Claims (10)

1. An aluminium-containing premelting slag, which comprises the following components (by weight percent):
12-15% of metal Al, and Al2O365~75%,SiO22~10%,MgO 2~6%,AlF3Or CaF2Or CaCl2Or AlCl33 to 10% of one or more of them.
2. An aluminium-containing premelt slag according to claim 1 wherein the aluminium-containing premelt slag has a particle size of less than 0.1 mm.
3. A method for preparing the pre-melted slag containing aluminum as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aluminum slag generated in the process of processing and smelting the electrolytic aluminum and the aluminum products is used as a raw material, after a part of aluminum is recovered from the aluminum slag, the rest part of the aluminum slag is composed of: 15-18% of metal Al, and Al2O360~70%,SiO25-8 percent of aluminum-containing slag, 3-5 percent of MgO and a small amount of other oxide impurities, then putting the aluminum-containing slag into a melting furnace, heating the aluminum-containing slag to 1350-1430 ℃, and adding AlF according to a slag sample of a molten slag after the aluminum-containing slag is molten down3、CaF2、CaCl2Or AlCl3Heating, and adding SiO when the melt temperature exceeds 1450 deg.C2And MgO slag modifier, which is used for modifying slag according to the final slag component, keeping the liquid slag for more than 30 minutes, and discharging the slag after the liquid slag is fully and uniformly, wherein the final slag component is the aluminum-containing pre-melted slag in claim 1.

5. An aluminium-containing premelting slag desulphurating agent as claimed in claim 1, having a composition (in% by weight):
8-22% of aluminum-containing premelting slag and CaC220~35%,CaO 40~58%,CaCO36~20%,C 1~3%。
6. The aluminum-containing premelting slag desulfurizing agent according to claim 4 or 5, wherein said aluminum-containing premelting slag desulfurizing agentCaO、CaCO3、CaC2And the granularity of C is less than or equal to 0.6 mm.
7. An aluminum-containing premelted slag molten steel cleaning agent as defined in claim 1, which comprises (by weight%):
40-48% of aluminum-containing premelting slag and 52-60% of 75% Si-Fe.

9. An aluminum-containing premelted slag molten steel cleaning agent as defined in claim 1, which comprises (by weight%):
80-85% of aluminum-containing premelting slag and 15-20% of BaO.
10. An aluminum-containing premelted slag molten steel cleaning agent as defined in claim 1, which comprises (by weight%):
95-97% of aluminum-containing premelting slag and 3-5% of mixed rare earth oxide.
