Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating an exemplary implementation of the method and apparatus for remotely assisting a controlled device. As shown in fig. 1, the application environment includes a controlled device 110, a server 120, and a terminal 130. The controlled device 110 communicates with the server 120 and the terminal 130, and the terminal 130 communicates with the server 120.
The SDK (Software Development Kit) is solidified in the controlled device 110. A variety of applications such as a video playback application, an item presentation application, a gaming application, an instant messaging application, a browser application, etc. are cured within the SDK. And the device identification and the device type of the controlled device are stored in the SDK. The device identification is unique for distinguishing the controlled device 110. The device type is used to indicate the type of the device user to be controlled, e.g., the controlled device user may be any person, such as an elderly person or a young person or a middle aged person. The device types may be represented numerically or by letters, etc., for example, with the numeral 1 for elderly people and the numeral 2 for children. The controlled device 110 refers to a device bound with a user identity.
The user corresponding to the user identifier bound by the controlled device user and the controlled device identifier is a different user. The controlled device user may be any person, and the user corresponding to the user identifier bound to the controlled device identifier may be different from the controlled device user. For example, if the controlled device user is user a, the user corresponding to the user identifier bound to the controlled device identifier is user B. The user a and the user B may be acquaintances or strangers, etc.
In order to protect the controlled device user information, the user corresponding to the user identifier bound to the controlled device identifier may be a user having a relationship with the controlled device user. If the user type of the controlled device is the old, the user identifier bound with the controlled device identifier can be relatives of children of the old or social service personnel. If the controlled device user is a young person, the user identifier bound to the controlled device identifier may be the other half of the young person or a friend. If the controlled device user is a child, the user identifier bound to the controlled device identifier may be a parent or other guardian of the child, etc. But is not limited thereto.
The server 120 may be a single server or a cluster of servers, etc.
The terminal 130 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a personal computer, etc.
The terminal 130 scans the two-dimensional code on the controlled device 110, obtains device information of the controlled device 110, the device information including a controlled device identifier and a controlled device type, obtains a user identifier, and uploads the user identifier and the device information of the controlled device to the server 120. The server 120 binds, i.e., establishes a correspondence relationship between the controlled device identifier and the user identifier.
The controlled device 110 acquires the input mobile phone number and sends a short message to the mobile phone number, where the short message includes device information and a binding request of the controlled device. After receiving the short message, the mobile phone with the mobile phone number obtains the user identifier and the device information of the controlled device, and uploads the user identifier and the device information of the controlled device to the server 120. The server 120 binds, i.e., establishes a correspondence relationship between the controlled device identifier and the user identifier. The SDK of the controlled device 110 collects the times and durations of browsing information of each item by the user of the controlled device using the application program of the item solidified inside the controlled device, or browsing information of the item in the advertisement resource, and uploads the collected information to the server 120 for storage. The number of times is the total number of times the item is viewed, and the duration is the total duration of time the item is viewed. The number and duration of times may be counted by the controlled device 110 or may be counted by the server 120.
The server 120 screens out a predetermined amount of the item information according to the number of times and duration of browsing the item information, and sends the item information to the terminal 130 where the user identifier bound to the controlled device identifier of the controlled device 110 is located. Or, the server 120 filters out the item information with the largest browsing times and the longest duration, and sends the item information to the terminal 130 where the user identifier bound to the controlled device identifier is located. Or the server 120 sends the item information of which the browsing times exceed the time threshold and the duration exceeds the duration threshold to the terminal 130 where the user identifier bound with the controlled device identifier is located. The binding of the controlled device identifier and the user identifier means that a corresponding relationship is established between the controlled device identifier and the user identifier. The user identification can be an instant messaging account number or a mobile phone number and the like.
The server 120 may generate notification information after screening out the item information whose number of times exceeds the number threshold and whose duration exceeds the duration threshold or the item information whose number of times is the largest and whose duration is the longest, and send the notification information to the user identifier bound to the controlled device identifier; receiving a request for acquiring article information sent by a user identifier; and sending the screened article information with the times exceeding a time threshold and the duration exceeding a duration threshold or the article information with the maximum times and the longest duration to the user identifier bound with the controlled equipment identifier according to the article information acquisition request.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of an item of shopping assistance based on item information viewed. As shown in fig. 2, the elderly use the controlled device 110 to browse the solidified application program of the article, and the SDK collects the times and duration of browsing information of each article, such as browsing 5 times for article a and duration of 60 seconds; browsing the article B for 10 times with the duration of 120 seconds; item C browsed 8 times for 90 seconds, etc. The controlled device 110 uploads the number and duration of the collected viewed item information to the server 120 for storage. After screening out the item information whose frequency exceeds the frequency threshold and whose duration exceeds the duration threshold, the server 120 generates notification information, and sends the notification information to the terminal 130 where the user identifier bound to the controlled device identifier is located. The terminal 130 where the user identifier is located sends a request for obtaining the item information to the server 120, receives the screened item information returned by the server 120, determines the item required by the controlled device user according to the item information, logs in the shopping website to select the corresponding item, generates order information, and completes payment of the order information. In one embodiment, the controlled device 110 may further collect the head portrait of the user of the controlled device when collecting the times and duration of browsing the item information by the user of the controlled device, and upload the head portrait of the user of the controlled device and the times and duration of browsing the item information to the server 120 for storage. The server 120 transmits the avatar of the user of the controlled device and the screened item information together to the terminal 130 where the user identifier bound to the controlled device identifier is located.
Further, in one embodiment, the server 120 may count the total cost of the user identifier shopping items bound by the controlled device identifiers within a specified time, sort the user identifiers according to the total cost, and filter out a predetermined number of user identifiers ranked in the front and a predetermined number of user identifiers ranked in the back according to the sort. The predetermined number may be set as desired, such as 10.
In one embodiment, the controlled device 110 obtains a video watching requirement of a user of the controlled device, and sends the video watching requirement to a user identifier bound with the controlled device identifier; the terminal 130 with the user identifier searches a corresponding video network address according to the video watching requirement, and uploads the video network address to the server 120; the server 120 sends the video network address to the controlled device 110 corresponding to the controlled device identifier bound with the user identifier; the controlled device 110 accesses the corresponding video website according to the video network address and plays the corresponding video. The video website corresponding to the video network address may provide one or more video files, and when one video file exists, the video file is played on the controlled device 110.
