本发明公开了一种除湿装置,包括壳体,设置在壳体上的进风口和出风口,在壳体内设有冷凝管和与冷凝管相连接的致冷件,在壳体的侧壁内设有控制腔,在控制腔内设有隔板,致冷件设置在致冷腔内,在致热腔内设有加热器,在隔板内设有隔槽腔,在隔槽腔内设有隔温材料填充体,在壳体的侧壁内还设有交换腔,在壳体内还设有集水漏斗,在壳体的底部设有与集水漏斗相连通的排水管,在出风口内设有升温风嘴,在出风口内设有风机,在出风口内还设有密封堵塞槽,在密封堵塞槽内设有活动密封挡板,在壳体的侧壁内设有同步驱动器。本发明的结构简单、使用稳定性好,大大提高了除湿效率,而且可及时将多余的水分排出,适用性好,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明属于除湿设备技术领域,具体涉及一种除湿装置。
背景技术
除湿器是一种常有的设备,传统技术的除湿器使用的致冷件将较高温度的空气降温变冷,冷空气中的水凝结、聚集形成水滴,从而降空气中的水分排出达到除湿效果,其虽然可以一定程度上实现除湿的目的,然而由于在实际使用过程中存在一定的不足,故而会影响其适用性和实用性。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是提供一种结构简单、使用稳定性好且除湿效果明显的除湿装置。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种除湿装置,包括壳体,设置在所述壳体上的进风口和出风口,在所述壳体内设有冷凝管和与所述冷凝管相连接的致冷件,在所述壳体的侧壁内设有控制腔,在所述控制腔内设有隔板,所述隔板将控制腔分隔成致冷腔和致热腔,所述致冷件设置在所述致冷腔内,在所述致热腔内设有加热器,在所述隔板内设有隔槽腔,在所述隔槽腔内设有隔温材料填充体,在所述壳体的侧壁内还设有交换腔,所述交换腔设置在所述控制腔与壳体内腔之间,在所述交换腔内设有冷热交换器,所述致冷件和加热器均与所述冷热交换器相连接,在所述壳体内还设有集水漏斗,在所述壳体的底部设有与所述集水漏斗相连通的排水管,在所述出风口内设有升温风嘴,所述升温风嘴与所述致热腔相连通,在所述出风口内设有风机,在所述出风口内还设有密封堵塞槽,在所述密封堵塞槽内设有活动密封挡板,在所述壳体的侧壁内设有同步驱动器,所述同步驱动器连接在所述冷热交换器与活动密封挡板之间,所述同步驱动器在所述冷热交换器处于加热时驱动所述活动密封挡板密封出风口。
在所述壳体的底壁内设有凹腔,在所述凹腔内设有臭氧发生器和湿度检测传感器,所述集水漏斗设置在所述凹腔的上方,所述湿度检测传感器设置在靠近出风口位置。
在所述活动密封挡板与所述密封堵塞槽之间设有缓冲复位拉簧。
在所述壳体内还设有与所述冷热交换器相连接的致热管,所述冷凝管与所述致热管平行设置,在所述冷凝管与所述致热管之间设有定位抵杆,在所述定位抵杆的两端均设有缓冲压簧。
在所述进风口内壁中设有热风通道,所述热风通道与所述致热腔相连通。
在所述进风口内设有防尘网,在所述进风口的内壁上设有拉槽孔,在所述拉槽孔内设有弹簧,所述弹簧与所述防尘网的边侧相连接。
在所述活动密封挡板的外侧设有隔热材料包裹层。
本发明具有积极的效果:本发明的结构简单、使用稳定性好,可以根据需要完成致热与致冷的投切,从而可快速完成空气除湿操作,大大提高了除湿效率,而且可及时将多余的水分排出,从根本上达到除湿的目的,适用性好,实用性强。

见图1,一种除湿装置,包括壳体1,设置在所述壳体1上的进风口2和出风口3,在所述壳体1内设有冷凝管4和与所述冷凝管4相连接的致冷件5,在所述壳体1的侧壁内设有控制腔6,在所述控制腔6内设有隔板7,所述隔板7将控制腔6分隔成致冷腔8和致热腔9,所述致冷件5设置在所述致冷腔8内,在所述致热腔9内设有加热器10,在所述隔板7内设有隔槽腔11,在所述隔槽腔11内设有隔温材料填充体12,在所述壳体1的侧壁内还设有交换腔13,所述交换腔13设置在所述控制腔6与壳体1内腔之间,在所述交换腔13内设有冷热交换器14,所述致冷件5和加热器10均与所述冷热交换器14相连接,在所述壳体1内还设有集水漏斗15,在所述壳体1的底部设有与所述集水漏斗15相连通的排水管16,在所述出风口3内设有升温风嘴17,所述升温风嘴17与所述致热腔9相连通,在所述出风口3内设有风机18,在所述出风口3内还设有密封堵塞槽19,在所述密封堵塞槽19内设有活动密封挡板20,在所述壳体1的侧壁内设有同步驱动器21,所述同步驱动器21连接在所述冷热交换器14与活动密封挡板20之间,所述同步驱动器在所述冷热交换器处于加热时驱动所述活动密封挡板密封出风口。
在所述壳体1的底壁内设有凹腔22,在所述凹腔22内设有臭氧发生器23和湿度检测传感器24,所述集水漏斗设置在所述凹腔的上方,所述湿度检测传感器设置在靠近出风口位置。
在所述活动密封挡板20与所述密封堵塞槽19之间设有缓冲复位拉簧25。
在所述壳体1内还设有与所述冷热交换器14相连接的致热管26,所述冷凝管4与所述致热管26平行设置,在所述冷凝管4与所述致热管26之间设有定位抵杆27,在所述定位抵杆27的两端均设有缓冲压簧28。
在所述进风口2内壁中设有热风通道29,所述热风通道29与所述致热腔9相连通。
在所述进风口2内设有防尘网30,在所述进风口2的内壁上设有拉槽孔31,在所述拉槽孔31内设有弹簧32,所述弹簧32与所述防尘网30的边侧相连接。
在所述活动密封挡板20的外侧设有隔热材料包裹层33。
本发明的结构简单、使用稳定性好,可以根据需要完成致热与致冷的投切,从而可快速完成空气除湿操作,大大提高了除湿效率,而且可及时将多余的水分排出,从根本上达到除湿的目的,适用性好,实用性强。

1.一种除湿装置,包括壳体,设置在所述壳体上的进风口和出风口,在所述壳体内设有冷凝管和与所述冷凝管相连接的致冷件,其特征在于:在所述壳体的侧壁内设有控制腔,在所述控制腔内设有隔板,所述隔板将控制腔分隔成致冷腔和致热腔,所述致冷件设置在所述致冷腔内,在所述致热腔内设有加热器,在所述隔板内设有隔槽腔,在所述隔槽腔内设有隔温材料填充体,在所述壳体的侧壁内还设有交换腔,所述交换腔设置在所述控制腔与壳体内腔之间,在所述交换腔内设有冷热交换器,所述致冷件和加热器均与所述冷热交换器相连接,在所述壳体内还设有集水漏斗,在所述壳体的底部设有与所述集水漏斗相连通的排水管,在所述出风口内设有升温风嘴,所述升温风嘴与所述致热腔相连通,在所述出风口内设有风机,在所述出风口内还设有密封堵塞槽,在所述密封堵塞槽内设有活动密封挡板,在所述壳体的侧壁内设有同步驱动器,所述同步驱动器连接在所述冷热交换器与活动密封挡板之间,所述同步驱动器在所述冷热交换器处于加热时驱动所述活动密封挡板密封出风口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除湿装置,其特征在于:在所述壳体的底壁内设有凹腔,在所述凹腔内设有臭氧发生器和湿度检测传感器,所述集水漏斗设置在所述凹腔的上方,所述湿度检测传感器设置在靠近出风口位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的除湿装置,其特征在于:在所述活动密封挡板与所述密封堵塞槽之间设有缓冲复位拉簧。
4.根据权利要求3所述的除湿装置,其特征在于:在所述壳体内还设有与所述冷热交换器相连接的致热管,所述冷凝管与所述致热管平行设置,在所述冷凝管与所述致热管之间设有定位抵杆,在所述定位抵杆的两端均设有缓冲压簧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的除湿装置,其特征在于:在所述进风口内壁中设有热风通道,所述热风通道与所述致热腔相连通。
6.根据权利要求5所述的除湿装置,其特征在于:在所述进风口内设有防尘网,在所述进风口的内壁上设有拉槽孔,在所述拉槽孔内设有弹簧,所述弹簧与所述防尘网的边侧相连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的除湿装置,其特征在于:在所述活动密封挡板的外侧设有隔热材料包裹层。
