Abstract

本发明公开的一种便携式冷热自控型空调工作台,包括工作台,其特征是:还包括空调系统,与工作台连接,空调系统包括压缩机、送风器、热源换热器和控制器,送风器分别设置在工作台台面上、下,并分别与热源换热器连接,控制器通过设置在工作台下的电磁阀与送风器内的换热器连接,控制送风器换热器内的制冷剂流动和流量,并控制与换热器连接的风机运转,实现冷热自控。该工作台能近距离送风、满足因人而异的通风空调要求、节能、卫生,而且小型化,方便移动。

技术领域
本发明涉及工作台,具体是一种便携式冷热自控型空调工作台。
背景技术
随着人民生活条件的改善,空调已发展成为工作和生活的必需品,空调能耗逐年增加;不同的人对空调的冷热要求有所不同;长时间使用空调易造成缺氧或因细菌滋生导致空调病的发生。当前空调系统的负荷计算采用的是以封闭空间的建筑面积为主要依据的方法,对于建筑面积较大而人口较少的空间来说,每人的空调能耗值较高。本着在节约能源的基础上满足个体对通风空调及卫生要求,需要研发一种能将工作台与空调系统结合的空调工作台。
发明内容
为了在降低空调能耗的同时满足因人而异的空调要求、健康方便地使用空调,并结合现代人类每天大部分时间在工作台旁度过的现实,本发明提供了一种便携式冷热自控型空调工作台,该工作台能近距离送风、满足因人而异的通风空调要求、节能、卫生,而且小型化,方便移动。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种便携式冷热自控型空调工作台,包括工作台,与现有技术不同的是:还包括空调系统,与工作台连接,空调系统包括压缩机、送风器、热源换热器和控制器,送风器分别设置在工作台台面上、下,并分别与热源换热器连接,控制器通过设置在工作台下的电磁阀与送风器内的换热器连接,控制送风器换热器内的制冷剂流动和流量,并控制与换热器连接的风机运转,实现冷热自控。
所述送风器分别由独立的风道、风扇、换热器和送风格栅连接构成,分别通过毛细管或压缩机与热源换热器连接,并与工作台连为一体,其中:
设置在工作台台面上的送风器贴台面固定,长度为30-80cm,高度在15cm以内;
设置在工作台台面下的送风器底面距离地面20cm以内,长度5-50cm,高度50cm以内。
所述送风格栅的风向双向角度可调。
所述送风器的出风温度、角度可通过控制器分别控制。
所述工作台底部设有活动式脚轮。
所述工作台的柱脚和台面分别通过折叠百叶相连,可折叠摆放。
所述空调系统为一拖二的微型中央空调系统,
在冬季时,热源换热器为蒸发器,送风器为冷凝器;
在夏季时,热源换热器为冷凝器,送风器为蒸发器。
所述空调系统除送风器以外的其他部分固定在工作台后面或侧面,以方便整体搬运。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.工作台台面上下各有一个送风器对人体分区送风,其送风格栅双向角度可调,送风距离短,夏季送风温度较普通空调高,冬季送风温度较普通空调低,利于节能;
2.制冷系统的工作工况可以设计为比普通空调夏季高的蒸发温度、比普通空调冬季低的冷凝温度,有利于降低能耗;
3.形成局部空调空间,有利于节能,主要适用于居住、室内外办公、生产线等场合,特别是对于建筑面积较大而人口较少的空间;
4.可以在自然通风条件下或者室外环境使用;在降低空调能耗的同时,还能满足因人而异的空调及通风要求,在健康地使用空调的同时高效工作,创造舒适、方便、节能的工作环境,而且冷热作用迅速;结构简单,搬运、维修方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述,但不是对本发明内容的限定。
实施例:
参照图1,一种便携式冷热自控型空调工作台,由工作台1、压缩机6、上送风换热器4、下送风换热器9、热源换热器3、四通换向阀5、电磁阀8、毛细管7、控制器等组成。压缩机6、上送风换热器4、下送风换热器9、热源换热器3、四通换向阀5、毛细管7和控制器等共同组成相当于一拖二的微型中央空调系统。热源换热器3在冬季做蒸发器,在夏季做冷凝器。上送风换热器4、下送风换热器9在冬季做冷凝器,在夏季做蒸发器。
热源换热器3分别通过毛细管7或压缩机6与上送风换热器4、下送风换热器9连接,上送风换热器4、下送风换热器9分别由独立的风道12、风机13、换热器14和送风格栅15连接构成,并分别设置在工作台1台面上、下,其中:设置在工作台1台面上的上送风换热器4贴台面固定,长度为30-80cm,高度在15cm以内;设置在工作台1台面下的下送风换热器9底面距离地面20cm以内,长度5-50cm,高度50cm以内。送风格栅15的风向双向角度可调。送风器的出风温度、角度可通过控制器分别控制。控制器通过设置在工作台1下的电磁阀8与上送风换热器4、下送风换热器9内的换热器14连接,控制换热器14内的制冷剂流动和流量,并控制与上下两个换热器14所连接风道12内的风机13运转,夏季气温不太高时,可以只开风机来取得凉爽感;冬季换热器表面温度达到35摄氏度以上时,自动启动送风风机以取得暖风。
工作台左右两边的部分柱腿11和部分台面使用折叠百叶2与其他部分相连,折叠后可减少工作台所占空间,柱腿11下安装脚轮10,可以方便搬运。室外使用的工作台可以增加雨棚遮阳挡雨,如果是太阳能雨棚还能为系统提供动力。

Claims (8)

1.一种便携式冷热自控型空调工作台,包括工作台,其特征是:还包括空调系统,与工作台连接,空调系统包括压缩机、送风器、热源换热器和控制器,送风器分别设置在工作台台面上、下,并分别与热源换热器连接,控制器通过设置在工作台下的电磁阀与送风器内的换热器连接,控制送风器换热器内的制冷剂流动和流量,并控制与换热器连接的风机运转,实现冷热自控。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携式冷热自控型空调工作台,其特征是:所述送风器分别由独立的风道、风扇、换热器和送风格栅连接构成,分别通过毛细管或压缩机与热源换热器连接,并与工作台连为一体,其中:
设置在工作台台面上的送风器贴台面固定,长度为30-80cm,高度在15cm以内;
设置在工作台台面下的送风器底面距离地面20cm以内,长度5-50cm,高度50cm以内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的便携式冷热自控型空调工作台,其特征是:所述送风格栅的风向双向角度可调。

6.根据权利要求1所述的便携式冷热自控型空调工作台,其特征是:所述工作台的柱脚和台面分别通过折叠百叶相连,可折叠摆放。

在冬季时,热源换热器为蒸发器,送风器为冷凝器;
