extracting the registration information from the target communication information according to a preset extraction rule, wherein the extracting the registration information from the target communication information according to the preset extraction rule comprises: scanning the mail content of the target mail, detecting whether first target content meeting preset registration information conditions exists in the scanned mail content, and when the first target content meeting the preset registration information conditions is detected in the scanned mail content, acquiring the first target content, and using the first target content as the registration information, or extracting the registration information from the target communication information according to a preset extraction rule includes: scanning the short message content of the target short message, detecting whether the scanned short message content has second target content meeting a preset registration information condition, and when detecting that the scanned mail content has the second target content meeting the preset registration information condition, acquiring the second target content and taking the second target content as the registration information;
