本发明涉及一种物联网插座。
背景技术
插座又称电源插座,插座是指有一个或一个以上电路接线可插入的座,通过它可插入各种接线,便于与其他电路接通。按照用途分类:民用插座、工业用插座、防水插座、普通插座、电源插座,电脑插座、电话插座、视频和音频插座、移动插座和usb插座
为进一步规范室内布线、减少安全隐患及反复拆装的浪费,与企业共同营造消费者放心、市场秩序良好的消费环境,从选材、布线、开关插座设计、电话网络电视线路设计等各方面给予消费者详尽有效的知识,并指导消费者选择适合自己的家装公司以及在家装过程中如何与设计师沟通。开关插座虽然不像家电一样是“大件”,却关系家庭日常安全,而且是保障家庭电气安全的第一道防线,所以在选择开关插座的时候绝对不能马虎。电气专家特别提醒,不同场所搭配不同种类的开关、插座。有小孩的家庭,为了防止儿童用手指触摸或金属物捅插座孔眼,则要选用带保险挡片的安全插座。家用户外防水插座,220V10A三插、两插插头在非防护状态都可以使用就可满足家用。(防护级别IP66可以满足家庭需要,IP66是四面八方猛烈喷水不进水,1米水里浸泡1小时不进水)要注意一点室外插座一般上是塑料材质,要考虑防老化。
目前现有的插座不具备物联网功能,功能单一,不能够满足用户需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构紧凑,占用空间小,能够实现无线网络通信,同时具有驱蚊效果的物联网插座。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种物联网插座,包括外壳、灭蚊罩和插座盖板,所述灭蚊罩和插座盖板设在外壳上,所述灭蚊罩与外壳螺纹连接,所述灭蚊罩上设置有通孔,所述插座盖板与外壳固定连接,所述外壳上设置有单片机、断路器和WIFI模块,所述单片机与断路器电性连接,所述单片机与WIFI模块信号连接,所述外壳底部设置有电蚊香接口和卡槽,所述卡槽内设置有挡片,所述挡片与外壳铰接,所述外壳前端设置有电源线。
作为优选,所述通孔呈弧形弯折设置,方便电蚊香释放杀虫气体。
作为优选,所述外壳呈圆形设置,保持结构紧凑,占用空间小。
作为优选,所述插座盖板呈环形阵列分布,方便安装较多的插头,减小空间的占用。
作为优选,所述电源线与外壳连接处设置有胶套,能够防止电源线出现磨损。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的电蚊香接口能够安装电蚊香,方具有驱蚊的效果,WIFI模块能够与智能手机连接,实现无线远程控制,WIFI模块的信号通过单片机处理后可以控制断路器,达到开关插座电源的效果,设置的外壳保持结构紧凑,占用空间小,使用方便,挡块能够转动,立起后能够提升外壳的高度,方便安装电蚊香。

如图1和图2所示,一种物联网插座,包括外壳1、灭蚊罩2和插座盖板3,所述灭蚊罩2和插座盖板3设在外壳1上,所述灭蚊罩2与外壳1螺纹连接,所述灭蚊罩2上设置有通孔4,所述插座盖板3与外壳1固定连接,所述外壳1上设置有单片机5、断路器6和WIFI模块7,所述单片机5与断路器6电性连接,所述单片机5与WIFI模块7信号连接,所述外壳1底部设置有电蚊香接口8和卡槽9,所述卡槽9内设置有挡片10,所述挡片10与外壳1铰接,所述外壳1前端设置有电源线11。
所述通孔4呈弧形弯折设置。
所述外壳1呈圆形设置。
所述插座盖板3呈环形阵列分布。
所述电源线11与外壳1连接处设置有胶套12。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的电蚊香接口能够安装电蚊香,方具有驱蚊的效果,WIFI模块能够与智能手机连接,实现无线远程控制,WIFI模块的信号通过单片机处理后可以控制断路器,达到开关插座电源的效果,设置的外壳保持结构紧凑,占用空间小,使用方便,挡块能够转动,立起后能够提升外壳的高度,方便安装电蚊香。
