Description

本体有一贯穿的开口和围绕开口的支承表面结构。提供了一个带一组孔的的柔性金属薄片。各薄片孔的边缘被锐化以限定一剃须刃。薄片位于本体的支承表面结构上从而以支承的关系覆盖在贯穿的开口上。一个保护性皮肤贴合膜片结构的外周边大于金属薄片的外周边,其内周边则小于金属薄片的外周边,并且该膜片结构以覆盖的关系粘性地固定(粘接)在薄片和支承表面上,这样保护性膜片结构就覆盖并包围了薄片的薄的常是锐利的外边缘,并且薄片的孔被暴露于紧靠着保护性膜片结构的皮肤贴合表面并由其包围的剃须位置。保护性膜片结构使薄片保持在其位,从而当剃刀在皮肤表面移动而剃须时薄片不会相对于本体的支承表面位移。
保护性膜片结构的厚度最好是薄片厚度的一半。在一特殊实施例中,柔性薄片的厚度是约0.1毫米,保护性膜片的厚度是约0.05毫米。在特殊实施例中,薄片的周边位于支承表面的槽中,这样就可在剃刀中方便,便宜并可靠地将薄片固定在本体上,这种剃刀可采用如市场上有销售的贴标签设备生产。
在特殊实施例中,保护性膜片可带有一低摩擦外表面或在外表面上有一便于剃须的敷层,或包括两者。在各种最佳的实施例中可以使用多种保护性膜片材料,保护性膜片结构包括由高抗撕强度的聚合材料制成的膜片,它具有适当的性质,例如不透水性,低摩擦性和耐磨性。保护性膜片结构最好包括一基膜。其材料可以是例如醋酸纤维,赛珞玢,乙烯树脂,四氟乙烯(TFE)和聚脂,还包括一抗水的压敏接触粘接层,以便粘接金属薄片和由聚合材料制成的支承表面。最佳的粘接层包括一固有压敏聚合物,和一种弹性体与增粘树脂,增塑剂或类似物料的混合物。在特殊实施例中,剃刀顶盖表面是凸形结构,并且金属薄片被弯曲成弓形结构而与剃刀顶盖表面的凸形结构吻合。支承表面可包括一个槽以容纳薄片,在一特殊实施例中,槽的深度与薄片的厚度大致相等,例如约0.1毫米。在最佳实施例中,金属薄片至少有十个限定圆孔的剃须刀。

图1-4所示的剃刀8包括模制本体10和模制顶盖部分12,顶盖部分12带有一凸起的顶表面14,其上加工有深度为约0.1毫米,宽度为约2毫米的环形槽18。槽18的内周边在顶盖部分12的顶表面14上限定了一个开口40。在槽18内和开口40上定位安装有一个有孔22的多孔金属薄片20,孔22的边缘24被锐化成剃须刃。薄片20约有4.2厘米长,2.2厘米宽和0.1毫米厚。薄片20的周边25与槽18的槽座19紧密配合。保护性膜片结构28有粘接层46并将薄片20固定在表面14上。膜片结构28有一长度约为4.8厘米宽度约为1.8厘米的外周边30和一长度约为4厘米宽度约为1厘米的内周边32(它限定了膜片结构上的一个开口44)。膜片结构28这样覆盖在薄片20上,即薄片20的边缘和相邻的表面14由膜片28保护性地覆盖,并且在薄片20和膜片结构28之间提供了一个具有较小高度差的平滑的皮肤贴合表面。
金属薄刀片20由0.1毫米厚的带钢制成并带有一圆孔22的矩阵,孔22按排分布,排距中心约3毫米。各孔22的直径约为2毫米。本体10和顶盖12由聚丙烯模制而成,并且顶盖12有一凸起的上表面14(约12.5厘米的半径)。
现在参照图3和图3a,保护性膜片结构28包括在下表面36上带粘接层46的膜片件26,也可选择在相对的上表面34上带有敷层48。敷层28可以包括一适当的便于剃须的介质,例如一增湿剂或一润滑剂,以减少剃须时的摩擦力。膜片件26是一具有所须性质的聚合膜片,例如不透水性和厚度薄。合适的膜片材料包括醋酸纤维,赛珞玢,增塑的乙烯树脂带,聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和聚脂。例如聚脂薄膜因其高抗拉强度和抗撕性质而闻名。PTFE可作为干燥的润滑剂并提供一非粘性表面。聚乙烯可使水蒸汽的渗透程度低。膜片件26可上色,蚀刻或用公司广告装饰,并具有一光滑或平滑的表面。
粘接层46最好是压敏的,可抵抗水和肥皂溶液,并具有高粘性的性质,可抵抗剥落和蠕动,以及具有较高的抵抗机械应力的能力(例如剃刀在皮肤上运动),良好的粘性性能和具有抵抗随时间逐渐变质和老化的能力(如湿热,和暴露在紫外线光下)。粘接层46可以是弹性体与增粘树脂,增塑剂或类似物料的混合物,或者是一种固有的压敏聚合物,例如聚丙烯酸树脂,它无须配料。普通的聚合物包括天然橡胶,聚乙烯-丁二烯聚合物,和硅树脂。已知各种树脂和增粘剂,例如多萜树脂。使配方和硫化最佳化以产生理想的性质。
在一特殊实施例中,膜片件26的厚度约为0.05毫米,粘接层46的厚度约为0.02毫米。所以总厚度(膜片件和粘接层处于压合状态)是约0.07毫米。膜片结构具有较高的光滑性,低摩擦外表面。可选择的便于剃须的介质28包括聚环氧乙烷。
本体部分10和顶盖部分12最好是注模零件,具有光滑的倒圆边缘。在剃刀组件中,薄片20安装在挠曲和弓一样弯曲形的槽28中;并且采用标签附装设备来安装安全膜片结构28以便牢固并正确地将薄片20固定在顶盖12上。

Claims (10)
1、一种安全剃刀,包括一带开口的本体,一个带一组孔的柔性金属薄片,它位于本体的一个支承表面上以覆盖其开口,薄片上各孔的边缘被锐化以提供一剃须刃,和一个具有内、外周边的保护性皮肤贴合膜片,其外周边大于薄片的周边而其内周边则小于薄片的周边,所述保护性膜片以覆盖的关系被固定在本体支承表面和薄片两者之上,这样薄片上的孔就暴露在由保护性膜片的皮肤贴合表面环绕的剃须位置,即使在剃须期间剃刀在皮肤上移动,薄片仍可牢固地固定在本体的支承表面上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的安全剃刀,其中保护性膜片的皮肤贴合表面具有低磨擦的性质。
3、根据权利要求1所述的安全剃刀,其中保护性膜片在其皮肤贴合表面上包括便于剃须的材料。
4、根据前述中任一权利要求所述的安全剃刀,其中保护性膜片由一块膜片构成,这块膜片由聚合材料例如醋酸纤维,赛珞玢,乙烯树脂,聚四氟乙烯或聚脂制成。
5、根据前述中任一权利要求所述的安全剃刀,其中保护性膜片的厚度小于薄片的厚度。
6、根据前述中任一权利要求所述的安全剃刀,其中保护性膜片包括一粘接层,以便将薄片固定在本体上。
