<b>本发明涉及一种远红外线防护电热地膜。目前建筑物室内取暖主要是采用水、气取暖和电力取暖两大类,而水、气取暖需要在室内外铺设供热管路和加热锅炉等大型设备,一次性投资较大,需要常年维护。一种远红外线防护电热地膜,其组成包括:远红外电热板(</b><b>1</b><b>),所述的远红外电热板外包裹有碳纤维发热体(</b><b>2</b><b>),所述的碳纤维发热体外具有保温层(</b><b>3</b><b>),所述的保温层上具有绝缘层(</b><b>4</b><b>),所述的绝缘层上具有防护层(</b><b>5</b><b>),所述的远红外电热板上表面对应的防护层上具有聚丙纶层(</b><b>6</b><b>),所述的聚丙纶层上具有防水层(</b><b>7</b><b>),所述的防水层上具有装饰层(</b><b>8</b><b>),所述的装饰层上具有防滑面层(</b><b>9</b><b>)。本发明应用于远红外线防护电热地膜。</b>

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种远红外线防护电热地膜。
背景技术:
目前建筑物室内取暖主要是采用水、气取暖和电力取暖两大类,而水、气取暖需要在室内外铺设供热管路和加热锅炉等大型设备,一次性投资较大,需要常年维护,而且温度不易单独控制,因此随着发展电加热膜的出现引起了人们的关注,但是电加热膜还存在电流泄漏和电场辐射等问题,严重时会影响人们身体健康及生命危险,同时还存在电加热膜防护强度和防水性较差,实用过程中带来了诸多的不便之处,因此设计一种远红外线防护电热地膜,来方便人们进行操作和使用。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种远红外线防护电热地膜。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种远红外线防护电热地膜,其组成包括:远红外电热板,所述的远红外电热板外包裹有碳纤维发热体,所述的碳纤维发热体外具有保温层,所述的保温层上具有绝缘层,所述的绝缘层上具有防护层,所述的远红外电热板上表面对应的防护层上具有聚丙纶层,所述的聚丙纶层上具有防水层,所述的防水层上具有装饰层,所述的装饰层上具有防滑面层。
所述的远红外线防护电热地膜,所述的远红外电热板通过保险器与温控开关连接,所述的温控开关与电源连接。
所述的远红外线防护电热地膜,所述的保温层的材料为隔热材料,所述的防水层材料为导热良好的材料,所述的防滑面层上具有防滑凸起,所述的绝缘层为半透明聚酷薄膜,所述的防护层为导电回流层。
所述的远红外线防护电热地膜,所述的远红外电热板和聚丙纶层的厚度壁纸为1-2:2-3
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明采用远红外电热板进行放热,放热的同时产生负离子,可以改善人体的循环系统,加速血液循环,促使血管内产生一氧化碳,有利于清楚血管囤积物及体内的有害物质,同时在远红外加热板外包裹碳纤维发热体可以在很好的传导热量的同时起到保护作用,通过保温层进行保温延长热量释放时间,同时通过绝缘层和防护层起到很好的绝缘和防漏电效果,保证了操作者的正常使用。
本发明在远红外电热板采用上下两面双层保护,并且在朝上的使用面上增加了聚丙纶层具有优质的防水效果同时具有很好的耐用强度,通过聚丙纶层和防水层可以隔绝远红外电热板与外界的接触,不影响散热的前提起到了安全防护,最后设置了装饰层和防滑面层,起到装饰和防滑效果。

一种远红外线防护电热地膜,其组成包括:远红外电热板1,所述的远红外电热板外包裹有碳纤维发热体2,所述的碳纤维发热体外具有保温层3,所述的保温层上具有绝缘层4,所述的绝缘层上具有防护层5,所述的远红外电热板上表面对应的防护层上具有聚丙纶层6,所述的聚丙纶层上具有防水层7,所述的防水层上具有装饰层8,所述的装饰层上具有防滑面层9。

根据实施例1所述的远红外线防护电热地膜,所述的远红外电热板通过保险器与温控开关连接,所述的温控开关与电源连接。

根据实施例1或2所述的远红外线防护电热地膜,所述的保温层的材料为隔热材料,所述的防水层材料为导热良好的材料,所述的防滑面层上具有防滑凸起,所述的绝缘层为半透明聚酷薄膜,所述的防护层为导电回流层。

根据实施例1或2或3所述的远红外线防护电热地膜,所述的远红外电热板和聚丙纶层的厚度壁纸为1-2:2-3。

1.一种远红外线防护电热地膜,其组成包括:远红外电热板,其特征是:所述的远红外电热板外包裹有碳纤维发热体,所述的碳纤维发热体外具有保温层,所述的保温层上具有绝缘层,所述的绝缘层上具有防护层,所述的远红外电热板上表面对应的防护层上具有聚丙纶层,所述的聚丙纶层上具有防水层,所述的防水层上具有装饰层,所述的装饰层上具有防滑面层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的远红外线防护电热地膜,其特征是:所述的远红外电热板通过保险器与温控开关连接,所述的温控开关与电源连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的远红外线防护电热地膜,其特征是:所述的保温层的材料为隔热材料,所述的防水层材料为导热良好的材料,所述的防滑面层上具有防滑凸起,所述的绝缘层为半透明聚酷薄膜,所述的防护层为导电回流层。
