Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of terminals, in particular to a voice call fallback method, a CSCF (call session control function) server, a mobile terminal, a mobile management entity and a voice call fallback system.
Background
Under the conditions that the current LTE (Long Term Evolution) network coverage is incomplete and IMS (IP multimedia Subsystem, Internet Protocol) services are not fully deployed, in order to ensure the reliability of Voice services of mobile terminals, the LTE network provides two technologies, namely CSFB (Circuit Switched Fallback) and SRVCC (Single Radio Voice call continuity).
In The related art, when a mobile terminal or an LTE network cannot support an IMS service, The mobile terminal falls back from The LTE network to 2G (The 2) through a voice call fallback (CSFB) techniquendGeneration Mobile communication technology, 2 nd Generation Mobile communication technology)/3G (The 3)rdGeneration Mobile communication technology, 3 rd Generation Mobile communication technology) circuit domain completes the call service; when the mobile terminal and the LTE network support the IMS service, the mobile terminal can be switched to the 2G/3G network from the LTE network through a dual-mode single-standby wireless voice call continuity (SRVCC) technology, so that the continuity of the telephone call is ensured.
However, whether the CSFB mode or the SRVCC mode is selected requires configuration on the mobile terminal side, which is not favorable for the deployment of IMS services: if The mobile terminal configuration does not support The IMS service, The mobile terminal needs to initiate CSFB through OTA (Over The Air, Over The Air technology applied by mobile terminals such as mobile phones and The like) signaling of The LTE network even in The LTE network where The IMS service is deployed, then, along with The gradual maturity of The IMS service deployment on The network side, a great amount of time and energy are needed for upgrading The mobile terminal to support The IMS service, and The migration of The original 2G/3G network to The LTE network is also influenced; if the mobile terminal supports the IMS service, the mobile terminal and the LTE network do not initiate CSFB, but perform Voice call using VoLTE (Voice Over LTE, IMS-based Voice service) and SRVCC technologies, a large number of call failures and call drops may occur in areas where the LTE network and the IMS service are not well deployed, and the quality of Voice call may not be guaranteed.

Fig. 8 shows a flow diagram of a method of voice call fallback according to yet another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 8, the process of completing the voice call fallback operation by the mobile terminal and the network device cooperatively using the SIP protocol specifically includes:
(1) the terminal adds a mark (target identification) in a telephone SIP-INVITE message (SIP signaling) for initiating a VoLTE voice service, such as Accept-Contact, and identifies that the mobile terminal supports CSFB operation under the SIP protocol.
(2) If the CSCF processing the SIP-INVITE message supports the identifier at the same time, a service query instruction is first sent to a Mobile Management Entity (MME) managing the mobile terminal to query whether the mobile terminal performs an IMS VoLTE service or needs to execute a CSFB.
(3) The MME determines the current voice service mode of the mobile terminal according to the current network deployment condition (current network deployment state), the service condition of the terminal (VoLTE voice service state of the mobile terminal), the load of an eNB (base station) to which the mobile terminal is attached (load state of the base station to which the mobile terminal belongs), and other network resource states.
(4) If the mode is the CSFB mode, the MME returns a result to the CSCF, carries a destination network (target network) of the mobile terminal fall back, and simultaneously informs the mobile terminal of the destination network of the fall back to prepare circuit resources.
(5) The CSCF returns an SIP-4xx message (a client is in error, which indicates that the request message contains a syntax error or the server cannot complete processing of the request message), which indicates that VoLTE voice service cannot be performed, and the specific reason may be 488-Not accept (which is Not accepted here), and a destination network that the mobile terminal needs to fall back is attached to the message, and in order to achieve this purpose, the SIP protocol needs to correspondingly modify and supplement the destination network field, and the content includes: the type of the destination network (e.g., GSM (Global System For Mobile Communications), WCDMA (Wide Band Code Division Multiple Access), CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access), etc.), the frequency Band and frequency point of the destination network, etc.; the terminal needs to process the destination network field and execute the voice call fallback operation according to the content of the destination network field.
(6) After receiving the SIP-4xx message, the mobile terminal executes CSFB operation according to the mobile terminal falling back destination network information, and performs voice telephone service in the destination network circuit domain.
In the above (3), if the MME finds that the LTE network cell to which the current mobile terminal is attached can support the IMS service, the CSCF is notified to continue the VoLTE service, and the CSCF sends the SIP-INVITE message to the CSCF of the called terminal.
The invention combines the CSFB technology, provides a method for selecting the voice communication mode of the mobile terminal according to the current network state for the LTE network through the cooperation of the CSCF and the MME, and can effectively improve the voice communication quality of the mobile terminal supporting the IMS service.
The technical scheme of the invention is described in detail in combination with the accompanying drawings, and can effectively guide the mobile terminal to execute the voice call fallback operation so as to ensure the continuity of the voice call, thereby effectively improving the voice call quality of the mobile terminal supporting the IMS service, improving the user experience, and simultaneously realizing that the LTE network can select the voice communication mode of the mobile terminal according to the current network state.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
