Abstract
A method for acquiring data, providing data and realizing search and an electronic terminal thereof are provided. The data acquisition method comprises the following steps: the first electronic terminal acquires user data associated with the application program from the second electronic terminal; taking the user data as the user data of the application program in the first electronic terminal; wherein the second electronic terminal is associated with the first electronic terminal in which the same application as in the second electronic terminal is to be installed or has been installed. According to the method and the electronic terminal, the user can be effectively prevented from repeatedly inputting the same content for the same application in a plurality of associated electronic terminals, and the user experience is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates generally to the field of electronic terminals, and more particularly, to a method for data acquisition, data provision, and search implementation, and an electronic terminal thereof.
Background
Electronic terminals (e.g., mobile communication terminals, tablets, wearable devices, personal computers, etc.) have become an integral part of people's lives. As the standard of living increases, more and more people own two or more electronic terminals, for example, two mobile communication terminals, one of which is used for work and the other of which is used for personal life; the mobile communication terminal and the tablet computer are provided. Moreover, the user often performs the same or similar operations for the same application in different owned electronic terminals, which requires the user to frequently input the same content for the same application in different electronic terminals.
Disclosure of Invention
An exemplary embodiment of the present invention is to provide a method for data acquisition, data provision, and search implementation, and an electronic terminal thereof, so as to solve a problem that a user needs to repeatedly input the same content for the same application in different owned electronic terminals.
According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a data acquisition method including: the first electronic terminal acquires user data associated with the application program from the second electronic terminal; taking the user data as the user data of the application program in the first electronic terminal; wherein the second electronic terminal is associated with the first electronic terminal in which the same application as in the second electronic terminal is to be installed or has been installed.
Optionally, the obtaining step is performed when the application is installed or run in the first electronic terminal.
Optionally, the user data associated with the application program is obtained from the second electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channel.
Optionally, when the association channel cannot be established, user data associated with the application program is acquired from the second electronic terminal through the other communication channel.
Optionally, the user data comprises: personalization data generated by a user performing an operation on an application.
Optionally, the personalization data comprises at least one of: inputting historical data, browsing historical data and operating step historical data.
Optionally, the inputting the historical data comprises: the history data is searched.

Optionally, the method further comprises: and displaying the data respectively searched by the application programs in the first electronic terminal and the second electronic terminal in a distinguishing way.

In the data acquisition, data provision, search implementation method and electronic terminal thereof according to the exemplary embodiments of the present invention, user data associated with an application can be acquired from other electronic terminals associated with the electronic terminal as user data of the same application installed thereon; in addition, when the search is executed in the application program of the electronic terminal, the search result in the same application program can be obtained from other electronic terminals related to the electronic terminal, so that the user is not required to repeatedly input the same content in different electronic terminals aiming at the same application program, the user can conveniently use a plurality of electronic terminals, and the user experience is improved.

Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the like elements throughout. The embodiments are described below in order to explain the present invention by referring to the figures.
As an example, the first electronic terminal and the second electronic terminal described below may be mobile communication terminals (e.g., smart phones), smart wearable devices (e.g., smart watches), personal computers, tablet computers, game machines, digital multimedia players, and the like, which are capable of installing applications.
Hereinafter, a data acquisition and data providing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 6. Here, the same application as in the second electronic terminal will be installed or already installed in the first electronic terminal; and the second electronic terminal is associated with the first electronic terminal.
As an example, optionally, two electronic terminals are associated, one of which may have the right to handle certain functions of the other. Taking a smart phone and a smart watch as an example, after the smart phone and the smart watch are associated, the smart watch can receive and answer a telephone call initiated to the smart phone, and receive and reply mails, messages and the like sent to the smart phone; alternatively, the smartphone can push messages to the smartwatch, make phone answering transfers, and the like.
Regarding determining the second electronic terminal associated with the first electronic terminal, the second electronic terminal associated with the first electronic terminal may be determined according to association information recorded in the first electronic terminal, as an example. The association information is information capable of indicating that the current electronic terminal is associated with other electronic terminals. As an example, the current electronic terminal may be associated with other electronic terminals according to a user operation, for example, the user may add other electronic terminals associated with the current electronic terminal through a specific application, and may also add other electronic terminals associated with the current electronic terminal by means of image (e.g., two-dimensional code) scanning. Furthermore, the electronic terminal may also be automatically associated with other electronic terminals. For example, the first electronic terminal is a smartphone capable of being paired with a smart watch (e.g., a samsung Galaxy Gear), and may be paired with the smart watch according to a user operation, so as to associate the two.
As another example, the second electronic terminal associated with the first electronic terminal may be determined by an account number. For example, if a user manages two electronic terminals through the same account, it may be determined that the two electronic terminals are associated electronic terminals. For example, if the same application is used more than a predetermined number of times in both electronic terminals through the same account number, it may be determined that the two electronic terminals are associated electronic terminals. Further, it should be understood that the method of determining the second electronic terminal associated with the first electronic terminal is not limited to the above, but may be implemented by other methods. Accordingly, on the second electronic terminal, the first electronic terminal associated with the second electronic terminal may be determined by the method described above.
As an example, the association channel may typically be a close range communication channel (e.g., WIFI, ZIGBEE, NFC, bluetooth, etc.), through which the first electronic terminal and the second electronic terminal may communicate when both are able to establish the association channel (e.g., within a communication range of the association channel); when the association channel cannot be established, communication can be performed through other communication channels (e.g., a mobile communication channel, a wired communication channel, etc.). As another example, the association channel may also not be limited to the close range communication channel, and the association channel may include both a close range communication channel and a long range communication channel, which may communicate through the close range communication channel when the first electronic terminal is associated with the second electronic terminal and when within a communication range of the close range communication channel; when the communication range of the short-distance communication channel is exceeded, the communication can be converted into the communication through a long-distance communication channel. For example, the close range communication channel may typically be WIFI, ZIGBEE, NFC, bluetooth, etc., and the long range communication channel may be a mobile communication channel, a wired communication channel, etc.
Fig. 1 illustrates a flowchart of a data acquisition method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The method may be performed by the first electronic terminal or may be implemented by a computer program. For example, the method may be performed by an application for data acquisition installed in the first electronic terminal, or by a functional program implemented in an operating system of the first electronic terminal.
In step S101, the first electronic terminal acquires user data associated with an application from the second electronic terminal. Here, the application is that the same application as in the second electronic terminal is to be installed or has been installed in the first electronic terminal.
As an example, the user data may include personalization data generated by a user performing an operation on an application. For example, the personalization data may be generated by the user using the application program through an account, or may be generated by the user directly using the application program. For example, a user typically does not register an account number when using an input method (e.g., a dog search input method), and accordingly, the user data associated with the input method may be user data generated from the user's input that records the user's input habits, e.g., a personalized word stock, etc.
As an example, the personalization data may comprise at least one of: inputting historical data, browsing historical data and operating step historical data. The browsing history data may be data that records browsing performed by the user in the application program. The operation step history data may be data for recording an operation step of the user in the application program, for example, data for recording a jump of the user from a current page to a next page or a previous page. The input history data may be data that records an input performed by a user with respect to an input box of an application. For example, it may be character input, selection input of a to-be-selected item, or the like. As an example, the input history data may include: the history data is searched. The search history data may be data that records searches performed by the user in the application. Taking a shopping application as an example, the search history data may be data recording items searched by the user in the shopping application, the browsing history data may be data recording pages of items browsed by the user in the shopping application, and the operation step history data may be data recording a jump from a current page (e.g., a shopping cart page) to a next page (e.g., a payment page) in the shopping application.
It should be appreciated that the user data associated with the application program may be obtained from the second electronic terminal in accordance with a user operation; user data associated with the application may also be automatically obtained by the first electronic terminal from the second electronic terminal. With regard to automatic acquisition, an active request may be made to acquire user data associated with the application from a second electronic terminal; user data associated with the application may also be passively received from the second electronic terminal, as the present invention is not limited in this respect.
As an example, when the application is installed or run in the first electronic terminal, step S101 may be performed. For example, when the application is installed or run in a first electronic terminal, it may be actively requested to retrieve user data associated with the application from a second electronic terminal.
As an example, the user data associated with the application may be obtained from the second electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channel. Preferably, when the association channel cannot be established, the user data associated with the application program can be acquired from the second electronic terminal through other communication channels.
In step S102, the user data is used as the user data of the application program in the first electronic terminal.
Fig. 2 illustrates an example of taking acquired user data as user data of the same application according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Here, the second electronic terminal shown in (a) of fig. 2 is associated with the first electronic terminal shown in (b) of fig. 2, and the same shopping application is installed in both the first electronic terminal and the second electronic terminal, and the first electronic terminal takes the user data associated with the shopping application acquired from the second electronic terminal as the user data of the shopping application thereon. As shown in fig. 2, when the shopping application in the first electronic terminal is opened, a search history of the user in the shopping application on the second electronic terminal may be displayed.
Fig. 3 illustrates another example of taking acquired user data as user data of the same application according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Here, the second electronic terminal shown in (a) of fig. 3 is associated with the first electronic terminal shown in (b) of fig. 3, and the same input method is installed in both the first electronic terminal and the second electronic terminal, and the first electronic terminal takes the user data associated with the input method acquired from the second electronic terminal as the user data of the input method thereon. As shown in fig. 3, when the input method is used in the first electronic terminal, the user lexicon is the same as the user lexicon of the input method in the second electronic terminal.
Further, as an example, the data acquisition method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include a step of searching, and fig. 4 shows a flowchart of the searching step according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, in step S201, the search feature and the feature of the application are received from the second electronic terminal. By way of example, the search feature may be an input search keyword, a search parameter specified by a category selection, or the like. The characteristic of the application may be the name, version number, etc. of the application.
In step S202, the application indicated by the characteristics of the application in the first electronic terminal performs a search according to the search characteristics.
In step S203, the searched data is transmitted to the second electronic terminal.
Further, as an example, the data acquisition method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: when an account is used for logging in the application program for the first time in the first electronic terminal, determining the use condition of the account on the same application program in the second electronic terminal; and when the service condition is determined to meet the preset condition, logging in the account in the first electronic terminal without performing additional security verification on the second electronic terminal. Preferably, the use case may be determined from user data associated with the application program acquired from the second electronic terminal. For example, when an account is used for logging in a wechat application for the first time in a first electronic terminal, the use condition of the account on wechat in a second electronic terminal can be determined; when it is determined that the user has used the account login WeChat in the second electronic terminal more than a certain number of times, the account login WeChat can be directly used in the first electronic terminal without additional security verification on the second electronic terminal.
Fig. 5 illustrates a flowchart of a data providing method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The method may be performed by the second electronic terminal or may be implemented by a computer program. For example, the method may be performed by an application for data provision installed in the second electronic terminal, or by a functional program implemented in an operating system of the second electronic terminal.
In step S301, user data associated with the application is acquired in the second electronic terminal. Here, the application is that the same application as in the second electronic terminal is to be installed or has been installed in the first electronic terminal.
As an example, the user data may include personalization data generated by a user performing an operation on an application. For example, the personalization data may be generated by the user using the application program through an account, or may be generated by the user directly using the application program. It should be appreciated that user data associated with the application may be obtained in accordance with user operations; user data associated with the application may also be automatically acquired by the second electronic terminal. With regard to automatic acquisition, user data associated with the application may be actively acquired; the user data associated with the application program may also be obtained according to a request of the first electronic terminal, which is not limited by the present invention.
As an example, it may be detected whether user data associated with the application is updated; and when the user data is updated, acquiring the user data. Preferably, when an application is running, updates to user data normally associated with the application may occur, and therefore, it may be detected whether user data associated with the application is updated when the application is running. Preferably, when the establishment of the association channel is detected, it is detected whether the user data associated with the application is updated.
In step S302, the user data is sent to the first electronic terminal.
As an example, the user data may be sent to the first electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channel. Preferably, when the association channel cannot be established, the user data can be transmitted to the first electronic terminal through other communication channels.
Further, as an example, the data acquisition method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include a step of searching, and fig. 6 shows a flowchart of the searching step according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, in step S401, a search is performed by the application in the second electronic terminal according to the search feature.
In step S402, the search feature and the feature of the application are sent to the first electronic terminal.
In step S403, data searched by the application in the first electronic terminal according to the search feature is received from the first electronic terminal. In other words, data searched by the same application installed in the first electronic terminal performing a search according to the search feature is received.
Hereinafter, a method of implementing a search according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 7 to 9. Fig. 7 illustrates a flowchart of a method of implementing a search according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The method may be performed by the second electronic terminal or may be implemented by a computer program. For example, the method may be performed by an application installed in the second electronic terminal for implementing the search, or by a functional program implemented in an operating system of the second electronic terminal.
As shown in fig. 7, in step S501, a search is performed by an application in the second electronic terminal according to the search feature. By way of example, the search feature may be an input search keyword, a search parameter specified by a category selection, or the like.
As an example, performing the search by the application in the second electronic terminal according to the search feature may be performing the search by the application in the second electronic terminal according to the search feature, for example, performing the search by the application in the second electronic terminal that implements the search according to the search feature throughout the second electronic terminal (including the respective applications in the second electronic terminal); it is also possible to perform a search in the application in the second electronic terminal according to the search characteristic, for example, in an image stored in the image browsing application according to the search characteristic.
In step S502, a first electronic terminal associated with a second electronic terminal is determined.
As an example, the first electronic terminal associated with the second electronic terminal may be determined from association information recorded in the second electronic terminal. The association information is information capable of indicating that the current electronic terminal is associated with other electronic terminals. As an example, the current electronic terminal may be associated with other electronic terminals according to a user operation, for example, the user may add other electronic terminals associated with the current electronic terminal through a specific application, and may also add other electronic terminals associated with the current electronic terminal by means of image (e.g., two-dimensional code) scanning. Furthermore, the electronic terminal may also be automatically associated with other electronic terminals. For example, the second electronic terminal is a smartphone capable of being paired with a smart watch (e.g., a samsung Galaxy Gear), and may be paired with the smart watch according to a user operation, so as to associate the two.
As another example, the first electronic terminal associated with the second electronic terminal may be determined by an account number. As another example, the association channel may also not be limited to the close range communication channel, and the association channel may include both a close range communication channel and a long range communication channel, which may communicate through the close range communication channel when the second electronic terminal is associated with the first electronic terminal and when within a communication range of the close range communication channel; when the communication range of the short-distance communication channel is exceeded, the communication can be converted into the communication through a long-distance communication channel. For example, the close range communication channel may typically be WIFI, ZIGBEE, NFC, bluetooth, etc., and the long range communication channel may be a mobile communication channel, a wired communication channel, etc.
In step S503, the search feature and the feature of the application program are sent to the first electronic terminal, so that the first electronic terminal performs a search in the same application program according to the search feature.
As an example, the characteristic of the application may be a name, a version number, etc. of the application.
As an example, when the search feature is a search feature for searching for images and/or videos, it may be determined whether the first electronic terminal is configured with a camera; the search feature and the feature of the application may be transmitted to the first electronic terminal when the first electronic terminal is configured with a camera.
In step S504, data searched by the application in the first electronic terminal according to the search feature is received from the first electronic terminal.
As an example, the search feature and the feature of the application may be sent to the first electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channel; data searched by the application in the first electronic terminal according to the search feature may be received from the first electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channel. Preferably, when the association channel cannot be established, the search feature and the feature of the application program can be sent to the first electronic terminal through other communication channels; and data searched by the application in the first electronic terminal according to the search feature may be received from the first electronic terminal through the other communication channel.
As an example, the method of implementing a search according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: and displaying the data respectively searched by the application programs in the second electronic terminal and the first electronic terminal in the second electronic terminal in a distinguishing manner, so that a user can know which search results are acquired through the first electronic terminal and which search results are acquired through the second electronic terminal. For example, when the search result is displayed in the second electronic terminal, the data searched by the first electronic terminal and the second electronic terminal, respectively, may be distinctively labeled.
Further, as an example, the method of implementing a search according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: and sending the search history to the first electronic terminal so that the first electronic terminal can use the search history as the search history of the corresponding application program.
Fig. 8 illustrates an example of performing a search according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Here, the second electronic terminal shown in (a) of fig. 8 is associated with the first electronic terminal shown in (b) of fig. 8, and the same application for browsing images is installed in both the first electronic terminal and the second electronic terminal, and as shown in fig. 8, when a search feature is input in the application for browsing images in the second electronic terminal, a search may be simultaneously performed in the application for browsing images in the first electronic terminal according to the search feature, and the searched image may be received from the first electronic terminal and displayed.
By the method, when the search is executed in the application program of the electronic terminal, the search can also be executed in the same application program in the electronic terminal associated with the electronic terminal, so that the search in the associated electronic terminal can be realized, and the user is not required to repeatedly execute the search operation in the associated electronic terminal.
Fig. 9 illustrates a flowchart of a method of implementing a search according to another exemplary embodiment of the invention. The method may be performed by the first electronic terminal or may be implemented by a computer program. For example, the method may be performed by an application installed in the first electronic terminal for implementing a search, or by a functional program implemented in an operating system of the first electronic terminal. Here, the first electronic terminal is associated with a second electronic terminal, and a search is performed by an application in the second electronic terminal according to the search feature.
As shown in fig. 9, in step S601, the first electronic terminal receives the search feature and the feature of the application from the second electronic terminal.
By way of example, the search feature may be an input search keyword, a search parameter specified by a category selection, or the like. The characteristic of the application may be the name, version number, etc. of the application.
In step S602, a search is performed by the application in the first electronic terminal according to the search feature.
As an example, when the search feature is a search feature for searching for an image and/or video, it may be determined whether the first electronic terminal is configured with a camera, wherein, when the camera is configured, step S602 may be performed; when the camera is not configured, step S602 may not be performed and the second electronic terminal may be notified.
In step S603, the searched data is transmitted to the second electronic terminal.
As an example, the search feature and the feature of the application may be received from a second electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channel; the searched data may be transmitted to the second electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channel. Preferably, when the association channel cannot be established, the search feature and the feature of the application program can be received from the second electronic terminal through other communication channels; and may transmit the searched data to the second electronic terminal through other communication channels.
As an example, the method of implementing a search according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: recording the search feature as a search history for the application.
Hereinafter, a first electronic terminal and a second electronic terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 10 to 13. The units included in the first electronic terminal and the second electronic terminal may be implemented by a dedicated device (e.g., a sensing device), and by way of example, the units may be implemented by a general-purpose hardware processor such as a digital signal processor, a field programmable gate array, or the like, a dedicated hardware processor such as a dedicated chip, or the like, or may be implemented entirely by a computer program in a software manner, for example, as a module installed in an application in the electronic terminal, or as a functional program implemented in an operating system of the electronic terminal.
Fig. 10 shows a block diagram of a first electronic terminal for data acquisition according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Here, the same application as in the second electronic terminal will be installed or already installed in the first electronic terminal; and the second electronic terminal is associated with the first electronic terminal.
As shown in fig. 10, a first electronic terminal for data acquisition according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a user data acquisition unit 101 and a user data setting unit 102. Here, it should be understood that the first electronic terminal may have other devices that perform its own functions as an electronic terminal, in addition to the user data acquisition unit 101 and the user data setting unit 102. For example, the first electronic terminal is used as a necessary device of an electronic terminal such as a mobile communication terminal, a tablet computer, a game machine, a digital multimedia player, etc., and the present invention is not limited thereto.

With regard to the automatic acquisition by the user data acquisition unit 101, it may be actively requested to acquire user data associated with the application program from the second electronic terminal; user data associated with the application may also be passively received from the second electronic terminal, as the present invention is not limited in this respect.
As an example, the user data acquisition unit 101 may acquire user data associated with an application from a second electronic terminal when the application is installed or run in a first electronic terminal. For example, the user data obtaining unit 101 may actively request to obtain the user data associated with the application program from the second electronic terminal when the application program is installed in the first electronic terminal or is run.
As an example, the user data obtaining unit 101 may obtain the user data associated with the application program from the second electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channel. Preferably, when the association channel can be established, the user data obtaining unit 101 may obtain the user data associated with the application program from the second electronic terminal through the association channel; the user data obtaining unit 101 may obtain the user data associated with the application program from the second electronic terminal through the other communication channel when the association channel cannot be established.
The user data setting unit 102 is configured to use the user data as user data of the application program in the first electronic terminal.
As an example, the first electronic terminal for data acquisition according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: an association determining unit (not shown).
Specifically, the association determining unit may determine the second electronic terminal associated with the first electronic terminal based on the association information recorded in the first electronic terminal. The association information is information capable of indicating that the current electronic terminal is associated with other electronic terminals. As an example, the current electronic terminal may be associated with other electronic terminals according to a user operation, for example, the user may add other electronic terminals associated with the current electronic terminal through a specific application, and may also add other electronic terminals associated with the current electronic terminal by means of image (e.g., two-dimensional code) scanning. Furthermore, the electronic terminal may also be automatically associated with other electronic terminals. For example, the first electronic terminal is a smartphone capable of being paired with a smart watch (e.g., a samsung GalaxyGear), and may be paired with the smart watch according to a user operation, so as to associate the two.
The association determination unit may also determine a second electronic terminal associated with the first electronic terminal through the account number. For example, if the user manages two electronic terminals by the same account, the association determination unit may determine that the two electronic terminals are associated electronic terminals. For example, if the same application is used more than a predetermined number of times in both the electronic terminals through the same account, the association determination unit may determine that the two electronic terminals are associated electronic terminals.
Further, as an example, the first electronic terminal for data acquisition according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: a receiving unit (not shown), a searching unit (not shown), and a transmitting unit (not shown).
In particular, the receiving unit is adapted to receive the search feature and the feature of the application from the second electronic terminal. By way of example, the search feature may be an input search keyword, a search parameter specified by a category selection, or the like. The characteristic of the application may be the name, version number, etc. of the application.
The search unit is used for executing search according to the search characteristics by the application program indicated by the characteristics of the application program.
The sending unit is used for sending the searched data to the second electronic terminal.
Further, as an example, the first electronic terminal for data acquisition according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: a determination unit (not shown) and a login unit (not shown).
The determining unit determines the use condition of the account on the same application program in the second electronic terminal when the account is used for logging in the application program for the first time in the first electronic terminal. Preferably, the determination unit may determine the usage based on user data associated with the application acquired from the second electronic terminal.
The login unit logs in the account in the first electronic terminal without performing additional security verification on the second electronic terminal when it is determined that the use condition satisfies a predetermined condition.
For example, when the account is used for logging in a wechat application for the first time in a first electronic terminal, the determining unit can determine the use condition of the account on the wechat in a second electronic terminal; when the determining unit determines that the user uses the account number login WeChat in the second electronic terminal more than a certain number of times, the login unit can directly use the account number login WeChat in the first electronic terminal without additional security verification on the second electronic terminal.
It should be understood that the above units may also be implemented as various units in the apparatus for data acquisition according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and will not be described herein again.
Fig. 11 illustrates a block diagram of a second electronic terminal for data provision according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Here, the same application as in the second electronic terminal will be installed or already installed in the first electronic terminal; and the second electronic terminal is associated with the first electronic terminal.
As shown in fig. 11, the second electronic terminal for data provision according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a user data acquisition unit 201 and a user data transmission unit 202. Here, it should be understood that the second electronic terminal may have other devices that perform its own functions as an electronic terminal, in addition to the user data acquisition unit 201 and the user data transmission unit 202. For example, the second electronic terminal is used as a necessary device of an electronic terminal such as a mobile communication terminal, a tablet computer, a game machine, a digital multimedia player, etc., and the present invention is not limited thereto.
Specifically, the user data acquisition unit 201 is used to acquire user data associated with an application. Here, the application is that the same application as in the second electronic terminal is to be installed or has been installed in the first electronic terminal.
As an example, the user data may include personalization data generated by a user performing an operation on an application. For example, the personalization data may be generated by the user using the application program through an account, or may be generated by the user directly using the application program. For example, a user typically does not register an account number when using an input method (e.g., a dog search input method), and accordingly, the user data associated with the input method may be user data generated from the user's input that records the user's input habits, e.g., a personalized word stock.
As an example, the personalization data may comprise at least one of: inputting historical data, browsing historical data and operating step historical data. The browsing history data may be data that records browsing performed by the user in the application program. The operation step history data may be data for recording an operation step of the user in the application program, for example, data for recording a jump of the user from a current page to a next page or a previous page. The input history data may be data that records an input performed by a user with respect to an input box of an application. For example, it may be character input, selection input of a to-be-selected item, or the like. As an example, the input history data may include: the history data is searched. The search history data may be data that records searches performed by the user in the application.
It should be understood that the user data acquisition unit 201 may acquire user data associated with the application program according to an operation by a user; user data associated with the application may also be automatically obtained. With regard to the automatic acquisition by the user data acquisition unit 201, user data associated with the application program may be actively acquired; the user data associated with the application program may also be obtained according to a request of the first electronic terminal, which is not limited by the present invention.
As an example, the user data acquisition unit 201 may include: a detection unit (not shown) and an acquisition unit (not shown).
The detection unit is used for detecting whether the user data associated with the application program is updated.
The acquisition unit is used for acquiring the user data when the user data is updated.
Preferably, when an application is running, updates may occur to the user data normally associated with the application, and therefore the detection unit may detect whether the user data associated with the application is updated when the application is running. Preferably, the detection unit may detect whether the user data associated with the application is updated when detecting that the association channel is established.
The user data sending unit 202 is configured to send the user data to the first electronic terminal.
As an example, the user data sending unit 202 may send the user data to the first electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channels. Preferably, the user data sending unit 202 may send the user data to the first electronic terminal through another communication channel when the association channel cannot be established.
As an example, the second electronic terminal for data provision according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: an association determining unit (not shown).
Specifically, the association determining unit may determine the first electronic terminal associated with the second electronic terminal based on the association information recorded in the second electronic terminal. The association determination unit may also determine the first electronic terminal associated with the second electronic terminal through the account number.
Further, as an example, the second electronic terminal for data provision according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: a search unit (not shown), a transmission unit (not shown), and a reception unit (not shown).
In particular, the search unit is configured to perform a search by the application program based on the search characteristic.
The sending unit is used for sending the search characteristics and the characteristics of the application program to the first electronic terminal.
The receiving unit is used for receiving data searched by the application program in the first electronic terminal according to the searching characteristics from the first electronic terminal.
It should be understood that the above-described units may also be implemented as respective units in the apparatus for data provision according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and will not be described herein again.
Fig. 12 illustrates a block diagram of a second electronic terminal implementing a search according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 12, the second electronic terminal implementing the search according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a search unit 301, an association determination unit 302, a transmission unit 303, and a reception unit 304. Here, it should be understood that the second electronic terminal may have other devices that perform its own functions as an electronic terminal, in addition to the search unit 301, the association determination unit 302, the transmission unit 303, and the reception unit 304. For example, the second electronic terminal is used as a necessary device of an electronic terminal such as a mobile communication terminal, a tablet computer, a game machine, a digital multimedia player, etc., and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In particular, the search unit 301 is configured to perform a search by an application in the second electronic terminal according to the search characteristic. By way of example, the search feature may be an input search keyword, a search parameter specified by a category selection, or the like.
The association determination unit 302 is configured to determine a first electronic terminal associated with a second electronic terminal.
As an example, the association determining unit 302 may determine the first electronic terminal associated with the second electronic terminal according to association information recorded in the second electronic terminal. The association information is information capable of indicating that the current electronic terminal is associated with other electronic terminals. As an example, the current electronic terminal may be associated with other electronic terminals according to a user operation, for example, the user may add other electronic terminals associated with the current electronic terminal through a specific application, and may also add other electronic terminals associated with the current electronic terminal by means of image (e.g., two-dimensional code) scanning. Furthermore, the electronic terminal may also be automatically associated with other electronic terminals. For example, the second electronic terminal is a smartphone capable of being paired with a smart watch (e.g., a samsung Galaxy Gear), and may be paired with the smart watch according to a user operation, so as to associate the two.
As another example, the association determination unit 302 may determine the first electronic terminal associated with the second electronic terminal through the account number. For example, if the user manages two electronic terminals by the same account, the association determination unit 302 may determine that the two electronic terminals are associated electronic terminals. For example, if the same application is used more than a predetermined number of times in both electronic terminals through the same account, the association determination unit 302 may determine that the two electronic terminals are associated electronic terminals.
The sending unit 303 is configured to send the search feature and the feature of the application program to the first electronic terminal, so that the first electronic terminal performs a search in the same application program according to the search feature.
As an example, the characteristic of the application may be a name, a version number, etc. of the application.
As an example, the transmitting unit 303 may determine whether the first electronic terminal is configured with a camera when the search feature is a search feature for searching for an image and/or a video; the search feature and the feature of the application may be transmitted to the first electronic terminal when the first electronic terminal is configured with a camera.
The receiving unit 304 is configured to receive, from the first electronic terminal, data searched by the application program in the first electronic terminal according to the search feature.
As an example, the sending unit 303 may send the search feature and the feature of the application program to the first electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channels; the receiving unit 304 may receive data searched by the application in the first electronic terminal according to the search feature from the first electronic terminal through the association channel or other communication channels. Preferably, when the association channel cannot be established, the sending unit 303 may send the search feature and the feature of the application program to the first electronic terminal through another communication channel; and the receiving unit 304 may receive data searched by the application in the first electronic terminal according to the search feature from the first electronic terminal through other communication channels.
As an example, the second electronic terminal implementing the search according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: a display unit (not shown).
The display unit is used for displaying the data respectively searched by the application programs in the second electronic terminal and the first electronic terminal in the second electronic terminal in a distinguishing mode, so that a user can know which search results are acquired through the first electronic terminal and which search results are acquired through the second electronic terminal. For example, when the search result is displayed in the second electronic terminal, the data searched by the first electronic terminal and the second electronic terminal, respectively, may be distinctively labeled.
Further, as an example, the second electronic terminal implementing the search according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: a search history transmission unit (not shown).
The search history sending unit is used for sending the search history to the first electronic terminal so that the first electronic terminal can use the search history as the search history of the corresponding application program.
It should be understood that the above units may also be implemented as various units in the apparatus for implementing search according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and will not be described herein again.
Fig. 13 illustrates a block diagram of a first electronic terminal implementing a search according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. Here, the first electronic terminal is associated with a second electronic terminal, and a search is performed by an application in the second electronic terminal according to the search feature.
As shown in fig. 13, the first electronic terminal implementing the search according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention includes: a receiving unit 401, a searching unit 402 and a transmitting unit 403. Here, it should be understood that the first electronic terminal may have other devices that perform its own functions as an electronic terminal, in addition to the receiving unit 401, the searching unit 402, and the transmitting unit 403. For example, the first electronic terminal is used as a necessary device of an electronic terminal such as a mobile communication terminal, a tablet computer, a game machine, a digital multimedia player, etc., and the present invention is not limited thereto.
In particular, the receiving unit 401 is configured to receive the search feature and the feature of the application from the second electronic terminal.
By way of example, the search feature may be an input search keyword, a search parameter specified by a category selection, or the like. The characteristic of the application may be the name, version number, etc. of the application.
The search unit 402 is configured to perform a search by the application in the first electronic terminal according to the search feature.
As an example, the first electronic terminal implementing the search according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: a determination unit (not shown).
When the search feature is a search feature for searching for an image and/or video, the determining unit determines whether the first electronic terminal is configured with a camera, wherein when the camera is configured, the searching unit 402 executes a search in an application program indicated by the feature of the application program according to the search feature in the first electronic terminal; when the camera is not configured, the search unit 402 does not perform the search and notifies the second electronic terminal.
The transmitting unit 403 is configured to transmit the searched data to the second electronic terminal.
As an example, the receiving unit 401 may receive the search feature and the feature of the application program from the second electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channels; the sending unit 403 may send the searched data to the second electronic terminal through the association channel or other communication channels. Preferably, when the association channel cannot be established, the receiving unit 401 may receive the search feature and the feature of the application program from the second electronic terminal through other communication channels; the transmitting unit 403 may transmit the searched data to the second electronic terminal through other communication channels.
As an example, the first electronic terminal implementing the search according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: a recording unit (not shown).
The recording unit is used for recording the search characteristics as a search history of the application program.
Further, as an example, the first electronic terminal implementing the search according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention may further include: an association determining unit (not shown).
Specifically, the association determining unit may determine the second electronic terminal associated with the first electronic terminal based on the association information recorded in the first electronic terminal. The association determination unit may also determine a second electronic terminal associated with the first electronic terminal through the account number.
It should be understood that the above units may also be implemented as various units in the apparatus for implementing search according to the exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and will not be described herein again.
According to the data acquisition, data providing and search implementation method, the electronic terminal and the device thereof, user data associated with the application program can be acquired from other electronic terminals associated with the electronic terminal as the user data of the same application program installed on the electronic terminal; in addition, when the search is executed in the application program of the electronic terminal, the search result in the same application program can be obtained from other electronic terminals related to the electronic terminal, so that the user is not required to repeatedly input the same content in different electronic terminals aiming at the same application program, the user can conveniently use a plurality of electronic terminals, and the user experience is improved.
Although a few exemplary embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it would be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the claims and their equivalents.
Claims (34)
1. A method of implementing a search, comprising:
executing a search in the content stored in the second electronic terminal according to the searched characteristics through an application program in the second electronic terminal;
determining a first electronic terminal associated with the second electronic terminal;
sending the searched features and the features of the application program to the first electronic terminal;
receiving a search result searched in the content stored in the first electronic terminal according to the searched characteristic through an application program, which is the same as the application program, of the first electronic terminal from the first electronic terminal;
and displaying the search results respectively searched in the first electronic terminal and the second electronic terminal on the second electronic terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the search results respectively searched in the first electronic terminal and the second electronic terminal are displayed differently in the second electronic terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the searched features comprise: the input search keyword.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein,
when the searched features are features for searching images and/or videos, determining whether the first electronic terminal is configured with a camera;
and when the first electronic terminal is configured with a camera, transmitting the searched features and the features of the application program to the first electronic terminal.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the searched features and the features of the application are transmitted to the first electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channel;
and receiving a search result searched in the content stored in the first electronic terminal according to the searched characteristic from the first electronic terminal through an associated channel or other communication channels.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein when an associated channel cannot be established,
transmitting the searched features and the features of the application program to the first electronic terminal through other communication channels;
and receiving a search result searched in the content stored in the first electronic terminal according to the searched characteristic from the first electronic terminal through other communication channels.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and sending the search history to the first electronic terminal.
8. The method according to claim 1, wherein the first electronic terminal associated with the second electronic terminal is determined according to association information recorded in the second electronic terminal.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the first electronic terminal associated with the second electronic terminal is determined by an account number.
10. A method of enabling a search, wherein a first electronic terminal is associated with a second electronic terminal, the search being performed by an application in the second electronic terminal in accordance with a characteristic of the search in content stored in the second electronic terminal, the method comprising:
the first electronic terminal receiving the searched features and the features of the application program from the second electronic terminal;
executing a search in the content stored in the first electronic terminal according to the searched characteristics through an application program of the first electronic terminal, wherein the application program is the same as the application program;
and sending the searched search result to the second electronic terminal.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the searched features comprise: and searching for the keyword.
12. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
determining whether the first electronic terminal is configured with a camera when the searched feature is a feature for searching for an image and/or video,
wherein the searching step is performed when a camera is configured; and when the camera is not configured, the searching step is not executed and the second electronic terminal is informed.
13. The method of claim 10, wherein the searched features and the application features are received from the second electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channel;
and sending the searched search result to the second electronic terminal through the association channel or other communication channels.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein when an associated channel cannot be established,
receiving the searched features and the features of the application program from the second electronic terminal through other communication channels;
and sending the searched search result to the second electronic terminal through other communication channels.
15. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
recording the characteristics of the search as a search history of the first electronic terminal.
16. The method according to claim 10, wherein the second electronic terminal associated with the first electronic terminal is determined according to association information recorded in the first electronic terminal.
17. The method of claim 10, wherein the second electronic terminal associated with the first electronic terminal is determined by an account number.
18. An electronic terminal for implementing a search, comprising:
the searching unit is used for executing searching in the content stored in the electronic terminal according to the searched characteristics through an application program in the electronic terminal;
an association determining unit that determines another electronic terminal associated with the electronic terminal;
a transmitting unit that transmits the searched feature and the feature of the application program to the other electronic terminal;
a receiving unit that receives, from the other electronic terminal, a search result searched for in the content stored in the other electronic terminal according to the searched feature by an application program of the other electronic terminal that is the same as the application program;
a display unit displaying search results respectively searched in the electronic terminal and the other electronic terminal.
19. The electronic terminal of claim 18,
the display unit displays search results respectively searched in the electronic terminal and the other electronic terminal in a differentiated manner.
20. The electronic terminal of claim 18, wherein the searched features comprise: the input search keyword.
21. The electronic terminal of claim 18,
the sending unit determines whether the other electronic terminal is provided with a camera or not when the searched features are features for searching images and/or videos; and when the other electronic terminal is provided with a camera, transmitting the searched features and the features of the application program to the other electronic terminal.
22. The electronic terminal according to claim 18, wherein the transmitting unit transmits the searched feature and the feature of the application program to the other electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channel;
the receiving unit receives a search result searched in the content stored in the other electronic terminal according to the searched feature from the other electronic terminal through an associated channel or other communication channels.
23. The electronic terminal of claim 22, wherein when an association channel cannot be established,
the sending unit sends the searched features and the features of the application program to the other electronic terminal through other communication channels;
the receiving unit receives a search result searched in the content stored in the other electronic terminal according to the searched feature from the other electronic terminal through the other communication channel.
24. The electronic terminal of claim 18, further comprising:
a search history transmitting unit that transmits the search history to the other electronic terminal.
25. The electronic terminal according to claim 18, wherein the association determining unit determines another electronic terminal associated with the electronic terminal from association information recorded in the electronic terminal.
26. The electronic terminal according to claim 18, wherein the association determining unit determines another electronic terminal associated with the electronic terminal by an account number.
27. An electronic terminal for implementing a search, wherein the electronic terminal is associated with another electronic terminal, and the electronic terminal performs a search in contents stored in the another electronic terminal according to a feature of the search through an application program in the another electronic terminal, the electronic terminal comprising:
a receiving unit that receives the searched feature and the feature of the application program from the other electronic terminal;
a searching unit, which executes searching in the content stored in the electronic terminal according to the searched characteristics through the same application program of the electronic terminal as the application program;
and a transmitting unit which transmits the searched search result to the other electronic terminal.
28. The electronic terminal of claim 27, wherein the searched features comprise: and searching for the keyword.
29. The electronic terminal of claim 27, further comprising:
a determination unit that determines whether the electronic terminal is provided with a camera when the searched feature is a feature for searching for an image and/or a video,
when the camera is configured, the searching unit executes searching in the content stored in the electronic terminal according to the searched characteristics; when the camera is not configured, the search unit does not perform the search and notifies the other electronic terminal.
30. The electronic terminal according to claim 27, wherein the receiving unit receives the searched feature and the feature of the application program from the other electronic terminal through an association channel or other communication channel;
the sending unit sends the searched search result to the other electronic terminal through the associated channel or other communication channels.
31. The electronic terminal of claim 30, wherein when an association channel cannot be established,
the receiving unit receives the searched features and the features of the application program from the other electronic terminal through other communication channels;
the transmitting unit transmits the searched search result to the other electronic terminal through the other communication channel.
32. The electronic terminal of claim 27, further comprising:
and the recording unit is used for recording the searched characteristics as the search history of the electronic terminal.
33. The electronic terminal of claim 27, further comprising:
and the association determining unit is used for determining another electronic terminal associated with the electronic terminal according to the association information recorded in the electronic terminal.
34. The electronic terminal of claim 27, further comprising:
and the association determining unit is used for determining another electronic terminal associated with the electronic terminal through the account.
