酯十二100份、纤维素醚20份、去藻剂10份和磨圆彩砂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水性一体板,其特征在于:所述的罩光层的原料包括:硅丙乳液40份、去离子水58份和醇酯十二2份。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3任意所述的水性一体板的制作工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)筛选质量好、纯度高的原料,备用;
(2)按照权利要求2中的原料配比,先将去离子水1500份和纤维素醚20份混合并搅拌25~40min使得充分混合,然后加入硅丙乳液2000份、醇酯十二100份和去藻剂10份再次进行充分混合搅拌制得母料,最后,将磨圆彩砂与母料按照1:3的比例混合并搅拌均匀,制得液态的天然仿石饰面层,备用;
(3)按照权利要求3中的原料配比,将硅丙乳液40份、去离子水58份和醇酯十二2份混合并搅拌均匀,制得液态罩光层,备用;
(4)将保温板上流水线进入涂布机,涂布机将成卷的网格布自动摊铺在保温板上,并用纯白乳液粘合,使得保温板上制得复合网格布层,然后自动上架进行干燥30~50h;
(5)把步骤(2)中制得的液态天然仿石饰面层加入到刮涂机内,将步骤(4)中干燥后的保温板流水线进入刮涂机,通过刮涂机对液态天然仿石饰面层进行刮涂,使粘涂到保温板上的天然仿石饰面层的饰面的厚度为1~3mm,然后自动上架进行干燥30~50h;
(6)把步骤(3)中制得的液态罩光层加入到喷涂机内,将步骤(5)中干燥好的保温板流水线进入喷涂机,通过喷涂机对保温板进行罩光处理,即可得到成品一体板。
