本发明属于电缆领域,尤其涉及一种计算机用三芯对绞电缆。
背景技术
目前,随着电缆用量的不断增加,对电缆的质量也提出高的要求。比如仪表用电缆,对电缆的耐高温,防水耐油,抗拖拽,耐酸碱,耐腐蚀以及抗干扰等方面的要求都特别高。普通聚氯乙烯塑料制成的护套层的渗透性较强,容易受潮,导致内部发生氧化,影响正常的信号传输,缩短了整个电缆的使用寿命。传统的电缆线芯一般采用绕包层包绕,线芯在外界挤压比较强烈的情况下容易偏离原设定位置。
只有符合要求,才能更好的保证电缆的生产使用。

为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种计算机用三芯对绞电缆。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种计算机用三芯对绞电缆,它包括线芯导体以及包裹在线芯导体外侧的护套,其特征在于:所述线芯导体以及护套之间依次设置有绕包层、屏蔽层、绝缘层、防水层;所述线芯导体是由三根绝缘线芯对绞而成,所述线芯导体两两外切紧密排布,所述线芯导体线芯是由多股无氧退火软铜丝绞合的线芯以及包裹在线芯外侧的结皮层、镀镍铜丝编织的外导体组成。
所述绕包层与所述线芯导体之间包裹加强件。
所述屏蔽层内部还包裹一根接地线芯和一根引流线。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:该种电缆用途广泛,导电性能好,耐高温,抗拖拽,屏蔽性能好,防水耐油,主要应用于计算机等领域,耐卷绕,抗断线,线芯牢固。

作为本发明的进一步方案:所述绕包层3与所述线芯导体1之间包裹加强件2。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述绝缘线芯是由多股无氧退火软铜丝绞合的线芯以及包裹在线芯外侧的结皮层、镀镍铜丝编织的外导体组成。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述屏蔽层4内部还包裹一根接地线芯5和一根引流线9。
