Abstract

本发明涉及组装式墙板连接技术领域，具体的说是一种现场组装式复合保温合成墙板用连接装置。目前建筑领域预制面板间的连接多采用凹凸槽或用螺栓固定连接板。凹凸槽在预制面板时增加难度。同时在两板间形成不规则缝隙。而螺栓连接板在拧紧螺栓时费时费力，还易使板材平整度降低。本发明由连接装置A和连接装置B组成，二个连接装置与预制板内的钢架连接固定，连接装置A上设有连接螺杆，连接螺杆为水平T型；连接装置B上设有竖直T型开口，竖直T型开口调节螺杆的伸出侧的两边设有二道斜支撑。

技术领域
本发明涉及组装式墙板连接技术领域，具体的说是一种现场组装式复合保温合成墙板用连接装置。
背景技术
目前建筑领域预制面板间的连接多采用凹凸槽或用螺栓固定连接板。凹凸槽在预制面板时增加难度。同时在两板间形成不规则缝隙。而螺栓连接板在拧紧螺栓时费时费力，还易使板材平整度降低，并且还在外面露出面板，增加装修费用。因此研发一种省时、省力、定位准确又隐身于面板间的连接机构具有十分广阔的前景。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种现场组装式复合保温合成墙板用连接装置，可以快速、高效、限位准确的实现连接。
本发明的技术方案如下：由连接装置A和连接装置B组成，二个连接装置与预制板内的钢架连接固定，连接装置A上设有连接螺杆，连接螺杆为水平T型；连接装置B上设有竖直T型开口，连接装置B上连接螺杆伸出侧的两边设有二道斜支撑。
进一步，所述的二道斜支撑自上而下渐变厚。
本发明的优点是设计构思巧妙，安装时无需手动拧紧螺栓，完全依靠墙板的自重准确定位，可以快速、高效、限位准确的实现连接，连接后板材平整度高。

具体实施方式
从图1可知，本发明由连接装置A和连接装置B组成，二个连接装置与预制板内的钢架连接固定，连接装置A上设有连接螺杆，连接螺杆为水平T型；连接装置B上设有竖直T型开口，连接装置B上连接螺杆伸出侧的两边设有二道斜支撑。
进一步，所述的二道斜支撑自上而下渐变厚。
本发明安装时，用起吊装置将装有连接装置A的预制板吊起，使调节螺杆入到连接装置B上的竖直T型开口中；然后利用预制板的自重使调节螺杆沿二道斜支撑下滑，实现定位。

1.一种现场组装式复合保温合成墙板用连接装置，其特征在于由连接装置A和连接装置B组成，二个连接装置与预制板内的钢架连接固定，连接装置A上设有连接螺杆，连接螺杆为水平T型；连接装置B上设有竖直T型开口，连接装置B上连接螺杆伸出侧的两边设有二道斜支撑。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种现场组装式复合保温合成墙板用连接装置，其特征在于所述的二道斜支撑自上而下渐变厚。
