Abstract

一种偏心轮边控人工呼吸与心脏按压同步操作器,由一只运气柜、一只运气活塞和一套操作协调器组成,运气柜中有一个新鲜空气运气室和一个废气运气室,通过偏心轮边对运气活塞作按压或拉升,可在给病人输入新鲜空气或排除体内废气的同步对病人作心脏外部按压,可提高施救效果;通过偏心轮与操控轴组合位置变更,可适应不同肺活量的病人。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种人工呼吸与心脏按压同步操作器,尤其是一种偏心轮边控人工呼吸与心脏按压同步操作器。
背景技术:
目前在非医疗场所对停止了呼吸和心跳的病人实施抢救时,都由施救者对病人作口对口人工呼吸并作心脏外部按压,但吹入病人体内的是施救者呼出的废气,且在作心脏按压时必然中断给病人吹气,这就严重影响了施救效果。
发明内容:
为了提高相关的施救效果,本发明提供一种偏心轮边控人工呼吸与心脏按压同步操作器,其特征在于包括了一只运气柜、一只运气活塞和一套操作协调器;运气柜的柜室是一只被垂直分隔为两个气室的敞口桶体或箱体,其中一个气室的室底一侧外壁上设有一个新鲜空气出室口,另一气室的相应位置设有一个废气进室口,柜室的左右两壁上沿各竖有一块用来安置操控轴的屏式体;运气活塞是一只由上下两层板体组成的构件,其上层板体为一整板,板体的横向两沿能紧密嵌卡于相应的屏式体内侧并能在其间上下滑动,板面近正中位置设有一个“7”字形的偏心轮制动档,下层板体为跟相应的气室配套的两小板块,在相应于设有新鲜空气出室口的气室的小板块上设置一个新鲜空气入室口,在另一个小板块上设置一个废气出室口,两个小板块分别在其上表面用联接构件跟上层板体联结而形成一个类“亚”字形构体;操作协调器包括了一只设置于运气柜外侧的直立式套筒、一只活塞杆和一根附带一只偏心轮和一只齿轮的操控轴,直立式套筒的筒腔为多边体形,内置一只压力弹簧,套筒的底端低于运气柜的底部,在套筒底端设置一只具有弹性的底盘;活塞杆为跟套筒配套的多棱柱体,其上半段中设有一条道口,道口内置一只钟摆体;操控轴是一根以圆柱体和多棱体相间组成的棍式体,棍身上装置一只偏心轮和一只齿轮,偏心轮为一只体育运动用铁饼式构件,其圆面上设有若干个跟同一圆心距离不等的多边形穿轴口,周边有一道向同一侧面隆起的围堤;运气活塞的下层小板块分别嵌置于两个相应的气室中而其上层板体夹置于两块屏式体中间;操控轴横置于屏式体上,串挂于操控轴上的偏心轮通过其围堤勾挂起设置于运气活塞的上层板体的上表面的“7”字形偏心轮制动档,活塞杆的下段插在套筒腔中而其上半段所设的钟摆体以摆动形式扣动串挂在操控轴上的齿轮。
本发明用如下方法实施:1、用铝塑材料制作运气柜,运气柜的下半部为一只上部敞口的箱体,箱体底和壁之厚度均为0.5cm,箱腔深16cm、纵向长15cm、横向长30.5cm,在横向的中间部位用一块厚0.5cm的板块垂隔成左右两个气室,在每个气室的前壁上靠近中间隔板处各开一个通气口,其左侧为新鲜空气出室口,右侧为废气入室口,每个口上都装上相应的阀门;在箱腔左右两侧壁的上沿对称竖置两块高22cm的屏式体,在左侧的屏式体中垂线上距屏式体上沿约1.5cm处设置一个直径约0.5cm的圆孔,在右侧屏式体的相应位置设置一个直径约0.8cm的圆孔;在运气柜右壁外附设一个立式套筒,套筒长30cm,上部敞口,内腔每边宽约5cm,套筒下端低于运气柜体下底约10cm,在套筒底端附设一个直径约15cm的橡胶底盘;2、用铝塑材料制作运气活塞,运气活塞为上下两层平板联成体,上层为一块长约30.5cm、宽约18cm、厚约0.5cm的板体,在板体近正中位置向上竖置一个“7”字形偏心轮制动档,在“7”字形体的横杠上套置一只外径0.98cm的滚动套,还可在滚动套正下方设置一只助滚转子,滚动套的外围下线距助滚转子约0.52cm;下层是两块均长约15cm、宽约15cm、厚约0.5cm的板块,在预置于左侧气室中的板块上设置一个新鲜空气入室口,在另一板块相应位置设置一个废气出室口,两个口中均设置相应的阀门;用两块高约18cm、宽约10cm、厚约0.5cm的板块分别将两块下层板块跟上层板体联组成一个类“亚”字形构件;3、用铝合金制作操控轴,轴长约32.5cm,一个头端为一段长约1cm边宽约约0.56cm的四棱柱体,接着是一段长约1cm直径约0.8cm的圆柱体,再接着为一段长约30cm、边宽约0.56cm的四棱柱体,最后是一段长约0.5cm、直径约0.5cm的圆柱体;4、用铝合金制作偏心轮,偏心轮为一个直径约17cm、厚约2cm的正圆形饼体,在圆面上距圆心10cm、11cm、12cm、13cm、14cm、15cm处各设一个边长为0.56cm的正方形串轴孔,沿偏心轮周边向同一侧面竖置一道厚0.5cm、高1cm的围堤;5、用铝合金制作齿轮,齿轮直径约5cm,设10个齿,在其圆心处设一边长为0.56cm的正方形串轴口;6、用硬金属制作活塞杆,活塞杆为每边宽均略少于5cm的四棱柱体,长约40cm,在其上段设置一条高3cm、宽0.3cm的横向贯通道口,在距道口顶端0.5cm处的道口两侧壁上各打出一个直径约0.2cm的钟摆体串挂孔;7、用硬金属制作钟摆体,钟摆体为一个扇形体,厚约0.25cm,圆心角为100度,边长约2.8cm,在其中一条边的边沿增设一块重约50克的重坠,在距角尖约0.4cm处打出一个直径为0.2cm的圆孔。运气活塞的下层板块嵌置于运气柜中相应的气室内,其上层板体夹置于两块屏式体的中间,操控轴横贯于两块屏式体上,偏心轮串挂于操控轴的中段位置并由其围提勾挂着运气活塞上层板中的“7”字形制动档;齿轮安装于露在附设有套筒的屏式体外的操控轴上,活塞杆的下端嵌插在安放了压力弹簧的套筒上段,钟摆体安装于活塞杆上段的道口内且与齿轮以离合形式相互吻合。本发明的技术优势是,给病人施救时,可以在不中断人工呼吸的状况下实施心脏外部按压,输入病人体内的是新鲜空气,且能将人体内的废气吸出,对肺活量不同的病人可通过更变偏心轮的偏心距进行调整。

具体实施方式:
如图10所示,先将图2所示的运气活塞从其下层板块分割缝13沿气箱中隔板3两侧分别嵌进相应的气室中,再将图8所示的操控轴以其圆柱端21从设有套筒一侧的屏式体上的操控轴串置孔处穿入后将图3所示的偏心轮以其串轴孔14串挂于操控轴的四棱柱体22的中段再将圆柱端插进另一屏式体上的串置孔2中,由偏心轮围堤15勾挂起偏心轮制动档10a,最后将图4所示的齿轮以其串轴口17串挂于四棱柱端24上;在套筒腔8内放置一只反弹力约10kg、压缩程约3cm的压力弹簧,然后将图6所示的活塞杆从其下端插入套筒内腔8中,再将图7所示的钟摆体以其前幅19通过贯通道口18安装到位使钟摆体的前幅19以离合形式吻合在齿轮牙16上,最后将图9所示的运气嘴通过运气柜上的运气嘴组装口a和运气嘴上的组装孔b用螺钉组合起来。实施抢救时,将整机放到病人胸口处并将底盘9放在心脏按压部位,将运气嘴插入病人口中,按压活塞杆,在实现心脏按压的同时将新鲜空气输入病人体内再将病人体内的废气抽出排除;针对不同肺活量的病人,可随机变更操控轴与偏心轮上的串轴孔的位置,肺活量越大,则选择离圆心越远的串轴孔。

1.一种偏心轮边控人工呼吸与心脏按压同步操作器,其特征在于包括了一只运气柜、一只运气活塞和一套操作协调器;运气柜的柜室是一只被垂直分隔为两个气室的敞口桶体或箱体,其中一个气室的室底一侧外壁上设有一个新鲜空气出室口,另一气室的相应位置设有一个废气进室口,柜室的左右两壁上沿各竖有一块用来安置操控轴的屏式体;运气活塞是一只由上下两层板体组成的构件,其上层板体为一整板,板体的横向两沿能紧密嵌卡于相应的屏式体内侧并能在其间上下滑动,板面近正中位置设有一个“7”字形的偏心轮制动档,下层板体为跟相应的气室配套的两小板块,在相应于设有新鲜空气出室口的气室的小板块上设置一个新鲜空气入室口,在另一个小板块上设置一个废气出室口,两个小板块分别在其上表面用联接构件跟上层板体联结而形成一个类“亚”字形构体;操作协调器包括了一只设置于运气柜外侧的直立式套筒、一只活塞杆和一根附带一只偏心轮和一只齿轮的操控轴,直立式套筒的筒腔为多边体形,内置一只压力弹簧,套筒的底端低于运气柜的底部,在套筒底端设置一只具有弹性的底盘;活塞杆为跟套筒配套的多棱柱体,其上半段中设有一条道口,道口内置一只钟摆体;操控轴是一根以圆柱体和多棱体相间组成的棍式体,棍身上装置一只偏心轮和一只齿轮,偏心轮为一只体育运动用铁饼式构件,其圆面上设有若干个跟同一圆心距离不等的多边形穿轴口,周边有一道向同一侧面隆起的围堤;运气活塞的下层小板块分别嵌置于两个相应的气室中而其上层板体夹置于两块屏式体中间;操控轴横置于屏式体上,串挂于操控轴上的偏心轮通过其围堤勾挂起设置于运气活塞的上层板体的上表面的“7”字形偏心轮制动档,活塞杆的下段插在套筒腔中而其上半段所设的钟摆体以摆动形式扣动串挂在操控轴上的齿轮。
