The user can select at least one of the multimedia explanation content packages with different versions in a certain preset area for downloading.
Referring to fig. 5, a flowchart of a multimedia playing method according to still another embodiment of the invention is shown. The present embodiment is exemplified by applying the multimedia playing method to the implementation environment shown in fig. 1, where the method includes:
in step 501, a mobile terminal receives a map query operation for a predetermined area.
When a user uses a map application, the most frequently used map query operation is a map query operation, and the map query operation comprises the following steps: a destination query operation and a destination navigation operation. The mobile terminal receives a map query operation of a user for a predetermined area through a map application.
For example, the user searches for a predetermined area "the home palace" while using the map.
Step 502, the mobile terminal sends a map query request carrying a predetermined area to the server.
The mobile terminal sends a map query request carrying a predetermined area to the server through the map application. The map query request may be a destination query request or a destination navigation request.
Correspondingly, the server receives a map query request sent by the mobile terminal.
Step 503, the server detects whether the map query request is a map query request carrying a predetermined area;
the server may receive map query requests of different mobile terminals. After receiving the map query request, the server detects whether the map query request carries the map query request of a predetermined area. If the map query request carries a map query request of a common area, feeding back a map query result to the mobile terminal; and if the map query request carries a map query request of a preset area, not only feeding back a map query result to the mobile terminal, but also feeding back a multimedia explanation content packet corresponding to the preset area to the mobile terminal.
And step 504, the mobile terminal receives the map query result fed back by the server.
And the mobile terminal receives the map query result fed back by the server through the map application.
Step 505, the mobile terminal receives a multimedia explanation content package corresponding to a predetermined area and automatically fed back by the server, wherein the multimedia explanation content package comprises at least one multimedia explanation content and a geographical position corresponding to each multimedia explanation content;
and the mobile terminal receives the multimedia explanation content package corresponding to the preset area, which is automatically fed back by the server through the map application.
As a possible implementation manner, the mobile terminal first detects whether the current network environment meets a predetermined network condition, where the predetermined network condition includes: the current network environment is any one of a WIFI network, the network speed of the current network environment is greater than a preset network speed, and the residual flow of the current network environment is greater than a preset threshold value. And if the current network environment meets the preset network condition, the mobile terminal receives a multimedia explanation content package corresponding to the preset area and automatically fed back by the server through the map application.
And when the current network environment meets the preset network condition, the mobile terminal can automatically receive the multimedia explanation content packet in the background. Or the mobile terminal displays a download prompting interface, wherein the download prompting interface is used for inquiring whether the user agrees to download the multimedia explanation content package in the preset area or not, and the multimedia explanation content package is downloaded when the agreement operation of the user is received.
The map application receives and stores the multimedia explanation content package. If the map application stores the multimedia explanation content package which is downloaded historically for the same preset area, the map application can use the multimedia explanation content package which is downloaded recently to cover the multimedia explanation content package which is downloaded historically; it is also possible to simultaneously retain the multimedia explanation content package that was downloaded recently and the multimedia explanation content package that was downloaded historically.
Step 506, the mobile terminal obtains the current geographic position through the map application.
Step 507, the mobile terminal detects whether the current geographic position belongs to a predetermined area through the map application.
Step 508, if the current geographic location belongs to the predetermined area, the mobile terminal detects whether a multimedia explanation content package corresponding to the predetermined area is stored through the map application.
For example, if the current geographic location belongs to a scenic spot a, the mobile terminal detects whether a multimedia explanation content package corresponding to the scenic spot a is stored in the mobile terminal through a map application.
If there is a multimedia explanation content package corresponding to the predetermined area, go to step 509; if there is no multimedia presentation content package corresponding to the predetermined area, step 510 is entered.
It should be noted that step 507, step 508 and step 510 are optional steps.
In step 509, the mobile terminal detects whether the current geographic location matches the geographic location corresponding to the multimedia explanation content through the map application.
Step 510, the mobile terminal displays a download prompting interface, where the download prompting interface is used to inquire whether the user agrees to download the multimedia explanation content package in the predetermined area.
And 511, if the current geographic position is matched with the geographic position corresponding to the multimedia explanation content, playing the multimedia explanation content by the mobile terminal through the map application.
For example, if the current geographic location matches the geographic location corresponding to the multimedia explanation content a, the mobile terminal plays the multimedia explanation content a through the map application.
For another example, if the current geographic location matches the geographic location corresponding to the multimedia explanation content B, the mobile terminal plays the multimedia explanation content B through the map application.
Steps 506 to 511 may refer to the description of steps 302 to 307.
In summary, in the multimedia playing method provided in this embodiment, the map application is used to detect whether the current geographic position matches the geographic position corresponding to the multimedia explanation content, and if yes, the map application is used to play the multimedia explanation content; the problems that the wireless self-help interpreter needs the cooperation of embedded hardware and customized software, maintenance and upgrading are difficult, and cost is high in the related technology are solved; the effect that the multimedia explanation service can be provided for the user only by operating the mobile terminal with the map application is achieved.
In the multimedia playing method provided by this embodiment, when the user triggers the map query operation on the predetermined area, the map application automatically downloads the multimedia explanation content package corresponding to the predetermined area, at this time, the user does not need to download the multimedia explanation content package by himself, but when the multimedia explanation content package needs to be used, the map application can use the multimedia explanation content package that has been downloaded in advance to the user. Compared with the map application which is preset with all multimedia explanation content packages, the method reduces the occupation of the storage space of the mobile terminal; compared with the method that the user manually downloads the multimedia explanation content package, the method can reduce user operation or provide multimedia explanation service for the user on the premise that the user does not know that the map application provides the multimedia explanation content package.
In an exemplary usage scenario, user a needs to visit the scenic spot "the palace" for playing, and then user a uses the hotel's WIFI network to query the scenic spot "the palace" the first day after arriving at the hotel. After the mobile terminal of the user A sends a map query request carrying the 'Imperial palace' to the server, the server not only feeds back the map query result of the 'Imperial palace', but also feeds back a multimedia explanation content packet corresponding to the 'Imperial palace'. Correspondingly, when the mobile terminal detects that the current network environment is a WIFI environment, the multimedia explanation content packet corresponding to the "home palace" is received and stored, and the receiving process and the storing process may be processes that are not perceived by the user a. When the user a goes to the home palace for playing the next day, the map application in the mobile terminal may provide the multimedia explanation service of the home palace for the user a according to the multimedia explanation content downloaded on the first day, and the user a may not know the map application in advance and also provide the multimedia explanation service.
Referring to fig. 6, a flowchart of a multimedia playing method according to still another embodiment of the invention is shown. The present embodiment is exemplified by applying the multimedia playing method to the implementation environment shown in fig. 1, where the method includes:
step 601, obtaining the current geographic position through the map application.
The mobile terminal obtains the current geographic position through the map application. The mobile terminal may acquire the current geographic location at predetermined time intervals when the map application is enabled.
When the mobile terminal supports GPS (Global Positioning System) Positioning, the map application may acquire the current geographic location through a GPS Positioning technology.
When the mobile terminal supports WIFI (WIreless Fidelity) network positioning, the map application may obtain the current geographic location through a WIFI positioning technology.
When the mobile terminal supports a mobile communication network, the map application can also acquire the current geographic position through a base station positioning technology.
The present embodiment does not limit what positioning technology is used by the map application to obtain the current geographic location.
Step 602, detecting whether the current geographic position belongs to a predetermined area through a map application.
The predetermined area is a region corresponding to the multimedia explanation content package, for example, a scenic spot a corresponding to the multimedia explanation content package, and an exhibition hall B corresponding to the multimedia explanation content.
As a possible implementation manner, the map application obtains a predetermined area list from the server in advance, where the predetermined area list is an area set of an area corresponding to each multimedia explanation content package in the server. Then, the map-class application detects whether the current geographic location belongs to a predetermined area in the list of predetermined areas.
As another possible implementation manner, the map application sends the geographic location to the server, the server detects whether the geographic location belongs to a predetermined area in the predetermined area list, and returns a detection result, and the map application receives the detection result.
Step 603, if the current geographic location belongs to a predetermined area, detecting whether a multimedia explanation content package corresponding to the predetermined area is stored through a map application.
For example, if the current geographic location belongs to a scenic spot a, the mobile terminal detects whether a multimedia explanation content package corresponding to the scenic spot a is stored in the mobile terminal through a map application.
If there is no multimedia presentation content package corresponding to the predetermined area, go to step 604. If there is a multimedia explanation content package corresponding to the predetermined area, go to step 605;
and step 604, establishing connection with other mobile terminals in the current preset area.
The mobile terminal can be connected with other mobile terminals in the current preset area in a wireless mode such as a WIFI network and Bluetooth.
Specifically, map applications in the mobile terminal send connection inquiry requests to the periphery in a wireless mode such as a WIFI network and Bluetooth; when the map application in other mobile terminals in the current area receives the connection inquiry request, feeding back connection feedback information; however, the mobile terminal establishes wireless connection with other mobile terminals.
This connection process typically needs to be performed after obtaining authorization from the user. If the map application has acquired the authorization of the user during the installation process, the connection process may be automatically performed.
Step 605, sending an explanation packet acquisition request carrying a predetermined area to the other mobile terminals after the connection is established;
and the mobile terminal sends an explanation packet acquisition request carrying the geographic position to the map applications in other mobile terminals after the connection is established through the map applications.
Step 606, receiving a multimedia explanation content package corresponding to the predetermined area and fed back by other mobile terminals, where the multimedia explanation content package includes at least one multimedia explanation content and a geographic location corresponding to each multimedia explanation content.
The mobile terminal receives a multimedia explanation content package corresponding to a preset area fed back by the map application in other mobile terminals through the map application.
Step 607, detecting whether the current geographic position matches the geographic position corresponding to the multimedia explanation content through the map application.
And the mobile terminal detects whether the geographic position is matched with the geographic position corresponding to a certain multimedia explanation content through the map application.
When the geographic position belongs to a predetermined area, the multimedia explanation content is the multimedia explanation content in the multimedia explanation content package corresponding to the predetermined area. Or, the multimedia explanation contents are all multimedia explanation contents stored in the mobile terminal.
As a possible implementation manner, the mobile terminal detects whether the distance between the current geographic position and the geographic position corresponding to the multimedia explanation content is smaller than a preset threshold value through a map application.
For example, the map application detects whether the distance between the current geographic location and the geographic location corresponding to each multimedia explanation content is less than 10 meters.
In step 608, if the current geographic location matches the geographic location corresponding to the multimedia explanation content, the multimedia explanation content is played through the map application.
As a possible implementation manner, after step 605, if the multimedia explanation content package fed back by other mobile terminals cannot be received, the mobile terminal downloads the multimedia explanation content package corresponding to the predetermined area from the server.
As another possible implementation manner, in step 606, the mobile terminal may obtain the multimedia explanation content corresponding to the current geographic location, that is, the whole multimedia explanation content package is not required to be obtained from other mobile terminals, but the multimedia explanation content corresponding to the current geographic location is preferentially obtained.
